Not delivery my package
No customer support, tracking site is not working... We need to take product when ever you deliver no matter of time , if you deliver in 5 ,6 or 10 days we need to wait. I wil change my company and cfa delivery to dtdc. Thanks for taking feed back.

I didnot get My Courier
I didn't get my courier and the staff told that they will deliver on tomorrow since two days when I called them they simply told us to come and collect it but that's not our duty to do that right?. So please could you deliver our courier as soon as possible. The courier office address is near SBI ATM , Subhash nagar, K R Pete, Mandya district, Karnataka ( 963247****)

The local agent is very arrogant and trust me he's a big liability for ur company, he has given a warning to me that he doesn't care even if compliant to you, sarcastically he asked me to madea public banner about him still he said I don't care, no time sense and respect for customer s, ur website and calling system is very bad no one responded very sad, atleast i am happy that u sent a mail for me

Courier service partner is asking me to come to 60km far from my location to pick the parcel
One of my relative has sent me a courier and opted for door delivery also The location of delivery mentioned is Tikiri,765015, the courier boy from rayagada called me and asking to pick the courier from Rayagada only, 765001, which is 60 km far from my place. Professional courier office charging more than what professional courier tariff
Rayachoty courier office always charging more for every parcel 30th June my friend sent one parcel from Rayachoty to chennai The parcel weight 4.8kg as per professional courier tariff Rs 300/- but Rayachoty courier office charged Rs 1000/- and they are not mentioned any weight in the bill I asked them over WhatsApp they said per k g Rs 300/- and all nonsense text I have all text messages what we did today, if you want I can produce everything You can understand their behaviour Kindly take proper action against to them otherwise the problem never comes to end I hope you take proper action Waiting for your reply Thank you, Chandrasekaran 984004****

Delay to deliver
My friend sent parcel to me on 25 may 2023 from Dharwad Karnataka and it reached Mundargi Gadag dist on 26 may 2023 till I didnt receive the parcel which consists medicines and last time my friend sent medicines but they didnt deliver the parcel I personally went there received parcel but medicine is expired due to lack of coldness , this time also they havent delivered the parcel and I went there but centre is closed

IXC53035**** parcel still in transit status .When called at your last station Solan they denied the delivery at my address due to no service area. Ok when there is no service of yours at RAJGARH (173101) then why pick/book the parcel of this address?
