Being billed for cancelled account customer service is nonexistent
Account was closed in December 2022, out of the blue we started receiving invoices again, called and spoke to a CSR and she stated she could not find any account, with the account number on the invoice and it was probably a billing error since THRYV took over for the Real Yellow Pages. Received another invoice the very next month, emailed clientcareemail@***.com and received a response from loriemie.gelilang@***.com not answering or addressing any questions I had asked but stating, "Our records show your new bill has not generated yet and they would wait for it to generate so she can view the balance. That was March 15, 2023, no response to any other emails sent but yet they will sure send an invoice in the mail. I have now emailed thryvreplies@***.com, loremie.gelilang@***.com, dmcanotices@***.com and privacy@***.com.au as these are all the emails I can find to stop the madness and fraudulent billing. What was amazing is the first few bills had our old address since we had moved after cancelling the account. They will not contact us back or stop the billing us for this closed account but they found our new address and have now sent the invoices to the mailing address, that they got from my original email. It is such a shame that this company, Thryv, has taken over the real yellow pages from back in the day, a trusted source of printed phone books with contact information for businesses and home and ruined it! Oh and Rebecca B, I look forward to your response asking me to do what I have already done.

Horrible customer service and changed terms of contract
With all of the very negative reviews that I am seeing It amazes me that they don't work harder to make their customers happy. We have not seen ANY benefit from using Thryv and now they are going up in price even though we have a contract. I do believe that is against the law to change a contract and the expect the other party to hold up their end of it. Customer service is a joke and clearly making customers happy is not important to them. If you are even thinking about using Thryv- PLEASE do NOT. They promise the moon and then don't deliver. Biggest waste of money EVER.

Horrible marketing proposal and charge
terrible customer service rip off charged over $2000 for marketing before final unimpressive proposal. Have refused to credit current user a refund/ vague overview of program / tried to talk person back into proposal claiming Ai marketing with 90 leads in a 1` year period for $1500.00 per month. We had 3-4 conversations over 2 weeks and was still not sure what was going to be done. The final proposal was so week that I was forced to cancel and was assured I would be reimbursed! That was 2 months ago.

Complete Scam
18,000-dollar loss in 6 months. Claimed they would reimburse us for at least one month, but never did. Sent false or fake numbers for leads. Promised 20 leads a month, we would get 5-6 in the first two days, then nothing. All leads were dead or unreachable. Messed up our website, shut off our emails. Nightmare.

Extended search.
I keep seeing extended search on my bill for $80 a month. Every time I ask what it is no one can tell me! Then, there it is again on the next billing cycle. I believe that no one can tell what it is, because it is nothing more that an extra charge! On top of that the only time anyone from thrive wants to talk to me is when they are trying to sell me $1200 dollars a month of worthless crap!

thryv has established tracking numbers for us that do not work and our customers and potential customers cannot locate us properly. Illegal scam renewals.
We paid for a full year so as not to have to deal with the monthly payments. Now they are saying that we did a digital signature to renew for an additional 14 months. That is a total lie.

Horrible company - crooks
The sales woman lied to me about coverage and the cancelation policy. Tried to cancel and was hung up on. Price was quoted 85 for add ended up being 1600+. This company never even distributed the books in the region. Everything about this company is crooked. If they call, just hang up the phone and run the other way.

Do not do business with this company
Rabbit hole, do not do business with this company. Spend your marketing dollars with their competitors. We tried for months to get our current, then tried for another 3+ months to cancel. Every month we would get another bill follow by a 20 min call to cancel. The operators that answer are just a call center. AVOID this company

My Small Business has been targeted by this scam.
Today, I received a notice from FCS First Collection Services, on behalf of "The Read Yellow Pages"/DexYP . This is a sham company. They do not exist, except to intimidate small businesses into paying bills they do not actually have. This is EXTORTION. Be warned. The collection notice states that my business is in arrears and has been turned over to a collection agency. The notice states that my company owes $670.60 and is worded in a typical collection agency aggressive manner. I have never worked with Yellow Pages, I have no outstanding balance, and I have not ignored previous notices. This is a scam. Don't engage with them.

This Vick is telling me he’s going to destroy my reputation, and he hopes I die in the streets. It’s very, vert upsetting.

I spent almost 10,000 with no results, only a rep who kept telling me it was because my budget was small. I finally called customer care to cancel, a rep named Vick Bhola, called &;;; said he felt bad for me that thyrv had ripped me off. He said it was a horrible company and that hed help me get my SEO in order. I didnt know what to think- if theyd been doing good work, I wouldnt have been cancelling. Vick charged me 1,300 for bogus SEO. when I realized he was a scam, He started threatening me. Ive told Thryv, theyve do nothing to help, they dont care.

Service and help is not reliable
Not sure of what they did for my business. I got more calls from Google my Business. I tried to cancel my service and they had no record of the call I made to do this. I kept receiving bills. I called again and paid the last bill hopefully. What a run-around! They just want your money. Don't sign up!

TOTAL SCAM! RUN!!
We had have nothing but problems with Dex Yp since we started with them a few years ago. We were conned into thinking we NEEDED to use them to be in the phone book. We cancelled the service in October of 2020, they only cancelled the phone book, not the online. I called at the end of the year as were still getting bills. I have returned the bills to them clearly stating that we cancelled the service. I called again at the beginning of April, spoke to a man name Chris. He said it was going to be cancelled and we were good. Well, they sent another bill on May 1rst with additional charges on it. I called again today and they said they had no record of me canceling it until April. That is a flat out lie, as I did contact them. In reading the reviews for them online now, I can see that they have scammed most everyone that has dealt with them. I want the charges removed, and they refuse.NRU

Requested a refund from this company and they use Thryv book keeping. I have waited over 18 business days and still no refund. The company has called many times and gets the old round around. I need help with this ASAP. Deb Mulvey

Horrible Marketing software program
Signed a 6 month contract with Thryv, was working with Eric. Scott showed me a presentation about their product and services and I really thought after the presentation I had finally found the Marketing staff who had the knoweldge to bring me more business. I Paid thousands of dollars over 6 months under contract, the performance was terrible, the leads were horrible, and listening to the customers that were calling, most were looking for another HVAC company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THRYV to anyone owning a HVAC business, their staff does not have the experience, not the knowledge.
