North PORT FLORIDA LOCATION. WICKED EVIL PEOPLE...Wife brought car to get tire looked at because of low air pressure. They confirmed the tire was low and needed a plug due to a nail in the tire. They took the car back and claimed to have repaired the tire only to find out later that even after I looked at the tire and noticed it was not the exact same tire that was on the car before they even touched the car. Called them the next day and spoke to the manager and he denied the claim and confessed there are no cameras in the shop. Which explains why they do shady business and are ripping people off. People are very wicked knowing that there is a child in the back of that car and the tire they put on the car was a bad and used tire. FYI all four tires on car were brand new so they took advantage of yet another woman. People please don't let convenience and cheap service catch your eyes and ears for you know not what they are doing in the shop with your car due to the lack of cameras to testify on your behalf. They will get you !!! Be wise and stop going there and For those who love the manager/s and staff, I will say if you love and cherish kids you would consider what this evil place did was hideous and humiliating yet to another woman and her child. Is this what you call the land of freedom ? dignity and pride in America ? The manager is acting professional because it's probably due to him trying his best to keep his job to stay above float because people like him are in spiritual debt. At this place "the manager is always right" NOT THE PEOPLE !!! And guys if you must send your spouse to this place because of circumstances then take pictures and videos of before and after because they can't afford cameras in the shop. Seems like the company is also shady itself by not equipping the place with adequate security for your property and the people/customers. Pictures will show their dirty works. Picture with their replaced tire will show you a grinder seems to be used to try and cut tire around and other pictures will show the new tires that were bought couple months ago called "crosswind"

They took off my wife's new tire and replaced it with a used messed up tire instead of patching her new one. Thieves and liars

Upset customer

My car was never fixed they made it worse and they lied. They told me the mechanic was working on it it's been nearly 3 weeks I have called the corporate office still no response. The mechanic quit 15 days before my car was there. My warranty company sent me there I would never depend on them they charged me $700 and nothing was fixed I want my money back I had to get a tow truck to pick my car up and send it to another shop tire choice is trash to me very disappointed will never recommend them to anyone. Now I'm stuck with no money and no car now I am getting a lawyer involved.

Improper installation of rear spoiler

They changed the LED light and had to remove the spoiler. They lost the bolt on the spoiler and all the other bolts were hand tight. The spoiler clipped into place and because it did not get bolted down it did not sit flush with the car body. When I told them they lost the bolt they told me they did not lose it when in fact they finally admitted they did misplace they told me to go purchase my own bolt. So now I am stuck with a spoiler that stick up and does not align with the car body

They enter the wrong miles when I took it in. I need the correct miles corrected. Its effecting me of selling my car

Service unacceptable from Robert (store manager)

Did not have the staff to repair a tire, was unapologetic and walked away without alternative time date, or when the staff member would return to be able to fix the tire. When confronted about his lack of hospitality, he shrugged his shoulders and said he knows and walked away. Simply unacceptable for a store manager.

They responded 6 months ago and promised to resolve the issue. They lied. I have heard nothing from them since.

They have not come back to me after promising they would deal with my complaint and resolve it. They lied. They have not responded since.

Battery warranty. Problem at store about to call 911

Mgr refuses to replace my battery unless I let them place my alternator that he says is bad. He must be on crack, I took my vehicle back to them about 2 months ago when I was having the same issue and they said nothing was wrong with my battery or alternator. Now they are both bad. I do not trust their judgement or their work other than tires.

Set an appointment. Spent an intire day from 9:30 to 4:00 waiting for tire mount and balance and a alignment. When finished the mechanic came into the office and said the tire pressure light was still on . The manager tried to give me some B's story. Went home a put air in Two tires were 5 psi low each. The light went off. The balance was wrong .could not drive over 45 mph with out shaking the vehicle apart. And alignment was off. Pulls to the right. will not recommend. Beware stay away. Wasted 400 $. Also was quoted 290$??? No I would not go back . Picture of weights on 1 wheel. 445 99th Ave N st N Saint Petersburg FL.

Truck is in shop third time for Power steering fix update

I On going issue.. Truck has been in-and-out for the same thing this time 2 months. No update Other than parts.. I have had to contact them and ask them .. But no positive Progress .. This being the 3rd time for SAFETY issues.

Manager will more than likely force you to buy unnecessary service than resolve your actual problems just to get a commission

I went to fix my tire and the tire technician put my car up and starting working on my tire. The manager ordered them to stop working on fixing my tire because his policy says I need to buy a new tire for $195 so the technicians told him they can remove the nails and fix it. He threatened to fire them because he will not make the sales and commission. He name is Alex

