I have a question about the dolls

Never got a call back ...there was a wait and the recording said if I didn't want to hold that they would call me back and I would not lose my spot... I am still waiting for the call back !!!

Wrong doll sent,everything is fine now.

There are so many scammers out there,it made me very nervous.after talking to them,I felt very secure, and knowing you guys had my back,made me feel less anxious,thank you for that. Sandra

Unaware Membership Fees

I think it was very unfair to me that they have been taking money from my account every month for about 8 months for membership fees that I was unaware of only because I ordered a baby doll..I was nice enough to order from this website but then I get penalize for it..This is the worst website I've ever ordered from and I think I should be reimbursed my money back.

I was on hold for length of time it was disconnected, cannot seem to get answers to my questions.

I would like to know what is going on with Yuki. You keep postponing the delivery over and over and I would just like to know how long this is going to continue.

Unhappy with product

ThinkI ordered the 4 inch bundle of joy collection. Pictured white when I ordered. Was sent dark skin tone dolls. Im not racist but my granddaughter & I are white. The company said I ordered the dark ones. Untrue. I packed them up and returning hoping for a full refund. So disappointed!

Money taken twice no dolls received

I bought 3 dolls all with 2 day shipping never got the dolls and than they charged me another 485 still no dolls.

Missing order

My mother ordered the Mrs Beasley ornament as a Christmas present for me ..it never arrived in December . So I called in January . I was told they never received the order . I said that must be impossible because they started sending me promotional emails . They did not have my email until I mailed in my mother's order .then I reordered the ornament and paid for it with my credit card . The gentlemen I spoke to assured me that my ornament would be at my house between February 3rd and the 17th . I still haven't received it .so I called on February 23rd .now they tell me that it's on back order and I won't be receiving it until after March 31st . I told them this is really unacceptable . Why would a company continue taking orders for a product they have no intention of producing . This is ludicrous. And I will not be ordering from them again ..I have several products from Ashton Drake company and was thinking of ordering a real life sounds baby , but after this I won't be ordering it I don't have proof of my order except what you have in your computers .

Return

Somehow got signed up for rewards, and didn't realize I would be billed each month and sent an outfit. Seems a bit deceitful. But my problem, hopefully has been resolved. Thank Yoube sure to read the rewards program carefully

I have not reciprocated my doll and I have made payments and have tried contacting them but no response

We don't want what you sent to us.

We are trying to return your product, but it's been coming back to us for two or three months (maybe longer). My wife says she did not order anything from you. We haven't even opened it. We're not going to pay for this. I'm not going to pay shipping and handling, so if you want it, you need to send us a label. Otherwise it will sit in our storage unit till we run out of room, then it will go in the garbage... unopened.

Shipment

I've literally had to jump through hoops for my order (and I'm a returning çustomer for years and never had trouble) . The website says installments can be made they refuse for you to do this , They've held my order even with with payment they have canceled my order with full payment,I literally have had to beg to get this order I only continued the fight bc its a special order for my Daughter! However they have lost a loyal customer as I will never use them again

They canceled my order without my contacting me !

Had 3 conversations within 9 days they said it was on the way . Then today they had canceled my order without reaching out to me. They have inefficient people working , I've been. A loyal customer for years but I'm not jumping through hoops to buy anything else from them . It's been a NIGHTMARE
