The Flying Locksmiths Locksmith Service Review from Fayetteville, North Carolina

This same incident occurred for me when I was locked out of my apartment. I was quoted $54 total to come out and get me in and I had no keys. When the locksmith came he told me that they start and $159 and go up that he doesn't know what I'm talking about with the $54 fee. I told him to call the office and let me speak to someone there. Meanwhile he is texting back-and-forth and taking calls being very quiet and shy and keeping his distance from me. That made me believe that there was more involved here than even I knew. He did finally agree to get me in for the $54 after I tell the manager just to cancel the call. Due to the cost that's what I did even though it is poor customer service. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau, Charlotte North Carolina and I intend to do that myself. We must be aware that there are scam artists out there everywhere.

The Flying Locksmiths - Car Unlock Review from Lawrenceville, Georgia

$19 consultation fee to have technician dispatched to your location, okay. Actual unlocking fee varies based on the type of lock you have beginning at an additional $35 and can be as much as... well it wasn't stated and no questions were asked about the type of lock I had. Based on the previous review of this company I asked the dispatcher to cancel the technician as I didn't want to end up with a $150 (or more) fee for unlocking a single non-deadbolt lock to my place. Then the dispatcher hung up on me. Very poor customer experience. The Charlotte Flying Locksmiths business model is intentionally deceptive with fees (likely arbitrary) based on the type of lock you have. This is a LOCKSMITH COMPANY, their specialty is in opening locks, they should know how much their service costs based on their own experience. They act as if they were to arrive and see that I had a bank vault and were going to have to call in backup or something. Just tell me the price and let me decide if I'm willing to pay that price. Don't *** me around with "depends on the type of lock" talk. Call someone else.
