They are a Scam!
Paid over 900.00 US and after 1 letter said they could not help. But before I paid said they could absolutely get my issue resolved with ebay! Stay away from them!

Ladies and Gentlemen, please do not fall for the Thompson and Holt website and its so-called success rate. This has been the worst legal experience of my life. I was going to be suspended on Amazon for mistakenly violating Amazon's drop-ship policy. I engaged Thompson and Holt for their help. Bad mistake. They charged me $1000 US for two attempts at an appeal; however, both times, I had to email them back all the additional feedback for them to update the appeal document again. On the last evening, before my final appeal was due, they failed to update the final document and or make any changes. I stayed up all night rewriting the entire appeal myself. I was certainly willing to pay them something for their time, more like half of what I paid them and learning the lesson to never work with them again, but then they turned our conversation into legal threats which then forced me to write this review when they failed to find a win/win for this situation. Do not spend any money with this so-called legal firm. They are a bunch of thieves. They did not even spell words correctly on the first two appeal letters. Avoid Thompson and Holt at all costs.

Beware - Did nothing and kept all the money

We were suspended by Amazon as a new seller. We found Thompson and Holt by Google search and read their promises. What we failed to do was look for feedback on this company before paying them over $600 US$. We received a ridiculous boilerplate response letter to submit to Amazon which was refused within 30 minutes. Emails to Thompson and Holt resulted in automated boilerplate responses that had noting to do with our case. Within two days of paying them we immediately emailed them that we had no confidence in their services as they were not responding to our specific emails but with what appeared to be bot answers. We asked for our money back... which is the ONLY specific email we received back with an answer... NO! We instructed our bank to do a chargeback which was granted until Thompson and Holt disputed the chargeback with unknown documents that were accepted by our bank. Basically we got absolutely no service from this company and they got paid in full. Beware Beware BEWARE!!!!!! There are many companies out there that do the same thing and get results with Amazon.

Actually made my situation worse
Terrible Experience. They actually made my situation worse off than I was before I used them. Sent a generic letter for me to use and after I submitted I got a very angry response from Amazon saying they won't review future correspondence. Then afterwards the rep told me to resubmit THE SAME LETTER but requested I contact my supplier to reissue invoices that didn't have the right information. AVOID AT ALL COSTS NO PHONE SUPPORT as they represent on their website

Failed attempt at suspended Amazon Account reinstatement
Simply put, they charge $625 for a generic cut and paste letter that Amazon rejected. When Amazon responded with what they needed and I forwarded it to Holly Sloan, she sent back the SAME letter and wanted me try again. When I needed to come up with invoices, they told me to go out and find companies to work with and then once I figured it out, to come back to them. There was zero guidance and they are not keeping up with Amazon's changing policies. A complete waste of time and money.

What was good about this product or service overall? there wasn't anything good about this company they promise the world and don't deliver. you hear all the good reviews but what about the bad ones. This lady holly sloan who is a representative of Thompson and holt is a joke she keeps sending you the failed letter for your suspension over and over with minor tweaks to the letter. news flash holly sloane if the first letter didn't get anywhere there probably is a formulation of the letter that is the problem. I provided each and every shred of paper that I have gotten from amazon. what do I get the same lack luster turd letter that keeps getting rejected from amazon seller services. I am a reasonable man I have asked for a 50% refund as holly sloane promised me a 90% success rate clearly this is not the case by any means. worse yet they placate you to make you think that they keep working with you until they get a result. they placate you long enough to ensure you can't file fraudulent charges through your credit card company which I still plan on doing to to the lackluster services provided. this is a **** all day every day Simon holt also will reach out to you with the I can't give a refund for services rendered routine. What services are rendered at this point my account is still locked out I by passed this through having someone else make an account in their name and I'm back selling already all on my own. thanks Simon holt and holly sloane you prove yet again that their are *** bags ready to take advantage of they hardworking people with b.s. promises and not actual solutions. More than a scam
Very bad experience with this service provider, they play they are available for chat and on WhatsApp and wechat, but only to deliver you a very bad service after that. Please do yourself a favor and avoid using their service, they take the money, do not care about you bought fast service, then they will deliver to you a generic letter and if it is refused they ask you to send the same damn letter, how stupid is that? they have one template and selling it, you better find on facebook people who post their letter for free, After they did not deliver, I ask for a refund, now they ignore my message and need to go through visa credit card fraud department to get my money back Avoid! www.ThompsonandHolt.com

