Horrible service
This business is fraud they bloody take money for the order and never deliver they make you run behind like dogs as if they are giving for free . Very poor service !!! Frauds Im sick and tired of waiting for my order they say 7-12 days delivery but its going to be 2 months !!!

Promotional items non returnable/exchangeable
I ordered 4 bands for the price of 2 snap bands in December 2022 and I couldnt exchange them because it was final sale but it wasnt clearly stated. So now I am stuck with 3 bands that are big and small. One of them fit nicely! I will not order from this company again.

It was very pathetic. They focus only on money and not about the service.
The product quality was very poor. they sent me the same order twice and took money twice. They had issues in their technical thing and they blamed it on the customer. I would not recommend anyone for this thing. Also, they only focus on money and are cheaters.

I dint get my order still its paid
I placed an order yesterday and did the payment through UPI method. My money got debited from the account but in the SnapStore app, it is not showing any successful orders. It shows ZERO ORDERS. I have my payment history which shows the transaction UPI ID, UPI number, receiver details, date, etc. I am attaching the screenshot of payment and order not showing, for your reference. Please resolve my issue!!!
