I don't know what this carrier is for

I can't identify my carrier I found this Thule sweden hitch carrier I can't figure it out there's no directions model # I know it goes in the hitch, it tilts but I can't figure out what it's for ?

Roof box would not close properly

CS call was excellent and to the point Helped me resolve my issue in minutes Box was opened on both sides and had to get one side realigned and locked. Call was extremely helpful

Lock problem

Bad manufacturing of lock cable. The lock cable does not fit easily into the arm. As I was puling it out of the vertical holder, it was difficult.to pull across the bike carrier. Seems a bit short and then I noticed that the black plastic covering was not long enough to cover the cable...there is metal showing..

Roof bar fitting

I have a new Peugeot 308SW (2023) and a Thule EVO clamp 7105 from my previous Peugeot 308 sedan (2020) with kit 145018 (attachment into holes in door frames) Will this EVO clamp and kit fit the new car or do I need a new kit (the new car does not have roof rails but holes in door frames to take drop down attachments with pips shown as items 94 and 95in kit 145018 fitting instructions

Fly rod vault defect

My flyrod vualt 3 had a malfunction while on vacation. The pin for hinge worked it's way out of the latch and fell off. My flyrods were damaged and my vacation was not so great. I was unable to find the lid after searching for hours. I don't see any replacement lids and you don't make the 3 rod holder anymore. Please help

Roof rack options

It was just a courtesy call to update the tech.Calling just to inform techs that the 54 aluminum aero bars from a 2015 Highlander will fit nicely on the 2023 Highlander & in my experience, the recommended 50 are a bit too short for the Hullavator. The 54s give better car clearance. Originally when I spoke to the tech, he thought that the 54s may have been too big, especially for the rear and the adjustable slide on the bottom may not go in enough. They work great but again my bars are from 2015.

I received wrong product

I did not receive the item I am looking for. Hi Hope you are good. The man who helped me was very nice. I may not have been clear about what I wanted to buy. The item I received is a permanent solution to mounting the bike rack to the receiver hitch. I need a temporary one the is removable when not in use. Can I please return what I received and exchange it for what I need ? Thank you Jim Morgan 845 430 ****

The instructions for the roof rack that I purchased are pathetic!!! And now that I tried to assemble them, there are missing parts!!!!! I will never buy another Thule product again.

BuyMissing parts!!! The absolute worst instructions for a $600 product EVER !!! The customer service representatives in the US are polite and helpful. However, your quality control as you failed to send me important parts and your instructions are the SAD and pathetic. I bought a knockoff rack for $450 less that had better instructions and included all the parts!!!

Even though bike was attached firmly for long trip 2000 miles bike fell backwards . Did not hold

Telephone support advised for one bike only One arm would secure bike fell backwards, advised one arm sufficed

After 3 years, my Thule box started peeling

I've bought a box for the top of my car, and after 3 years started peeling. I use it to my daily activities, pick up the kids, travelling. When I complained they told me the carrier wasn't leasable for warranty because it shouldn't be stored more than 6 hours outside, exposed to the elements. So no trips for more than 6 hours, no taking the box to leave your kids and then go to work, no house with our garage. So basically if you intend to have your box outside more than 6 hours, Thule is no good. Because if it starts peeling you won't be having any warranty. It was really sad because we basically just bought Thule in order to last. When complaining, they just stopped answering my emails, because I started to ask them if it made any sense for a box that is supposed to be in the top of the car to start peeling after 3 years. Very sad experience don't recommend the brand to anyone

Correct bike carrier

I have a Specialized Como step through eBike. No crossbar. Which would be the correct Thule tow bar carrier for it, please. Havent received a reply. Bought a Buzzrack carrier at about half the Thule price.

Customer Service is the best!

Part number 1029 and two others!! I needed three part pieces to help my son gather the bars, feet, and fit kit for a roof rack for an old Camry so he could take his long surf board out for the current king tides coming!!! Thank you for your help! Happy customer, Vivien

Madame , Monsieur, Je vous ai écrit le 22 septembre 2022. Dans un courrier circonstancié ( copie jointe) je vous relatez la mésaventure parvenue avec mon porte vélo SECURISE de votre marque THULE. Votre revendeur est intervenu également auprès de votre firme. Je nai reçu aucun courrier de votre part en réponse à ma missive, ne serait ce quun accuse de réception. Je ne vais pas céder à labandon et je suis déterminé à prouver que votre porte vélo nest en rien sécurisé. Jai pour preuve que les clés de mon porte vélo fonctionne pour ouvrir dautre serrures de porte vélo. Jattends de votre part une réponse argumentée pour comprendre quel est le niveau de sécurité de vos systèmes. Votre silence ne fera quaccentuer ma détermination.S HERNANDEZ Madame , Monsieur, Jai acheté le 25/06/2021 un porte vélo de votre fabrication modele EASY FOLD XT3813PIN chez votre revendeur ALSACE Velo Passion. Le 5 aout 2022 aux alentours de 19 heures, Trois vélos ont été dérobés alors quils étaient verrouillés sur le porte vélos. Je me suis adressé dans un premier temps à votre revendeur, lui ramenant le porte vélos Pour examen. Une des serrures ne fonctionnait plus puis après intervention dun technicien elles fonctionnent toutes les trois. Il nempêche que les serrures ont été ouvertes et que leur fonction de sécurité a été facilement anéantie. Maitre Serge HECKEL avocat de Alsace Vélo Passion en réponse à ma démarche concernant la défectuosité du système de sécurité du porte vélos THULE moblige à démontrer que je navais pas oublié de fermer les serrures Chose impossible, mais que votre vendeur a pu constater en démontant les serrures. Je suis sincère et je ne masquerais en aucun cas mes négligences. Jaimerai par ailleurs que mon expérience fasse progresser votre qualité et serve les futurs clients de vos porte vélos. Mon préjudice est conséquent plus de 6000 dautant plus que je navais pas dassurance qui couvre les vélos sur un porte vélos. Jaimerai que vous preniez en compte mon préjudice compte tenu de la défectuosité de votre système et que vous me proposiez un dédommagement. Je vous prie dagréer, Madame, Monsieur, lexpression de mes respectueuses salutationsS HERNANDEZ
