I had an issue with a reservation at the hotel where my friend was getting married. The operator was very courteous and quickly resolved the problem l was having. How business people should be.

Poor service - Save the Dates
Hi, I would like to speak to a member of your customer service leadership team. The quality and accuracy of the (4) different proofs I have received have been disappointing to say the least. On the first iteration of proofs, we did have some changes to make that were on us, data incorrect on the spreadsheet and a few other tweaks. From that point, top notch customer service and delivery is always my expectation, especially with such a big name brand and in relation to a life changing event like a marriage. As a result of poor service and lack of attention to detail from your team, we are far behind on our schedule for sending out stationary. I understand, and have been reminded, that there is a few days turnaround for the proofs and printing as the point of final approval of the proofs. We have experienced extra delays due to your team's work, not our information shared. I would appreciate an expedited printing rate to make up for the frustration and wasted time we've spent repeating and providing the same requests over and over and over. I have just resent a copy of our proof, with notes on the actual PDF of changes requested. I am ready to ask for a refund and find another vendor if the next proof is not perfect.

I book hotel on site thinking I could get wedding party discount then I called hotel they had no reservation for me for I booked through hotel directly and cancelled knot.com then I was charged penalty cost me 200 dollars to cancel that’s absurb

Reporting a scamming vendor
One of your vendors is a total scammer. She is advertising that she is a hair and make up artist. She sends out fake contracts and takes your money and never responds. I hired her for my wedding and all she did was take my money. I want my money back.
