Brand new 2022 Thor Windsport severe water damage from leak in roof

Thor only wants to help you if it is a small issue . Have a bigger issue , they become radio silent . In February , Bought a brand new Thor Windsport with a leaky roof that caused severe damage inside RV - walls , bedroom , floors , mold , future damages . No offer of a buy back . We returned the RV after 2weeks to the dealership . They could not find the leak . By March 31,2023 , I went unannounced to Kirby Barber RV in Ventura, CA to pick up my raincoat inside RV . The RV was completely thrashed in bedroom Water damage , wires exposed , walls were mushy ! Ours brand new RV was damaged goods ! Who knows where mold is ! Who wants that in the bedroom ? Who wants that where your Grandkids will be ? Still no settlement . Still no buy back offer . We are still paying for this RV . We were patient for months . We just wanted the to do the right thing . Buy back offer or replacement brand new RV for same price ! Nope silence . We now are done ! Consumers need to know how awful they treat their customers!

Rear slide won't retract

Went out fine. Front slide came in fine. Motor will move rear slide forward a couple of inches on one side. Checked for blockage.

I have a 31w class c the dealer has had it for 5 months out of 9 months we have had it for. There were 32 items that were a mess from Thor . And we still find things wrong

DThe side not working Auto leveling had to be replaced 2 times Water system full of plastic pieces the water heater was messed up because of that all the faucets where replaced Outlets did not work Wires hanging Overflow tubing not connected to the water tank found that out when water came out the door of the motor home On and on

Buyer Remorse

I purchased a 2022 Thor Colman 22EQP in November of last year and off the lot the LP sensor was bad and customer service had to order a replacement. Apparantly, the process is to file with the warranty department and once approved they order the parts. Takes a few weeks. When I got the RV home I had a flat tire and although I purchased wheel and tire coverage, for whatever reason it was not showing in the system so I had to pay out of pocket. It took months to get reimbursed and that happened only with the help of the store in Gulf Breeze Fl. Calling customer service was like an episode of the Wizard of Oz with the scarecrow pointing everywhere. My wheel and tire coverage is still not reflected in my membership. I also discovered that some of the bolts holding the mud flaps were missing and others were loose and about to fall out. On the way to have the LP sensor replaced the radio stopped working and the service tech said it came unplugged inside the dashboard. Next came issues with the refrigerator working sporadically and the USB ports in the front dash falling inside the dash. The USB port at the bunk bed also stopped working. The plastic on the passenger door inside near the area where the mirror is located just fell out, the clips were broken. The floor covering at the cabin doorway, the entry from the driving compartment and at the step going into the rear area, was curling up. While being serviced for these issues, the cabin door handle inside broke off in the service tech's hand. Of course these issues are being addressed under warranty but at this rate of failure, this is likely to continue beyond the warranty period. This is a very poorly crafted product and I wish I had done more research before purchasing. Talk about buyer remorse! I contacted Thor customer service and at first they couldn't find my contract. Then when they did they said sorry to hear but glad everything is being fixed. I continued to complain about the quality and the customer service tech actually told me that they don't technically build the units, they only purchase the parts and assemble them! Not one iota of concern about the unit continually breaking. Very bad customer service. For a company that claims "Nobody builds them better" they are a joke. Beware of this company. I will be selling my unit as soon as the refrig is fixed.

Left call back number but didn’t receive a call back !!!nnnnn. I would like to talk to someone and have tried 3 times to get someone. Email don’t seem to work either.

Thor ships RVs with a crippled RVMC Lite control unit and provides zero support.

Apparently BMPRO could not get chips so Thor bought and installed a piece of junk called the RVMC Lite in my 2022 Thor Scope. I believed I purchased an RV with a fully functioning control pad with traditional support but I was wrong. The unit has crippled functionality, the RV Master software was clearly not modified to reflect the lack of buttons, Thor and retail dealers seem to know absolutely nothing about it and owners cannot find manuals to understand how to use it. Can you please explain how on earth to pair iOS and Android phones and tablets to the control screen? The RV Master software instructs users to "Press arrow until PA appears," BUT THE UNIT DOES NOT HAVE AN ARROW BUTTON! The following screen instructs users to "Press the EXT button to connect," BUT THE UNIT DOES NOT HAVE AN EXT BUTTON! How on earth can you charge customers full price, ship your RVs with this crippled product and provide absolutely zero support to RV, retailers and consumers? What a complete travesty.

