Gift card

I never received my gift cards I email and call multiple time the problem wasn't solved they have the worst customer service I gave more than enough information to find my gift card I had to filed a claim to my credit card to get my money back which my they gave me not cheese cake Factory I will not be buying anything from them any more .

poor service, silverware sitting on the table not covered with a napkin I'm not going to eat with those utensils when flies are all over the utensils sitting on the table I want my utensils wrapped in a napkin thank you and I will never go there again cheesecake factory in Riverside California I will never go there again and I'm going to tell everybody the poor experience I had or nobody acknowledge me 40 minutes I waited 20 minutes to get a table 20 minutes for the service and never was a knowledge or asked if I wanted any water she only acknowledge one table that was there she went up to three to four times to the same table but never acknowledge any other tables around her very poor service the manager didn't offer to do anything she just says I'm sorry and that's all she said never will I ever go back there again I'm telling everybody I know I work for the school district I'll tell everybody in the school district I know so many people want to poor experience I had at that restaurant never

Refund/manager fraudulent

The Cheescake factory didn't give us our cheesecake to go and we spent over $180.00 on foods,appetizers and cheesecake was never brought separately to box and bagged for us preferred customers to take home my grandson and daughters birthday,poor attitude from Manager accusing us of thing cheese cake in our already small 2 bags that had our food in it.Theres no room to or unethical to put big boxes of cheesecake with was one was strawberry2nd was caramel apple.unfortunetly the manager said we looked at camera??? Not professional to say now fist yiuput 5hem on yiur hot meal leftover bag/ then 2nd to say oh we put on table after yiu left .Manager was called and said she would refund for the 2 cheesecake s accredit the card on account asap.WE WERE even willing to go across over 6 miles bridge and get our cheesecake she stated we can't do that, but we can refund yiu .we'll that awful incident happened on June 25th 2023.We still don't have the cheesecakes/ and / or My refund.Please help in this matter asap.This happened at the Corpus Texas New Resteraunt at the Palmera Mall.wecWould appreciate an email response with a resolution . The worst experience ever

nono I have the worst experience ever. First, we went there because my son girlfriend decided to celebrate her birthday with her twin sister. We get there at 6:45 pm, and we were not sat until 7:45 pm without any information that will take hours. The party decided to sit outside, in which they put a table together with plates and silverware, and we assume was ours and another party sit there and for us, they just put a table together. After 15 to 25 min waiting, I decided to ask someone if we can have some plates and silverware (like the another table) and if we can get services. The waitress (really nice and calm and was not his fault) come and apologized and bring some plates and silverware and take the drink others. He brought bread, and we start to be a little more comfortable due to his services. Before all of this have in mind that one of her family member request to speak with the manager to explain why we are not getting our table together and Mike the manager (in which he was transfer to Greensboro from Kentucky) disregard the request and got mad with the waitress. At this point at 8:30 we finally get all drinks and waitress took the food order. The brought first around appetizers and no one like how they were prepared. The food is brought to us and notify the noodles for any pasta dish was fully cook and when the waitress orders the food be done correctly still was not fully cook. I want that, JUST imaging trying to eat some type of pasta with noodles hard (not good). By this time it is around like 10:15 and everyone is ready to go, disappointed and hungry. I request to speak with the manage (Mike) and he listens what I am saying without any apology, or any options due to the bad services and food. At this point, the family member decided to talk to him about he's disregarding her early that night and why he needs to be so disrespectful to his employee that only was trying to do what was asked of him. Mike starts to laugh and disregard our complaints. By then, we just want to pay and go. The tickets are brought, and the waitress inform that food that was not eating will be not charge so all the receipts was wrong. He goes inside to fix them and the manager Mike call security because the stating that we said we will not pay for the food, and we were leaving. However, have in mind we're still there waiting to pay and again ready to go. As normal, the all party felt embarrassed that he is humiliating us bringing security, so we can pay for services when we still there. The husband of the family member come in and tell him how dare him to do that and disrespect his wife in the restaurant. By now it is around 10:25, and we just want to go. She got upset and raise her voice because he is not listening, and he is humiliatingly us in the restaurant with people there as we are trying to leave. Then Mike again to bring us more humiliation, band us for life from Cheesecake factory and call the cops. The party it is professional people we major degrees and people from Church. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE, THE HUMILIATION AND COPS COMING AROUND TO KICK US OUT BECAUSE WE ARE TRYING TO PAY THE BILL AND WONDERING WHY WE CAN'T GET A GOOD SERVICES LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. This escalated DUE TO THIS MANAGER IN WHICH WE Were TOLD BY THE ALL EMPLOYEES HOW BAD HE IS WITH ALL OF THEM AND SINCE HE IS THE MANAGER FROM THE GREENSBORO COMPLAINT AFTER COMPLAINT FROM CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES. At this point, Cheesecake factory will be loosing a lot of customer THANKS TO MIKE AND THE DECISION YOU GUYS MADE TO BRING HIM HERE. Also, he has complained and majors ones from Kentucky location. Again, this is not acceptable, and I hope you guys take this really serious. I paid my bill in which was 2 drinks for 39.99, and they were charging cups of water also in the bills. I AM EXPECTING A FULLY APOLOGY FROM YOU GUYS FOR THE HUMILIATION IN PUBLIC FROM Your MANAGER AND THE HORRIBLE SERVICES.

