Thanks a f—-ing lot, Disney!

Really?! Thanks a *** lot, Disney! Ive had it with you! Youve really f-ed up this time! Youve shut down theme parks when it wasnt really necessary (the virus was intentional, and couldve been mitigated easily), you cut back on guest benefits (such as Extra Magic Hours, Magical Express, Resort Airline Check-In, Book Flights Through Resort Website, Dining Plans, FastPass, etc.), implemented Genie and Genie Plus (which sucks d-k), implemented a Park Pass Reservation System (is nothing sacred?!), changed gift shop experiences, shut down radioDisney (created new celebrities over its time), cut content on Disney Plus (I just lost The Mysterious Benedict Society! Did David Zaslav of Warner Bros. Discovery put you up to this?!) and added mature content to family-friendly platform, started promoting more mature movies and shows (Deadpool 3?! What the *** Also, Mulan, Cruella, and new Haunted Mansion rated PG-f-ing-13?!), and above all, youve promoted WOKE, WOKE, and MORE WOKE movies and shows. Disney, my verdict is in: youve really tarnished your brand, and now I hope you lose more consumers more than ever. You better start saving up for bankruptcy lawyers ASAP!

Asked for cancelation on Disney on cable tv. No reply except thru email. NO return call...DO NOT want the Disney Channel!! Very disappointed!!!

Holding you to a higher standard

No good. You people should be held to a hire standard than this. We traveled across the country with our family, to your 210 Billion dollar company and spent thousands just to get there to find out you dont care about your food or water quality at all. Online you say the food is amazing, well we were starving by the time we finally got there so we were excited! What a freaking let down!! I would have been happy with a Hot dog! What you people are serving is less than dog food! Rubber chicken breast that looks like you cut it off the side of a witches butt, big long hair in my daughters friends burger that looked like you microwaved to cook we had to turn around and leave and will never come back all because of your negligence and lack of care in quality of food! Like I said this is unacceptable for a company of your size and you should absolutely be held to a hire standard than this! The entire board of directors and all shareholders should be ashamed! The food is the most important part of keeping us coming back and was the only reason we trusted going there in the first place but we were lied to. As far as Im concerned you need to fix this immediately or you should be sued for false advertising. I felt forced to eat this food as it was the only food in sight and you wont allow us to bring our own unless we lie and say we have food allergies, which I found out a lot of people do because of your poor quality. The water fountains Ive herd are contaminated and warm definitely in need of updating the water filtration and cooling system. You need to immediately fix your food and water problem this week! You can afford to hire Gordon Ramsey to come in and clean up the place! That would also be good for business! You can afford to hire the most expensive plumbing company in the world to fix your water filtration problem. Thanks hope to see some major improvements very soon! Good luck!

Theft of my purse from resort bell services

Over a month later and no one from Disney has called to resolve this. I did get a call from the claim department however trying to only cover $500 for all my lost merchandise. Such a joke! Theyre trying to shut me up with money! I want an apology and an update on what happened to the thief!!!

Thieves work at the Contemporary and Disney does not care! No one has helped me regain my losses from their neglience

Almost 2 months later and Disney Corporation has not reached out to apologize or update me on the investigation. Totally disgusted!

My purse was stolen from the Contemporary's Resort Bell Services on 1/8/23. I have been passed around to every phone number and different department in Disney with no resolution. My entire vacation was ruined. EVERYDAY I woke up thinking about who I had to call because ALL the contents of my purse were gone ...cell phone, wallet, medical insurance card, bank card, credit cards, identification etc. Name it and it's gone. No one from Disney has helped me, updated or informed me of what is happening. I am sure the thief from the hotel hasn't even been arrested and sadly more people visiting Disney for a vacation will becomes victims of theft as well. Over $1,000 of stuff was charged to my various cards as my family and I enjoyed a park day while our belongings were supposed to be "securely locked up" in the bell services room since our guest room was not ready upon arrival to the resort. After returning home I am still dealing with my losses and trying to recoup all of my cards, ID's etc. I had an awful vacation thanks to the negligence of the Contemporary staff. Highly disappointed. I wanted to make a point to trust NO ONE and sadly especially Disney World staff. Date of experience: January 08, 2023

Unhappy with Disney

WOKE Disney is offensive for our family values. We walked out of "Strange World". Unless Disney movies and TV go back to being what Walt intended for families we'll not be watching anything they produce. We are not alone as many of our friends agree.

