Did absolutely nothing
This place is a joke. Hired them to fight a ticket and they fought the ticket without hearing my side of the story or from a witness. This is 100% misrepresented.. asked for the attorney to contact me to submit proof and always got they call you when they are out of court. It took 31 days for an attorney to call. Which is funny that it was 1 day after I could appeal the courts decision. So they got me stuck with a ticket that was completely a bs ticket. Glen Reid was the attorney. Says he fights to many tickets in a day to talk to anyone. Most of their 5 stars reviews are fake from people that work there.

Changed my plea for no reason
I received a SPEEDING ticket after being hit from behind by a police officer with my 1 year old in the car. It should have been an easy dismissal. How do I get a speeding ticket? I obviously wasnt going fast enough that he still hit me. The case was continued twice bc officer who wrote ticket wasnt showing. So instead of just continuing they changed plea to no contest and now I have to pay for ticket and Im going to have struggles with my law suit. I think they work hand in hand with law enforcement and its a big scam. The police officer could have killed my daughter in the back seat.

Retained Ticket Clinic for $600 due to a ticket I received during COVID lockdown. Every time I went to court I was told it was rescheduled due to covid( total of 6 times) Finally I receive a letter after 1 year that i missed some court date after multiple reschedules and had a Failure to appear. I contacted ticket clinic and Paid $600 to deal with the FTA and the speeding ticket in question 11/5/2021 Ticket Clinic was paid, and forms signed and I was told the ticket would be worked on 11/22/2021 I receive an email stating case was continued to 12/3/2021 12/21/2021 I receive an email stating attorney Oshin Baghram appeared on my behalf on 12/3/2021 and the next appearance would be 5/9/2022. It stated: "You have given us the authority to represent you in court therefore you are not required to attend." 6/13/2026 I receive an email stating My next court date is 7/5/2022. It states: "Please be aware that Attorney Oshin Baghram will represent you in court and you are not required to attend unless otherwise instructed" That was the last communication I recieved from ticket clinic. On 7/12/2022 I receive a letter from the courts stating I failed to appear for my citation on 7/5/2022, and have been found guilty due to "Trial by declaration in Absentia" due to me (or my attorney) not showing up to court on the court date. I reached out to Ticket Clinic immediatly, they asked to send the documents so they can review what happened and I do so on the same day 7/12/2022. Since then I have received no response. Calls go either unanswered, or I am told they will call back and they never do. I have followed up with email twice, and called over 5 times. Tomorrow is the deadline to pay the fee and request a new trial so I am going myself to do so since I have heard nothing from my attorney or Ticket Clinic, so I am out $600 when my attorney didn't even show, As an officer of the court, an attorney should show up, or notify if they can't make it or are going to be late

They did nothing to help; cost me $100 more for same result I could have got by myself
The attorney went to court for me to fight a speeding ticket and simply asked the officer if he had the documents to verify the type of speed radar equipment he used, the officer said "yes", so then the attorney went straight for adjudication withheld. He did not try to get the ticket dismissed at all. I could have elected driving school and had the same exact results; adjudication withheld/not guilty, no points, and pay the fine...but it would have cost me $100 less because the driving school is only 19.95 where the attorney fee was 119.95. Don't waste your money. go to driving school instead. These attorneys say that they work to get the tickets dismissed but they don't!

ticket price $254, pay a clinic ticket $89, 6 months after I received a clinic ticket answer that asks me to pay the court fee $162, so I save $3, no interest in paying lawyers to defend you if there is no result

Waste of money
I received a red light camera ticket in a city I don't even live in nor visiting during the time of accusation. I called the ticket clinic to help resolve the issue because I wasn't driving 3 hrs to fix something that was false in the first place. To retain them was over $100 then they resolved the issue which was another $158 when I went to pay it there was a $10 fee tacked on that wasn't stated in the email so overall I paid them more than the ticket cost. I'll NEVER use them again!!!!

Tell everyone you know about this scam
Paid $99 for them to represent me in court for an unlawful speed citation with NO SPEED ASSIGNED. Should have been an open and shut case. Ticket was $159 to pay directly. Result was adjudication withheld, $159 court costs, and court ordered driving school. Conveniently, The Ticket Clinic offers driving school at myfloridatrafficshool.com . So, in the end, I have the same result as if I had elected traffic school in the first place, plus having to pay The Ticket Clinic to walk into a courtroom and tell a likely crooked judge what a sucker I was to have given them my money in the first place. Not only was there no benefit, I ended up paying more in total, I delayed getting through the mess, Alachua county still steals my money, and then The Ticket Clinic has the balls to ask me for more business through their driving school wing of the company!

I never had a face to face conversation with a attorney nor through the phone.
I just went to fill out the paperwork and they never called me to let me how my case was going until I received a letter stating that my case was not fixed. I don't know if they are real attorneys, they don't work right.

Very bad communication
I think communication is a key to success for every attorney, but I think Glenn Reid does not know about this success key. Glenn has a really bad experience in communication. I am trying to contact with this guy but he does not attend my call. Finally, when I visit their office his behave is so rude. He is not a trustable man. It's my blunder when I hired this guy. Now my case pending in the court without any decision. I think the Judge will punish me due to no response about my case. I suggest you please don't hire this guy, he is not a responsible man.

They ripped me off
They promised that they will represent me in the court house. What they do is that they rely on the officer not showing up. If he shows up, they plead guilty. My ticket was $240 instead I end up paying $340 for court fees and must take aggressive school. Furthermore, they charge me another $100.

Prosecuted for Having a Disability
If I had known the attorney I hired from The Ticket Clinic was going to work with the prosecution to use my disability against me to force me into settling my case against my wishes, I would have simply saved my $3,000 and represented myself.

Bigger thieves than the city traffic folks!
Avoid these thieves at all costs!!! They give you the song and dance about fighting for you, but in the fine print they allow themselves an out -- "we can settle your case with a withheld adjudication" -- which means you'll still have to pay the ticket, AND you have to pay them. Their money-back guarantee is a scam! Go to court and fight your own tickets, especially the red-light ones. Totally unconstitutional, and these losers are just out to rip you off!

Glenn Reid Scam Attorney, very rude to me and stole my money
Very Unprofessional, will not return calls, prices are extremely too high especially when he is so nonchalant. Staff equally unprofessional and incompetent. I called and left several messages for an update on my case because I had hired him over a month ago and he still had not met with me or returned any of my calls. Calls and/or emails were not answered and he gave incorrect information as far as being able to move out of state on a bond, which caused trouble with the court. After this lawyer withdrew his services. I paid a lot of money up front for services he did not provide and have asked for my unused portion of money back and have not received it. I am sure Glenn Reid is a billing pig only. I called 2 days before my trial & his secretary wanted to know why I was calling. I was in total disbelief! When I finally got him on the phone, he joked and played around like a big kid! I explained that I did not pay him all of my money to joke and try to be a comedian & then told him he was fired! Glenn Reid Attorney, will take your money and won't work your case. Hiring ANYONE else will be a much better choice!!! Please Beware & consider yourself WARNED.