My son was attacked by three Cheesecake Factory employees while they were in uniform in front of the restarant.

On 7/22/23, three Cheesecake Factory employees attacked my son while dressed in their Cheesecake Factory uniforms. My son was dining with his girlfriend at the neighboring Shake Shack Restaurant. The General Manager of the Cheesecake Factory at the Mall in Columbia, Maryland, Anthony Mathas confirmed that the one attacker that my son knew, had worked earlier that day but could not share any more information. Families and many elderly people were running to escape the violent disturbance. My son and his girlfriend ran in fear of their lives after several bystanders pulled the attackers off of my son. The Howard County Police were notified. I need this information to reach the corporate office. I'm reaching out to the MD State Delegates and Senators for this county as well.

Hello my name is Philip Lonnen. I live in charlotte North Carolina and applied for a bartending position at the cheesecake factory opening up in Birkdale village. I had my final interview with your GM Ryan today at about 1:45. I was excited for the interview and possibly working for your company because of all the good things i have heard. Such as its a family atmosphere, good management, inclusion, and so on. After shaking hands andnexchanging names with your GM though he told me " you work at sling shot for justin mang. You know your not going to get hired right". In a serious tone. He then went on to talk about and gear the majority of the interview on justin and how justin" couldnt keep his *** in his pants". And other very inappropriate comments. From the beginning of the interview it not only was unprofessional, but i felt a personal prejudice and prejudgement against me due tk who my manager is. My manager does not reflect myself, my values, character, or work ethic, and i was appalled of how this was being insinuated towards me by your GM. I have felt so uncomfortable and upset by this interview, that O honestly don't know if I would want to worl for your company. I have worked in the service industry for 18 years and never had such an unprofessional interview. If this is how your company operates i don't wish to be a part of it. Sincerely: Philip Lonnen

Sour stomach issue

Its very unusual to have sour stomach and uncomfortable bowel movements after visiting Orland Park Illinois Cheesecake Factory location. We just want to inform you of the situation so the staff can do better. We feel very untrustworthy now and we normally love to visit Orland Park Cheesecake Factory. Thank you

Had a very bad experience

On June 16th I went to cheese cake factory restaurant at Oakbrook mall in Chicago. I order as usual the S-Margarita they bring me a glass full of ice with little bet of margarita on it for $16 and then I order combo of shrimp and chicken that had only two pieces of shrimps and 3 pieces of chicken on it for $22. I leave in Oakbrook for over 25 years and I ate in your restaurant for many years. I never had such that bad experience. I called the manager to let him know so he said to contact the corporate. I couldnt touch the food and my drink was almost nothing on it except LOTS of ice.

Bad customer service by evening front end manager.

We were trying to get a flatbread Caesar and since the manager was not willing to allow my wife to get a lunch meal, we purchased a Caesar salad with salmon and tried to purchase a flatbread. A plane flatbread. We repeated this numerous times and the first time it came with tomato sauce and cheese. The second time it came with cheese, and both times it was not a flat bread it was a raised dough rectangular Pizza. A flat bread is like Na'an. Just like they used to serve for their lunch specials in their Mall locations and I'm presuming for lunch everyday. Because most people don't want to Caesar salad on a pizza they wanted on a flatbread so they can maybe roll it or tuck it and eat it like a giant giro. The steak Diane was medium well I asked for medium rare. It was served on a very warm plate which means that it was cooked on the plate so perhaps the cook did his job and the sous chef or the food runner caused a failure. I don't care because it took 45 minutes to get four medallions of Diane's steak approximately a quarter inch thick cooked medium rare. It wasn't that crowded about 65% but our section only had one server and there were sections inside with two and two, two servers and two food delivery people. The front end manager didn't bother to come out when I asked for my state to be redone. I asked for the general manager I'll be contacting the store again directly. All in all the meal took 2 hours and 14 minutes and our server either didn't understand her own menu or she didn't listen very well. And neither did her manager. To be fair my salmon and hollandaise with asparagus was nice and well cooked; a little extra crunchy on the skin but that's because of the seasoning.

