We have not received our Sunday paper for 4 weeks!!! Last week a paper was delivered after I complained (again) The comics were missing. Today I was told a paper could not be delivered. This is unacceptable. Please explain why this is happening! We have been receiving the Dispatch at this address for 24 years!!

Sporadic delivery of my paid newspaper.

I have been a subscriber of the Columbus Dispatch print edition for over 40 years. I can no longer count on getting my delivery. I have given up on customer service and when my paid subscription runs out, I will no longer subscribe. Youd think that a city as large as Columbus would take pride in their news and make sure their customers were getting what they pay for.

Delivery

We have had delivery issues over the years. Today I spoke with Harvey who help me more than anyone else had been able to I would like to know who our new carrier is so I can contact them instead of trying to through to customer service to get an issue resolved

Will. I ever get a paper? No paper again and again. Is there no paper delivery on this street? Totally disgusted. Have only had 3 papers in 2 weeks

No delivery of paper

Received no Sunday paper delivery for 2nd week. What's going on? Account active & paid until October 2023. We have been told by customer service that a delivery would happen TODAY. Poor customer service (no call back or email response) The only bright spot was live chat with Chris.

Driving issues

I own 8096 oak in Thurston and the renter told me that the driver was running late and almost hit her and almost side swiped the driver. This had better be addressed with the driver or I will call the cops and report it .

Why I cancelled my subscription

After more than 40 years, I cancelled my Dispatch subscription yesterday. Why? I renewed my subscription on March 23 by phone and was quoted a price of $458.40. This amount was supposed to be charged to my credit card. Yesterday I received a credit card bill from the bank for $488.19. That's a difference of $29.79. The Dispatch customer service rep I just talked to says the difference is for a "paper statement". Why do I need to pay almost $30 to receive an unauthorized paper statement if I have paid for the entire year's subscription in advance? As a result of this policy, I cancelled my subscription. The rep couldn't even tell me how much my refund will be or how I will receive it (credit card refund or check). I asked that my credit card be credited with the refund. I had to give him my credit card number because he said it wasn't on file. How could it not be on file if the renewal was charged to my credit card? I assume my credit card account number is now on file. Not only is the current Dispatch the worst newspaper I have ever read (poor grammar, typos, photos being printed upside down, and stale news), but your business practices border on fraudulence. I can be reached at 614 451-**** if you wish to straighten out this mess. Thank you for reading this. Linda Blumenthal

Customer service credit for a month of vacation hold.

I am a 75 year old 20 year resident of German Village and have been getting the Columbus Dispatch for over 20 years. I'm retired and my wife and I travel a lot so we often stop our newspaper while we are gone. We used to be able to stop it for a week and get credit for the week we are gone. This summer we were gone for three weeks and when I contacted the paper they said that we had to be gone for a month before they would give me credit. Well I just got back from a month long trip and when I contacted them they said since I still had access to 'Digital Subscription' I would not be getting any credit. I explained that I'm not a millennial and do not use the digital access, that is why I pay $4 a copy for the hard copy of the paper! I just want credit on my account for the month of papers I paid for that I did not get, THAT I PAID FOR! "Since you had 'digital access' there will be no credit... I spoke to two levels of customer contact (I won't honor them with 'Customer Satisfaction') both of whom quoted the company policy, 'You had digital access!' NO CREDIT! So I'm retired, I have the whole day today to find places that will listen to my situation. If there was another local paper I wouldn't be doing this, but my only choice for local newspaper is this. Hey! Guess what 'I HAVE "DIGITAL ACCESS" TO COMPLAIN!'
