Techical support

Need live agent on phone to walk me through using photostick omni on my android phone and my mac mini computer

Never received photosticks. Couldn’t get a person to talk to on the phone!

Ordered photosticks and my credit card was charged on August 2nd. I called the phone number on the credit card invoice and couldnt get a person to talk to. Recording advised me to send e-mail but did not give me the address.

Sucks

Bought a unit and when plugged into my MAC it said broken, remove. Received a replacement and the results were the same

Ordered the wrong stick

I need to return the order I just received yesterday 7/32/23 and have you send me the photo stick Omni which is what I thought I had ordered. I received the Photo Stick 128. Please tell me how to go about this process. My email is poppywlc @***.com

Super lousy support after the purchase. No up front info about only on line support.

I asked about the need or purpose of the device advertised as "Omni" and if it was needed to activate the Photo Stick. No published information is available.

The photostick omni that I purchased from you is an awful product! It doesn't work the way it was shown on the advertisement. I slow and *** download time! I purchased this product with PayPal and I would like a full refund. Thank you.

Backing up photos is not working

No competent tech support. Photostick is not working. I explained to rep via chat that the stick is flashing red. He referred me to a website that didnt exist. What a waste of money and time.

Purchased the wrong PhotoStick

I purchased the wrong Photo Stick. I have the yellow 2.0 PhotoStick. It will not work with my iPhone 11. Do you have an adapter for the PhotonStick I have or do I need to make a return and reorder?

Horrible customer service

Tried tech support. Tech was incompetent. Product not working on my iphone14. Waste of money. I tried several times to reach tech support for assistance. No luck.

Photo stick will not download

Does not work with all cell phones or pcs

I had a lot of technical difficulities with both sticks. They did not work with my pc or my phone. These sticks are designed for uncomplicated phones and pcs. Should state in product thst they may not work on all pcs or phones due to phone and pc programs that are incompstable with the stick. Was happy to get a refund for the two sticks, however.

I have not received a refund for my double charged yet. I need to talk with a live person.

You say there is no live person I can talk to! You have not made any effort to give me my refund.

I have no other choice to report this a fraud if no attempt to give me my refund! The 2nd charged was not authorized.

You have charge me twice. You charged my Affirm account which I paid in full. Then now you are charging my pay pay account. You have done this twice. First time I called pay pay and they reversed the charges. NOw today you are charging my pay pal account again! The phone number 970225**** is worthless. It tells me to go to tech support on line then hangs up. I need a phone number that I can talk to a live person. I am very disappointed with your company and the product too! Problems with return. PLESE PROVIDE ME WITH YOUR PHONE NUMBER WHERE I CAN TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. Thank you April 15, 2023 Debbie Delay

Ask a question about my order

I've ordered your PhotoStick of 64 Go on 25/02/2023 for back-up my pics and video from my Iphone6s and it doesn't work in spite of the download of your application on my mobile and the following of your advices. I've paid you 105,58 for that. Impossible to get view of my pics on your application at the step 4 of your procedure. So I've send you back my PhotoStick just before the delay of 30 days to your German agence to get back my payment. I'm very disappointed to haven't find a technical support in France to help me and to find a solution with your product. Above all, I've never got an invoice from your company that it's no serious for me in spite of your big ads on the social networks. Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The company wanted to know why I was returning it and what could they do to make the product better.

I was satisfied with the refund. I wish the product would have been easier to use.

This is my second request for a refund for The PhotoStick Omni I have not received a response from them as of today 12/8/22 The person I purchased this for has tried it and ca not use it. Their reason is that it is too complicated for them to use. I contacted customer service several times for help but the issues were not resolved. Your return policy says that you offer a 30-day money back guarantee if we dont like the Photo Backup Stick for any reason, it can be returned for a full refund. I am requesting an RMA# and return shipping instructions. I would like to return it for a refund. Order #92526 sherloobro@***.com