Stolen gift card

I had a gift card issued from Disney in 2021. The amount was for 1000. This was given to me when i cancelled a trip to Disney because Covid had hit.. They refunded my down payment on a gift card..Well today I was looking into trips and discovered that someone had used my gift card(e card) on June 4, 21. They had shopped at shopdisney.com and used it 5 times in one day and depleted my entire balance...I contacted Disney and they said they needed a police report to be filed so they can figure out who used my card and where it was mailed to..my local police dept. said they didn't have the resources to do this since they had no idea where it occured.(except online). so the Officer told me to go to this site and make a report.. This is the report i have sent to FBI..I have not heard anything from them though...can someone please help me...the thought of losing my vacation money is killing me

I have been trying to get set up with Troubleshooters but was Unsuccessfful my Bank Statement shows that I pay$15.11 on 06-06-22 of every month do not have link I have change my mind please Reimburse me please for what you . I do like Disney would like to keep.

Recall Bob Chapek and bring back Michael Eisner

Since 2019 with the acquisition of 21st Century Fox, The Walt Disney Company has been going down to crap. They are supporting woke culture, making more mature content than family-friendly (and they will be doing that again with Deadpool 3), and worst of all, their prices at Disney World are atrocious! Walt Disney himself would be rolling in his grave right now. This is definitely NOT what the company was meant to be! I dont know whats going on with the company, but they are basically shooting themselves in the foot. Pretty soon, itll be Chapter 11 for them, and that means the company will probably be owned by the U.S. Government, as with General Motors back in the late-2000s. Therefore, I am starting to lose trust in them.

Terrible customer service from Disney cruise and Disney world

I had to call Disney customer service to make a change and was placed on hold without getting through on three occasions waiting for over 12 hours and multiple emails to solve the simple issue of dinning groups. I would like to cancel my Disney Cruise now which was a pre military deployment trip from me to my family because I will be gone for 9 months. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an organization I spend thousands of dollars on every year. This is saying a lot of sense Ive been in the military for over 10 years with 5 deployment overseas.

Woke policy

Just spoke with Evelyn (who I suspect is a bot) and complained about your current political agenda. Lifelong customer where my parents took me to Disneyland in 1966 when I was about 6 months old. Bought my kids all sorts of Disney stuff in the 90's and would love to take my granddaughter to Pirates of the Caribbean, but only if Johnny Depp is in the cast. Tried to complain on customer chat but you clowns are charging people to tell you that your company has lost its way. Walt likely would not have approved, and by your current agenda you successfully offended many long time customers with a poor choice of values, many of which are part of your core business model. The fact you also inserted non relevant or incorrect information into the debate has also made Disney lose credibility, and likely caused your company's stock to crater over the last month or so. Good luck choosing to go down your current path. I plan to start short selling your company. Also your terms of service are extremely arrogant. Thanks, Chris Miller

40 year returner to Disney in Fl. and CA. There will not be a 41! How dare you decide the sex of my child and my entire family. If you are sub coming to a 1 % population and trying to get the other 99% to bow down and kiss your *** you made a foolish mistake!!!!!!!!! Here is the story, I am a 69-year-old GIRL, my family of 6 brothers and sisters grew up at Disney, Sunday nights were magical. One night Cinderella was playing a the drive-in for $1.00, wow we begged to go. That moment in time is ingrained in my life, I ingrained it into my son's lives and then into my grandchildren's lives. WE DID THAT YOU DID NOT!!! WE TAUGHT OURSELVES, BOYS AND GIRLS TO EMBRACE DISNEY. YOU MADE THE FILMS AND SUCH, WE AS AMERICANS MADE YOUR BUSINESS! NOW AFTER ALL OF THAT SHARING AND BOY AND GIRL MAGIC YOU STICK IT TO US OVER MANDATING OUR SEXUAL IDENTITY, EVEM BEFORE WE WALK INTO YOUR OVERPRICED, UNDER-VALUED, "MAGICAL" EXPERIENCE. WOKE Disney supports pedophelia and the sexualizing of children. Our conservative children no longer want anything to do with your brand. Go woke, go broke. You have seen your last dollar from us. I am thrilled. I no longer have to get *** up the *** with your insane prices for very mediocre rides. Six Flags rides are much better, and they stay out of politics. Walt must be turning over in his grave.
