Broken steam cleaners

I ordered the H20 heavy duty cleaner and paid the full price and paid it at time of order. They sent me the smaller one. And I cannot contact anybody at all by phone and they keep asking me to email them, but They're email situation very complicated anyway to me.. And they will not respond to me whatsoever. I am very upset. They also give you a phone number to call ,but when you call it, it says that it's not available in my area. I don't know what that means. Something needs to be done about this. This is very upsetting.

Horrible company. Fake phone number

Nobody answers the phone. This company is a fraud and a sham. There is no working phone numbers. I havent been able to reach anyone not even responded to my email. This company is a sham. I just want my refund and I cant even return it because they didnt include any information in the box. Lack of communication in any form!

No way to contact company

did not have all of the attachments and other things missing . No way to contact them . The website is crap and there is no way to get through to a human. Hate it.DO NOT have a phone number that is in service. Required to set up an account on line that does not work or connect. Link broken. Company is a scam.

They called

They saw that I had given a negative review on Amazon, so they decided to give me a courtesy call however they did not solve my issue they offered to refund my money to a card that I don't have anymore and they wouldn't take any new information over the phone .. so nope nothing. Just beware of this company.

Need info on total flex gym L

I would like to know how to contact a live person to talk to on the total flex gym! Tried the ways found on line but wasn't right people. Want to talk to a REAL person on the exercise equipment total flex gym!!! Please give me a REAL number to call or I will consider this a total scam. Thank you.

I need to return the product. Not used. Can't use. No customer service, my account doesn't exist. No working phone numbers.

Worst customer service ever. Received product but customer service cannot access account. I am not found. I cannot ask for help, I cannot return item which I cannot use due to physical limitations. All phone numbers are not working. I think this is a scam. Yes, they delivered the steamer, yes, they got their money. No, I cannot return the product.

Cost by phone but commercial was different

The commercial says you get all the parts I ordered but was charged crys for ) for $49 a month for 3 months. Yet I was charged more for the same thing

Never received my order

I received a message june 29th at 5:27p.m.? EST that my order was just delivered. I went upstairs to get my order at 5:40p.m. june 29th and my order was not there, another resident helped me look. So, I'm not sure what happened, but I'd like my order delivered again. I paid $129 plus taxes and I really like the H20x5, so Please re-deliver it again, and have it put inside the mail room. I'd appreciate it very much. Thank you Cheryl

Accessories

My H2O HD mop came with no accessories not even a nozzle to put on my steam cleaner I can't even use the handheld? How do I get a full accessory package with the window squeegee like was shown on the picture when I ordered? I have tried everything possible to find this kit to buy? Even though it was suppose to come with it! buy through Amazon!! Much easier. They care! I can't even find my order number or a representative?

I was over charged

I was charged 300$ on my money card and you guys said oh well...Your contact number says not in service I need to speak with a live person please and thank you I wasn't given a confirmation number either...I was told the total cost would be 135$ not 284$. Every number associated with their customer service isn't an active number or it says disconnected. I want a total refund.