Header panel replace didn’t match. It’s only two years old and no longer have a penalty match.

Ive had trouble since day one when I purchased this unit poor craftsmanship Im stuck with it wished I wouldve never purchased it, but what can you say? If I could get rid of it, I would get rid of it because of the service you get a timeframe a text to fix them. Things shouldve never left the shop or the factory in the condition. It was in just poor craftsmanship Id never buy a Coleman again from THOR.

Worthless fabrication and warranty service

i drove my brand new 2022 off the lot for a for total 2600 miles (it had an additional 2400 miles from delivery); i ended up stranded in a national park with no cell service to name a few mechanical failures; i had to have road side assistance on another slideout matter. This Thor "House" (not the Ford Chassis) was nothing but junk. i had compiled a list of 36 complaints ranging from missing parts to major slideout repairs. I was called out to La Mesa RV claiming it was complete and i could have my coach back. At first test, every major component failed. This happened three times. For the 13 months that i have owner that Coach; it has been in warranty repair for TEN MONTHS. no offer for a loaner, no apology, and nothing material to make it right.

Can’t get anybody to give me a straight answer I wear my Parts are coming from

I wish someone would contact me. This is about the third time Ive done this. Ordering shipping shipping to the wrong destination. How convenient for you guys # Warranty is almost over in three weeks. Its been in the shop 7 to 8 months maybe nine

Camping World can't find my panel that you guys shipped to them I'd like someone to call me

I dont know what to do anymore with this unit. Poor quality all the way around customer service poor quality very disappointed. I bought it in April 2022. Ive used it twice Longmont Camping World has had my RV eight months out of the year I mean losing my panel this time cant find my paddle wow.

Warranty reimbursement

First trip in the Thor Delano. Unit is brand new. Going cross country from Florida to Las Vegas. Day three in Arizona and we wake up to snow. The heater wont come on as well as the refrigerator. I attempt to find repair in Vegas and call three or four places. They are weeks out. I find 24/7 rv repair who say they do warranty work but they are also scheduled way out on warranty work. They do however state that I can pay cash and send to Thor to get reimbursement. They can get me in within several days. Its 30 degrees out and I have no heat so I have to get a hotel room. I'm between a rock and a hard place. They find a bad harness behind the fridge which takes care of the heat and refrigerator. I'm not sure who to send the bill to.. After getting that fixed we decide to cut the trip short and head back to Florida. We attempt to spend the night in Waco Texas. Its 90 degrees outside. After setting up in a RV park we find the air-conditioner wont come on, so we get another hotel room. Needless to say this was not the way ewe planned our first trip in a brand new Motorhome. On a separate note. When I purchased the home I thought I would have a three way refrigerator. I like to camp in Forest service camp grounds and cant run the generator 24/7. Can the 12 volt Fridge be changed out for a two or three way refrigerator? On my build order it just states double door refrigerator . My dealer could not answer that question. I'm really at a loss here, R Chapman

Class B RVs are low quality. Extremely poor craftsmanship

2022 Thor Tellaro 20L - over 20 issues including leaking roof, leaks in bathroom, awning failure, Truma hot water heater failure, electrical cables not connected, peeling wallpaper, wall and ceiling panels coming apart, etc. Customer service is snarky, very slow to solve warranty issues. Very little dealer support. Nothing but the runaround. Horribly made product.

I owned it for a year. It was in the shop for nine months. This last go round, waited two months for one panel.

Poor quality control at the factory. Lotta imperfections that shouldve been caught before it left the factory panels too short to see daylight through the wall things that shouldve been cut at the factory.

Resolved: Snow on slidout

I have a Chateau Z28 currently in Croatia. I have about 9 inches of snow on the roof. Is it safe to pull the slide in? Or is it likely to damage then slide cover that rolls up when the slide comes in. Many thanks. Tony.

I'd like to know what's going on with the panel they bought it for my camper

A lot of issues that Ive had with the motorhome shouldve been caught at the factory shouldve never left in the condition. It was in poor quality control.

Just want to know if Camping World just ordered the panel for my camper they’ve had it since November 20, 2022

It seems like when I make an appointment with Camping World Longmont to work on my RV for warranty work. They wait three weeks before they start work then they say they have to order the panel takes 6 to 8 weeks to get. I just feel if you make an appointment they should work on it and get it taken care of, supposedly they ordered another panel and said you still havent sent it. My name is Tommie Rosales.
