Cancellation

A representative didnt call me back! I waited on hold for a long time for a representative. So i agreed for a call back. I called again 30 minutes later. It was the same scenario! Im just going to call my credit card service & deny any charges from them.

Financially unable to go for any procedures. Why would you ask to write at least 100 symbols...that only made me sure that no longer want anything to do with this company! There are many physicians that can provide us with lots of information about our birth defect, and I don't trust a company that reacts the way you have!! Do not remove any money from my account! Scammers - charged my card - have no idea how they got the information

The company Health Science Institute, PO Box 913 Frederick, MD 21705 (8**) **0-6317 when I first called them letting them know I did not place any order with them - they said they had no record of me in their files. They gave me another phone # to call - which told me the same thing Called HSI again on January 26th said they would refund my money in 5-7 days. Called them again on Feb 4th said it takes 5-7 business days - called them again Feb 7th said the return money was processed on the 26th. Called today Feb 8th - now denying that any refund was ever sent to me. I want this company to refund the $37 which they never had a right to take. I have never received any products from this company because I never ordered anything. Now they are mentioning a charge back given to them for evidence they showed my bank. I deny this evidence and they knew that when they told me my money would be refunded on Jan 26th. - this is a copy of the report I filed with the BBB - Maryland and CallerCenter.com and I am looking for other sites to report to report these scam artists

Fraud

Never ordered anything, no idea how they got my information. Called them and they said they had a book delivered? I didn't order anything from them and I wanted a refund. They claimed it'll be back in five days but I'm still gonna call my bank since people have said this is a reoccurring charge and they're known to be scammers.

Scam???

Supposed to get a report about 9 meds causing Alhzeimer's Disease. I spent about 10 minutes reading about how great you are and not a list of meds did I see. You mentioned two women you used as examples, but nothing about what meds they were taking. When I click on an article that tells me about meds that could be harming me, I don't need a big long "story" about someone else, I want to know about the meds you are talking about. And not have to wait for a "report" to tell me about more testimonials and *** You are just the kind of people that make "journalists" look like *** and talk a bunch of nonsense. Why don't you get a "real" job and quit trying to take advantage of people. a

Unauthorized charges

.I got an email offering me a deal for two sports cameras for &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;29.95 and that they would include a free tactical weapons bag along with a gun magnet. They charge me $59.95 which was an additional $30.00 which must have been the membership fee. I was told the products would arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. I told them it needed to be here in that time frame or sooner because I was only ordering the product to take with me and a buddy who were going on a camping trip. It was suggested that I would have my merchandise by then. The order was placed in February. Now it is May 9 and I still do not have any of the merchandise I ordered and paid for. So after jumping through numerous hoops in order for them to even accept my phone call at customer service. I called customer service to have this issue remedied and instead of them handling it there as they should, They made me send an email with a plethora of information and suggested that I should hear back from someone within 24 to 48 hours with an explanation. If it is required that I have to go beyond this process in order to get a refund for the unexplained $99 charge, I will simply dispute it through my credit card company. It should not be this difficult to remedy a simple or at least I hope just a simple mistake!

They reinstated my membership without my permission.

I am concerned that by reinstating my membership without my knowledge or consent they may make unauthorized charges on my credit card from prior membership. I cancelled that membership several months but recently received a Thank You letter saying I rejoined them. Any charges are fraudulent.

Cost of subscription

I clicked too quickly on the website. Only wanted the books, not a lifetime subscription, and certainly not all the emails. Just want the balance of my money returned to me. But they haven't done thus far.

My debit card was charged for services not ordered. I go through this every time I make a payment on my husbands account. I have been fighting this since 2017.

UNABLE TO CONTACT BY ALL MEANS

PHONE AND EMAILS ALL HAVE SAME MSAGE, TRY LATER, TRY WEEKDAY, THEY HAVE TOO MUCH BUSINESS TO ANSWER.. SCAM! THEY CLAIM I AM A MEMBER AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD 39.96. 10 (TEN) REQUESTS FOR REFUND HAVE BEEN IGNORED. This is a terrible company and their claims are misleading to say the least, according to leading, genuine medical authorities. They are selling dreams!! I PLAN TO GO TO ATTORNEY GENERAL IN MY STATE MAYBE SOME OTHER UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE CAN BE HELPED BY THIS ACTION!
