The customer service is horrible. Trying to get bill corrected no help been having the problems every since open account. Sent in copies to show paid still no luck.

Been calling each month since I opened this account it's a mess. No help at all just smart at the mouth for reps.

This is the second time I’ve paid my bill in full and 3 months later it’s still showing up on my credit report as not paid

In two years time this is the second time Ive had Swiss colony show up on my credit report as me owing them money when I paid my bill in full months ago and this is happened both times and now I cant get through to a real person who can help me with this. So if you could help me clear this up, I would greatly appreciate it. My number is 8572 61****. Sincerely, Linda Lambiase

Easter candy bars

I ordered two candy bars that said Happy Easter on both. One was to go to Michael Zehren in Dade City, Fl and the other to Doug Zitlow in Oakland Park, FL. I ordered these in plenty of time before Easter to be delivered. Neither family has yet to receive the bars! I want to cancel that order, my money returned, and my name OFF of your email and shopping list! Your ordering is not the best!!!

Online Payment not found

Original review Feb 24, 2023
Xmas order, first bill, paid 01/20/23, due 02/05/23. Bill was $88.84, online payment says $117.35. Paid online-their website $117.35. They cannot find my payment, although I can when sign in. Now I have mailed a bank statement with their bill and all my info to prove I made the payment, and they still haven't fixed it. Next stop is the lawyer. Never again will I order from them.

Lost online payment

I ordered a cheesecake and brownies for Xmas 2023, total $88.00. Payment due 02/05/23, made online payment on 01/20/23 for $117.00. Trying to deal with these people is next to impossible. I have to prove that I made this payment by either mailing or faxing a bank statement. It has been 2 weeks since I have mailed this information in. I have logged in yet again to see my payment credited, but they can't seem to see what I am looking at. Next stop will be an attorney and I will roll all costs into their bill. Sooo very disappointed-I have been a customer for many years and each year there is a new problem with them. Never again.

I have not received my package yet

Them just dropping the package off outside the door leaving we have hallway pirates not porch pirates and I told them that I need a signature for you to drop it off or take it back

Late shipment

Company expressed order by 12/12 to make sure of delivery. I order at 9:00 am on the 12th product sat for 5 days Causing great concern and me buying other presents. If you ask for early orders you expect quick service not happening with these guys

I have tracking numbers for 2 pkgs that you say you have to Fed to deliver and they say you (Swiss colony never gave it to them. My recipient did not get it.

As above. I have tracking numbers for 2 pkgs that were shipped on 12/5. Swiss colony says they were shipped by FedX. FedX ( a real person) say you never have the pkgs to FedX and Swiss Colony still has them. No response from Swiss colony.

Website problems

Every time I added a product, the website would give me the message, hmmmmm can't reach this page. To be honest, I was shocked they are still in business. I called customer service who could barely speak English, couldn't get my name correct (repeated 3 times) then told me I needed an account before I could order. Really? Isn't that what you do when you create a log in and password when ordering online? Oh well, on to Hickory Farms to order our company orders.

Horrible Communication..Bad Business

Ordered a Smoked Turkey and other items. Checked out. Filled out a credit form. Checked on it to make sure they received it because hadnt heard back. Customer service said its good to go. Will email when shipping. Its 2 days before Thanksgiving. No ship. No email. Customer service said you need $20 down. Why didnt they email Me to let me know this? Bad company. Didnt expect an issue since my credit score is great. Ill do do business with them. Sad