I had purchased this service from Jan 2018 and at this now, they can't solve my problem and no refund...This is a terrible service which I used!! Before used this service, I thought they can solve any issue because I see their review on Feefo however Feefo is scam site too. You can search "Feefo reviews" and you will know what I said. You will see the feefo review system on their site but don't believe!!!. You can't write any review on this site so they can add or edit the reviews and that is reason why they had 5 star...I asked on Amazon Forum and I known that their service is terrible. T&H: I hope you will feel happy with 400 GBP from me. When you cheated people, your life will not happiness. I believed that.

Shocking Service with No Result
We paid Thompson & Holt a significant amount to help with an old Amazon account in the USA which had been suspended. After lots of to-ing and fro-ing (we're talking months and months) and basically sending the same email to the same email address over and over again, I decided to look further into the appeal they had written. To my horror, T&H had not even addressed all of the points of concern that Amazon raised. I mean - even I could see that (maybe I should have done it myself!) At this point, having wasted 6 months of repeatedly sending an appeal which was never going to work, I pointed out the issue (and also several other claims which their website had made which certainly hadn't happened in our case) to Steven Thompson and said that under the circumstances I thought it was fair that we have our money back. He flat out refused, claiming that they were entitled to the money as they had helped out with our case, and that they would be happy to continue working with us. No mention or apology about the missing important info from the appeal. I replied stating that I had little confidence in them any more, and did they have any other plan besides sending the same email over and over again, to which I never received a reply - and thats where our experience ended. In the end I went to Amazon Sellers Attorney who completed an appeal which not only addressed everything that was required, but also in a much more detailed appeal (and we're talking about 3x the detail of the Thompson & Holt appeal). It's Christmas season and I was recently suspended from selling on Amazon because of several false complaints from competitors!! I hired these no good thieves thompsonandholt from www.thompsonandholt to help me bring back my suspended amazon seller account after being suspended from amazon. They charged me $2,000!!! and would not give me back my money after they promised to help me!!! They continuously gave me the run around. It got to the point where they stopped replying to me and just ignored me!! Bunch of scammers who pass themselves off as some sort of law firm when they aren't even lawyers. I don't even know why I hired a company outside the u.s.. SCAMMER ALERT**** Don't use thompson and holt to get your suspended amazon account back. They'll just keep your money.. screw them!!! *** ***. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!

After paying £400,actually being able to speak to somebody about the issue would have been helpful. They only interact via email. Reminds me of the company I was trying to get account back with. Not a good way of doing business in my opinion! How was the support? They were usually ok but other times had to email them 3 times to even get a response. Never did get the account back reinstated which was disappointing. I'm just so glad I didn't pay for the super quick,expensive super quick service they offer.P

appeal letter is not A bespoke Amazon Appeal Letter as thompsonandholt.com insist they keep using same template for every single customer after fail of reinstatement by ThompsonandHolt I contacted them and they sent same template so I understood they use same template each case according to situation it is not customized letter Amazon already knows this template and they keep rejecting it you can't refund your money so if you want to loose your account I recommend thompsonandholt.com by your chance you can reinstate your account but not me my chance for reinstatement are now gone- thanks to thompsonandholt.com please never use it I loose my Euro 400 and my account

Let me explain you all what thompsonandholt.com is about. First of all, there are no ex-Amazon employees working there. What they do is a pure scam. They will charge you money first, ask you for the reason for suspension, find a suitable appeal letter on Amazon seller forum and send it to you calling it a bespoke appeal letter. What a joke! They send the same or simillar tempalte letter to all clients and there is no option to leave them a review on Feefo as they dont invite upset customers. Once I realized, I filed a chargeback with my CC corp but guess what- they won! ! ! I lost my money and my Amazon business. Great job Thompsonandholt. See you in the court room.

They took our money for help with an amazon appeal. The representative use the alias, Steve Thompson. The letter had multiple grammar errors. After bring this up and, losing our amazon account because of their work, they just blocked us. Upon further research we realized that the letter was copied from the internet, from another seller!! So it wasn’t their work! I have email conversations, along with screen shots to back up my claim. Let me know and I will paste the screenshot of the letter I received. Thompsonandholt claims that letters are written and checked by ex Amazon staff- this is a complete *** DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE!