Today at 3:00 pm, I dropped off 2 tries and rims, along with 2 new replacement tires from Tire Rack, I have tire warranties, All I needed was tires swapped. The manager, and mid height fat black guy, is the best way to describe him, told me to back up to the first bay and unload, come back at 4:30 and they will be done. I returned at 4:30 and they have not been touched. Still sitting in the same spot and same way I stacked them. I rolled the tires back to my truck and he came to me and said I cannot just roll up to the shop and start taking tires out. That he has appointments. I said that they are my tires. He asked who dropped them off?? I said that I did at 3:00 and that I spoke to him. He wanted to call the police on me for taking my property, I said go right ahead, they can stop by my house first and see my Tahoe on jack stands with matching tires and rims. I spoke to him , to his face when I dropped them off. They were not busy, 2 cars in the bays. How stoned do you have to be to not remember me from a hour ago? They was another lady there, Tall white, very very long Blonde hair, looked like she had just done Cocaine, 28 years Fire service, I know what it does look like, dealing with overdoses, she did not look good, all she can do was point and say he in the bays, Now I was referred to you by Tire Rack, And I am placing complaints with everyone. I would not let them change my wiper the way they looked... Is this the kind of service you are running? They gave a very bad showing. Never going back there again. And I am also calling the state to see if its permitted to fix cars while stoned out of the skulls.

Vehicle has seat damage while in shop.

Jeep was in shop for 2 weeks when I went there to get some things out of it. Something had got in there... chewed *** in my back seat. The foam and leather were in pieces across the back seat. Water bottles and cardboard chewed up in back seat floorboard, seat and back of jeep, so it was wet also. The manager said he would not file a claim and that it didn't happen there. He said I brought in the pieces of my seat, threw them in there so they would fix the seat. Totally shocking and heartbreaking. My interior was perfect. I cried for 2 hours then called in the complaint. I also sent pictures. Nothing has been done yet. I found the part they needed so it's finally ready. Tomorrow would be 4 weeks. The manager's customer service was terrible since day one. He throws ma'am at the end of a sentence, not to be polite though.

RIPPED ME OFF

On Monday morning, December 12, 2022, I went into the Tire Choice located on 100 N Missouri Street, West Memphis, AR. 72301 to ask the front counter guy (Wesley Young, Jr) if they can drop my tank because I had gotten bad gas the night before which resulted in my vehicle quitting on the side of the road. I explained to him the situation, and that the gas station company are paying for the services. Wesley assured me that they can fix it, so I had my vehicle towed to their shop. Instead of being upfront and honest that they aren't equipped to drop the tank, they decided to skip over that and put a brand-new fuel pump and a ridiculous amount of tune up part on the vehicle instead of starting with dropping the tank! Although, my vehicle did not give me any signs of those things going bad at all. I'm sure Wesley knew that I prob would not know any better, being that most of us women don't know much about mechanical issues. Tire Choice not only took advantage of the situation, especially since Wesley had been in communication with the guy from the oil company. My bill ended up being $2062.51 at first. Not to mention, the car still had the bad gas in it. I also was informed that my vehicle was done, but still not cranking and the check engine light was on, so I would have to call a tow truck to have it towed to a shop that drop tanks. I was baffled to say the least, and so were the owners of the oil company. After I contacted corporate, making several attempts to talk to the district manager (Steve) I was unsuccessful. I did speak to a lady that must have investigated because they lowered the bill to 1719.54. They did not inform me, the customer. They actually sent the new bill to the guy from the oil company, and they were very upset! Confused as to what they actually fixed for that amount. I never did hear from the DM until I left a review online. My truck had been sitting outside of Tire Choice garage for an entire week right in their parking lot. Once the DM (Steve) contacted me, on 12-21-2022, he was very rude and had high confidence in Wesley's work. He told me that he should call the store and have Wesley to add that money back to the bill out of spite. He said they did me a favor by decreasing the bill a couple hundred of dollars. I thought that was very distasteful for a DM to say. That evening, I decided to go ahead and get my vehicle from their shop before the bad weather came in, so me and my dad went to go pay the money so that we can go ahead and have it towed to a real shop. Apparently, when I finished speaking to the DM, he called to the store and instructed them to push the vehicle inside their garage as if I were going to steal it without payment or something, which I could have easily done because it had been sitting in their parking lot for a week. I had been a long time customer of Tire Choice, but not at this particular location. Sadly, the overall problem is that they replaced those parts, then crank the vehicle back up with bad fuel STILL in the tank. It is mind blowing the incompetence from a "licensed mechanic!"

They destroyed my vehicle

Took my car to our local Tire Choice Service Center and they destroyed my car. I had gone to get my two rear tires replaced and was told the hub needed to be replaced. While replacing the hub they manage to damage the axle. They had told us they would pay for a new axle yet, failed to order the right one. Instead they decide to re-threaded the axle they had damaged (without approval from me). Then, they decide to put the axle they broke and rethreaded back on the car and take it on a test drive. On this test drive (that they also failed to mention to us) the car fell to the ground. One of the rear wheels came off the car and because of this the rear bumper, axle, hub, barring, and many more things were now ruined. The car was left on the side of the road with caution tape for who knows how long. The tire choice was not the one who informed me, however, a family friend noticed the car and called to ask what had happened. Upon receiving this phone call, I was beyond confused as to why my car was on the side of the road and why no one had called to let me know. When I arrived at the scene, I had also noticed that the other rear tire that was still on the car was missing lug nuts, which means this tire couldve came off too. Its been a nightmare dealing with this company and their insurance. Just thought everome should be aware of this location . I have also posted on the Avalon Park voice and there has been numerous issues with other customers.
