Hidden fees *****watch out

I placed an order for $60 but ended up paying $100 due to unexpected shipping and hidden fees. Disappointed with the undisclosed charges. Transparency in pricing is important. Buyers should review terms and contact sellers beforehand to avoid surprises. Overall, a frustrating experience due to hidden fees.

Didn't receive my whole order

Got my checks,but no checkbook I ordered. Never got an email receipt, never got an email at all. And $2 handling charge on each item I ordered is a rip off on top of shipping costs.

Poor customer service.

Had used Styles checks for quite some time now and until this last order had no problem. Checks came in a timely manner but seemed of lesser quality and packaging for mailing was cheap. The registers I ordered were not with the checks and after 10 weeks and 4 emails to customer service, which were never answered, they still haven't arrived. I would think a register would be generic in nature and readily available for mailing. I am upset not about the cost of the registers(2@$3.50) but with no response from CS. I will be doing business elsewhere from now on.

Quality is not the same and price has skyrocketed

I have been using Styles Checks for more than two decades and loved them. My recent order was so pricey I ordered half the amount as usual. I understand costs have risen, but the checks sent were stapled at the top seam making it difficult to tear off the checks. There was no cardboard backing to slip into the check book and the paper quality and thickness is gone. Thin and washed out design. Every time I write a check, I am disappointed with Styles.

Price

We have been customers for quite a few years. Product quality is very good. Checks are delivered in a timely manner but price has been increasing substantially...to the point that i may as well buy them from my bank because the savings are so insinificant now that its no longer worth the time it takes to order them. The 4 boxes i was going to order would have been in ghe neighborhood of $84. I can get the same thing from my bank for about the same price...maybe even less!heck prices before you buy!c

SLOW IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

Avoid this company for checks. Painfully slow and they cannot do anything to speed things up. If you pay for expediting the order you are only paying $5.95 for 5 to 8 days of shipping, not for speeding up the 15-days needed to print your order. I wish I had read the reviews on this outfit prior to ordering. ...not a modern, customer-focused business. NEVER AGAIN!

Never received. Scam likely.

Ordered checks 2 months ago. Still have not received, called to check status and the first thing I was asked was for my routing and act number! Not my name or email but my account numbers only, needless to say I hung up and am calling it a loss. Beware.

I spoke with a representative of Styles Checks, She said she would have the checks printed &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; rushed out.

Never received

I ordered checks for my mother, Barbara Hughes, in May of this year. She has never received them! She did have a change of address from 14 Dewberry Drive, Presque Isle, Maine 04769 to P O Box 84, Mapleton, Maine. 04757. I dont know if this might have something to do with the apparent mixup, but the funds came thru her account.

Price beware

When youre ordering checks, and it looks like a great price , you pay and then once its complete the price doubles , I have never ever had that happened to me luckily I was able to cancel my order , I cant believe you have one price and you pay and then once the payment is complete it charges you double

Stay away. Pay a little more, fee safe, get a better product.

Ordered checks, total of $5.05 after using code. Charge came to $9.63 after handling and tax. Put in CC # and bill becomes $29.99. call next morning and finally get them to admit code mistake was made and that they would issue refund as soon as checks were shipped. Four days later get email saying checks have shipped. Get pending CC charge on account of $39.97! Had to call again and was told refund was "on hold". Spoke with supervisor who said she didn't know why refund was on hold. Then told me refund was for $28.08, making total $11.38 and not $9.63. finally was told tax was figured wrong. Still waiting on refund.

HOMOPHOBIC jerks - BOYCOTT AT ALL COST

I do my own photos with a DSLR camera and print shop, I submitted 4 rather well looking Gay Pride Pictures, after the company couldn't even print my checks because of having a 10 digit account FCU number I was told that 2 of the images one of a 2 shirtless guys with a Pride flag over their lower bodies looking at each other and one with a male model in a jockstrap and flag were " suggestive" and they couldn't print them even though The public had seen them both and the one won a Pride award and was even photo shopped more because I didn't like how the color came out, I then submitted another Gay male couple photo with a Pride flag covering them, After being upset i Called and cancelled the order that night. Later while at work only 12 hours later I was sent an email from them asking me if I just wanted the 2 photos pulled and only use the 2 remaining photos, AFTER I CALLED AND CANCELLED the order, I then called them once more STATING I WANTED THE ORDER CANCELED I was then asked by the man on the phone if I was sure. I Explained to him that I WAS BEYOND SURE I WANTED THE ORDER CANCELED AND that I didnt understand why no one in the company could understand English when I SAID I WAS UPSET WITH THE HOMOPHOBIC people running the company and I will never use them for any of the 3 accounts ( which include charity accounts I help over see) This company Sucks PLEASE IF YOU ARE *** OR A SUPPORTER PLEASE BOYCOTT THESE POEPLE THEY OFFER NO LGBT CHECK ALTERNATIVES LIKE THEIR RIVALS DO AND GIVE THEIR CUSTOMERS A HEARD TIME I AM BEGGING YOU ordering from these people brings a new concept to Retail ***
