We bought a Velveeta skillets meal kit. It was the chicken and broccoli variety. When we opened it it only contained the cheese sauce and pasta.

Hi my name is Lillian Hardy and on 6/21/23 I brought a block of Mexican Velveeta kraftes chees
cheese. I opened it on 6/22/23 to shred some and ate it. On the next day 6/23/23 I went to use the rest of the cheese for Mac n cheese. To my attention I was chopping cubes and notion thin peelings of plastic on the surface of the cheese. I have contacted your company on this matter. I had to throw most of the cheese out. I buy Kraft macaroni and cheese products all the time I opened two boxes of Kraft macaroni and cheese and the cheese packets were so stale I couldn't even put them in the water from to break down my kids eat craft all the time I'm very disappointed with this product.

No bags again in the Shake N Bake
I love this product, but 2 times now I have not gotten any bags to shake my Chicken or my Pork chops. I know most companies are short-handed, but I just wanted to let you know. Thanks, Lisa

False advertising
We purchased the Philadelphia onion and chives spread as we needed it for a recipe. The packaging said there was 7.5 Oz of spread in the container...cool, we needed 4 Oz. Great out the digital kitchen scale and measure 4 Oz, only maybe a third of the container remains. So weigh the remaining with the container and lid and lo and behold 3.5 ounces. So they are saying there is 7.5 ounces when there is only 6 ounces of product and the other 1.5 is the container and lid weight. If we had done a double batch of our recipe we would have had to drive 20 min to store to get another container. I also thought you can't include container weight. So a 5 dollar contain is missing 20 percent of the claimed product.

Kraft Heinz a bag to Shake the pork chops
Kraft Heinz uses false advertising. They name the product Shake and Bake but they dont include a bag to shake the pork chops in even though the directions say to put pork chops in a bake and shake them. In NJ you dont even get grocery bags so what are you supposed to use a cloth reusable bag? Produce bags dont work, they rip. Here is a company that makes so much money and is trying to squeeze the consumer to make even more money. Boycott money grubbing Kraft Heinz.

Defective packaging of a ketchup bottle. Ketchup had leaked out under the seal and onto the cap. Was advised to disgusd the product.

Adulting "sucks" commercial
I find your recent commercial to be disgusting. I didn't even know what it was selling until I did an internet search. Furthermore, I never got beyond the word sucks. Why did you use an obvious swear word "sucks" instead of the more acceptable "stinks?" Are your advertising men too young to know what that word actually means? From the Urban Dictionary: "Colloquially used as shorthand for suck *** with noun *** understood." That word has become commonplace, but it is not a word that I would want children or anyone to use in casual speech. How in the world did you think it was acceptable to use in a commercail for ketchup?

Report a defective product
I purchased Shake and Bake coating mix and there were no plastic bags included in the package. This product was purchased at a Fred Meyer(Kroger) market with a nearly $5.00 price tag and was unable to use the product with thawed pork chops but no bags. I have purchased this product on numerous occasions in the past and when I went to contact the alleged 24 hour Customer Service line I was asked if I would like to review their GMO information. Very bad service. But the website for shareholders is quite extensive!

I have an unopened bottle of Kraft Heinz ketchup and it was very very dark in color and tasted like barbecue sauce. The label was not put on completely square but was someone ask you.
