60%discount not clearly explained.

The way I Understood the discount offer was for the first month. Would pay $52 for first two weeks and then 2nd week would be $52. Called customer service and was told was only for two weeks and then to regular price.

Why did I get charged so much

I was charged 285.00 + and I didn't know anything about it . It drained my checking account and I don't get my SS check until the 3rd of July. I have 7.00 left in my account now and I don't remember ok ing this transaction. I'm very upset about this and need my money back immediately. From now on, I want to be warned about this. Please help me.

Need help

My daughter (Dana Toal 410 Rutledge Ave , Folsom pa 19033 ) purchased an order which I know is very pricy. She has been a dedicated customer for a long time, has turned my people on too you products . A new subscription for my new dog, not my old dog that passed away

Hello Farmers Dog, I cancelled my subscription because my dog, Chloe passed away. However, I have adopted a new dog and want to start a subscription for her. But when I log into the Farmers Dog website, it just thinks I want to re-activate my subscription for my old dog, Chloe. Instead, I want to start a subscription for my new dog, CoCo, a 10 pound toy poodle. But when I log into your website, it won't let me add my new dog, CoCo. I want to find out how many packages of food CoCo requires per month, as she is only 10 pounds. I need to know the cost per month of food for CoCo, and how much of a package I should feed her per day before I start a subscription for CoCo. I need to know this information partly because I have limited freezer space. Please reply and answer these questions and tell me how to get on the website, and delete Chloe's account, and how to add CoCo's new account. Thank you!

Im just writing to thank you for your food! My 7 year old Silky Terrier has always had *** breath no matter what what food I ever bought at the pet store. I switched to your food and within weeks Daisys breath is now so much better!! After reading that dog food companies can use dead, dying and diseased meat I wasnt surprised that Daisys breath was so bad. Now that shes eating good quality food, whats going on internally shows now externally in her breath. I never felt good about any any of the food I had been feeding her so Im glad I found Farmers Dog. The only issue Ive had is that it was difficult for me switching to this food but that was because I had been over feeding my dogs. I looked at the amount I was supposed to give them and thought theyre going to starve! They were a little hungry at first but are now adjusting to the amount they should be eating. Thank you for providing good quality food for my dogs that I can finally feel good about! Cindy Hullings

Return dog food

I did not want additional future delivery of dog food but just received and billed for additional dog food. I want to return the dog food because my dog doesnt like the food and it is cumbersome trying to serve the dog out of these bags. Please send a return label or provide one to print.