Poor Customer Service and Food

Hi I visit your establishment just about twice a month on Saturdays for your brunch and the last couple times that Ive had the brunch there the experience wasnt good. Meaning my boyfriend and I always have to send our food back. I am all for great customer service and I dont mind paying for something that is good. My issue is I recently most recent visited the Cheesecake Factory in Wauwatosa. I ordered pancakes, eggs and ham while Id let the waitress know that I wanted them light and fluffy my pancakes came very dark. I had her send them back and then I also had her go get the manager and the manager came over. He said that he would make sure that my meal was Correct. Well when the manager brought the pancakes back, the pancakes were not done I cut them in front of the manager, and he seen that there was still uncooked batter in them. Now I know that that is unacceptable and I wasnt about to get sick eating half done pancakes. I felt like the manager should of compensated me for my whole meal and at least offer me something. Although he did take off the pancakes, I was left with only eating the eggs and ham, but that wasnt my expectation and after leaving there I was still hungry. Its not about the money but its about the principal and I know that cheesecake factory has a high value in the restaurant business. I would like it if someone can call me back at 414-553-****. Service Issue

On 6/ 6/ 2023 at your location in Short Pump Virginia. I had reservation for 6pm for 6 people. I inquired several times and was not seated until after 7:00pm and other people came in afterwards and where seated immediately. We were told at 6:10pm that they were cleaning our table and would be seated momentarily, thirty minutes later I inquired again, but asked to speak to a manager this time. The manager presented himself and said he would take care of cleaning the table himself but we still wanted another 20 minutes before being seated. Once seated we observed others who had come in after us with large parties. We were told that they had waited two hours to be seated as a walk in party; because you are only allowed to make reservations for a party of 6, but that makes no sense to me. Why should we follow the rules of making a reservation for a party of six and have someone to walkin with a large party and be seated and served before hand. Once at the table we ordered our appetizer, food and drinks immediately. Our appetizer came out pretty quickly but we waited over another hour for food and drinks. The server was excellent and we had no issues with her as she was working as fast as she could and updating us along the way, she ended up making our drinks herself and we still waited another 30 to 40 minutes for a entree plates to arrive. We asked to speak to a manager, the same manager presented himself and stated that the only thing he could do was take off for the appetizer that was order and at the point only agreed to take off for two, when three had been ordered. When asked if we could receive a free slice of cheesecake in honor of my birthday he immediately said he had done all he could do. The cheesecake factory had always been one of my favorite restaurants for service and food quality but on this particular nite the service was less the standard. I understand that in out current climate of needing workers that adjustments have to be made but not at the cost of those who are supporting your establishment and honoring your current protocol yet still have to wait over an hour for a reservation and disregarded by your manager for our concerns. He did not take any other extra steps to make us satisfied over and above the removal of the appetizer. I will have to take a real pause and consideration before returning to the cheesecake factory for a meal in the future if this is how your service will continue to look,

Bad customer experience

Let me start by saying that we have visited several of Cheesecake Factory restaurants on the east coast and had a good time until last night (6/1/23). So my cousin graduated college yesterday and to celebrate she wanted Cheesecake Factory. So seven of us drove from Manhattan to celebrate in Yonkers (140 Market Street, Yonkers). Nothing we ordered was right. We should've known things were off to a bad start when my cousin ordered a drink and they said they were out of the ingredients (Raspberry Lemon Drop). The rest of the drinks were basic Piña Coladas, Georgia Peach, Mojito. None of our drinks were made right. When we complained that the drinks were watered down. We were offered to fix them at a $1 up charge for each drink. And even a second attempt to remake them failed. We wanted to make the most of it so we tried to order appetizers. The taquitos and buffalo wings were cold and tasted freezer burnt. My first attempt to order an entree failed (Jamaican Black Pepper Chicken). They were out of the sauce. My second option was salmon. They were out of salmon. Finally, I ordered Korean fried chicken. What I received was shockingly disappointing. Instead of fried chicken, I got a plate of what looked liked General Tso's chicken with avocado & frisee on the side. And the worst part, my cousin and her friend ordered the steak and shrimp for $30 (medium and medium well). What they got was a blank plate with 3 pieces of shrimp and something that looked like 3 pieces of burnt rib tips with mashed potatoes that looked like baby vomit. The manager Andre insisted that this is how the plate is supposed to look and saw nothing wrong. After a conversation, he conceded and decided to remove the entrees and some of the appetizers off the bill. We ended up with a $170 for watered down drinks and bad appetizers. We tipped our waitress Chelli well though because she was great. When we were leaving, the customers behind us were also complaining about their meals. Oh, and the bathroom was horrible. It smelled badly and trash was everywhere. This was my poor aunt's first experience and she was so excited. She is not inclined to visit another. It was really sad because a day of celebration ended with empty stomachs and disappointments. Needless to say we left hungry & had to do take out at 9:30p at night. Please do something to make this right. We are beyond disappointed.cus

