Charged twice for 2 orders of the same check numbers

Ordered checks online, got emails saying info wrong, can't process . Called and they said it was straightened out. Later that day, another email saying still can't process. Called customer service, told them the story, he redid my order. I asked him about the first order, he said don't worry, it has been cancelled. Got charged on my debit for the first order that wasn't really cancelled, then charged on my credit card for the second order. Never again with these guys. The second guy knew my first order was being processed, he kept putting me on hold, saying he was talking to his supervisor making sure it was straightened out. Pretty slick. They waited 2 weeks to charge my credit card, thinking I would forget about it, which I did.

Checks not as ordered, very poor customer service

The checks were not the same as an earlier previous order, in which I specifically ordered them to be the same. The quality of the paper was cheaper and of a different color. The imprint of the name and address was of a different script. They changed checks from 25 in a book to 50 which doesn't fit well in my check book. What really ticked me off was I only got one transaction register with 200 checks, of which I previously got 4 transaction registers. I could have lived with everything but by not getting the 4 registers was ridiculous. I called customer service and explained the above situation and would like to have the additional transaction registers. I was told that I would have to pay an additional fee of $4.00 for 3 more registers. The person I talked with was rude, unkind and not negotiable. Very poor customer service! Don't order from this company!

Checks not delivered

My credit card was hacked and thus I had a new one. Unfortunately the old card's number was used for the checks. Apparently Bradford continued trying to use the card rather than contacting me. Thus I have no checks and must wait up to 10 days for more. It would seem to me that a contact could be made to get the new card ##. Also, it occurs to me that, since I made the order over the phone the card ## could have been checked then.

Don't need the checks now

Would like to return checks & get a refund back to my credit card but was told no, other checks were already ordered that i wasn't aware of , i get very little social security, but i know we will be provided for

Problem with my order

I received an email stating there was a problem with my order to call customer service. I tried calling 3 times and apparently customer service is closed but yet it says 7 am- 10 pm Monday-Friday. Its Tuesday and its closed. So how am I to fix the problem when no one is answering. Apparently I only have 15 days or my order is cancelled but yet cant get anyone on the phone. Please just refund my money. I dont have time to play cat and mouse game. I will just order from a company that is actually open to answer calls. Charged but no checks received.

I placed an order for checks and they charged my credit card $38.82. Then the next day they sent me and email saying I had items in the shopping cart and that I should complete my order. I contacted them and advised that my order form had been completed and that they had charged my credit card for the order. They then said that they have no record of my order or charging my credit card. An order has to be completed for them to charge the customer since the payment information is entered at the end of their order form. I notified my bank to not to honor this transaction.

Printed incorrectly

One I specifically put two addresses. One in the top which is my husbands ranch address in Ks and since we live on a state line Im in town with a different name and license my address in Ok. So they verify the address before printing. They never called me to verify anything at all period. They also put the name of a bank they called to verify that was not a place I Jhabvala banked at nor do I want on my checks since the banker was caught taking loans out in my name with out me signing documents or having knowledge there of! So why did they not call me. Oh they did a refund but refused to print new ones to what I said. Been with out checks for 1 month waiting on them. Also they shorted the order instead of the books of six checks you got 4 books still paid the same price for16 check when should have gotten 24.

Ordering more checks and thought about my last experience.

I ordered checks and labels, and they were of cheap quality. I was a repeat customer. I called customer service and spoke with a representative who was very rude and inconsiderate to my situation. The checks were of cheaper quality and the labels did not include my zip code. The representative said there was nothing that could be done and I could always order from another company. So I decided to do so. If you are reading this review order your checks from Checks in the Mail. You will get a better experience. I have decided to stop letting companies get my money, and respond by saying oh well that all folks. What ever happened to fair, honest and ethical service?

Called Bradford Exchange. They will Take me off the program and refund my money for the past 4 months.

Do Not order from Bradford Exchange Checks

Do Not Order from Bradford Exchange Checks. I ordered checks from them and they never sent me any checks, but charged my checking account for the checks. Even though I told them I did not receive the checks, did not get a refund. In addition, they charged $14.95 from month saying it is for a rewards program, which they charge automatically when your order checks. I am on a fixed income of $800 per month and would have not ordered from them had I know they are a dishonest company.

Can't use checks, due to company putting routing number and account number together instead of spacing

Ordered checks for credit union and another bank account. Credit union called to say one digit was left off and routing number and account number were ran together. have had credit union account over 50 years and never a call about a check. Called Bradford and was told since I ordered online nothing could be done by them. Complained online and never got resolved. The space on form states routing number (here) account number (here). That is what I done. Instead of saving $72.83 twice. I lost cost of checks twice $27.58 .

Double-charged

I ordered checks that were buy-one get-one free and my credit was charged three times for my order. The second charge was set as pending and never went through, but I had to dispute the third charge with my credit card company who then removed the charge. I tried to contact Brandford Exchange's Customer Service before disputing the charge but never received a response. I will NOT be purchasing anything from this company again and they do not even deserve the single star rating. After reading another person's review, it seems that Bradford Checks automatically signs you up for some sort of membership and doesn't bother to tell you that you will be charged for that, as well. If you have ordered from this company and used a credit card, please make sure you are not being charged a monthly fee for this unwanted and unapproved membership.

They got everything wrong

Order a ring never got it. It was to get here DEC 24TH DID NOT CALL ON THE 28TH THEY SHIP IT TO ANOTHER STATE WRONG ADDRESS PUT TOOK MY MONEY WRIGHT ADDRESS CHECK RING AND THE HAD THE NAMES WRONG NOW THE WANT ME TO WAITE 2 TO 3 WEEKS FOR A NEW ONE BUT THE TOOK MY MONEY