A bad experience at McLean VA location

On April 13th 23, I made an order for a Santa Fe salad and asked to swap the chicken with the chicken from the Thai salad. Got home to find out the chicken wasnt swapped and I cant eat that type of chicken. Kept calling the location, the person at the bakery kept hanging up at me, almost an hour later, I had the person who answered the phone get a manager. I spoke to the manager, he apologized for the experience and gave me to choices, either come back and get the replacement with the right order, or send a gift card with the salad value. I wasnt able to go back, he took my information and promised to mail me the card within a week up to 10 days. A month later after not receiving the gift card, I made a call to the restaurant on May 14th and asked to speak to a manager. He picked up the phone, I explained what happened, hes answer was this is weekend and were busy, can I get your number and will call you on Monday after giving him the phone number, I asked him what about the name of the person you will call, he said Ill get that on Monday. That made me figure out that he is not taking the matter seriously as hes taking a note without a name of the person to contact. Cheesecake Factory is a must go place for our family at least once a week, its our favorite restaurant in the neighborhood. But what happened with my order didnt only happened once recently, Im so disappointed and taking this matter seriously.

Horrible service and wrong order

I came in and ordered directly through the bar with no issue. The bartender took my order all at once, because I order the same thing every time I come in because I have a substitution and I cant do that online. The bartender was extremely busy, and besides the unprofessional conversations from the servers directed to him, because he was the only bartender on duty. My food took over 45 minutes!!! My food had to be picked up by the bartender who had to leave the bar where he was working by himself to grab my food. I have never been so unhappy of the service at Cheesecake Factory. I spoke with the manager and she said Im sorry Do you want a cheesecake? That alone just really makes me angry that a cheesecake is the satisfaction I deserve. The bartender should not have been by himself, but he was the most professional person in the building. We had great conversations while waiting on the food and it wasnt until I got antsy about leaving. He said let me go check on that. I then after him bringing my dinner to me said Im going to tip you 20% and also tell the manager how this is unacceptable. After coming home and knowing my food is now wrong. I am very upset. Terrible ALL THE WAY AROUND!

So when you place an order online for curbside/pickup as you aren't feeling all that great, provide the type of vehicle and color, get to the designated parking between the timeframe they give you online, do what the signage suggest you to do which is call and alert the staff that you have arrived, you'd expect your food to come out to you soon, right? Well 30 minutes & 4 phone calls later, I never received my food. Instead, when I call, I get placed on hold until I get frustrated and tired of holding and hang up. Again, on 4 occasions this happens, even on the fourth attempt when I called and asked for the manager. Now I'm angry, as my food was well past ready, and the staff has allowed it to just SIT there. I have to go inside, talk to the manager and let him know the entire situation. He goes to the counter, grab the food, takes the receipt, write the last 4 of my payment card, hands me the cold food. I reply with I don't want any cold food, to which he replies, just take the food, and I'll make sure you don't have to pay for it, and it will be refunded. I say fine, accept it and head home. Furthermore, I open the food, which is supposed to be the Salmon with potatoes and no broccoli, and it's just a piece of salmon in a big tray, and it even says on the receipt Salmon, no broccoli. So not only did they mess up the curbside pickup, they screwed up the order as well. And I say all this, to say that this is NOT the first time this has happened, but I will say this incident is thus far, THEE WORST one I have experienced.

Stolen money

I placed an order online, the order was wrong, partially cooked, and when I went to get order they were out of an item. I was not refunded item after being told I would be, and now trying to t get help I was hung up on. So Im left paying for items not received, lied to and was told that your payment had been down for weeks. Ive email you but heard nothing back. The manager I spoke with continues the lie and hung up on me.
