Manager Kierra constantly goes on tiktok and bashes her customers and employees while mentioning fridays it makes me feel uncomfortable to come to work and she is rude unhelpful and all around Unenjoyable her tiktok gets views and people commenting on our jobs her tiktok is @plus_and_fine there you will be able to see exactly what i am talking about there are over 10 videos speaking poorly of customers and employees including the general manager Mr.Ray Brown

Correct phone number for restaurant in Scarsdale NY

There is no way to speak with a representative on your system. Your Website indicates there is a restaurant open in Scarsdale NY . The telephone number said out of order. Chat line referred me elsewhere to pay for information. Finally, I called the White Plains restaurant and was told Scarsdale had closed. Please update your website.

Complaint about everything

I order food to go. When I got home the food was black or dark brown, it looked old, it just didn't look good and one of your workers on the phone told me that I can bring the food back the next day and that they will give me a refund. On the next day when I arrived to TGI Friday's, they wouldn't give me my refund.

Poor service - terrible food

On 4/13/2023 - Baltimore MD - location - 2435 Liberty Heights Avenue -21215 - During around lunch hour. I waited to be served a little over 10 mins. the place not as busy. what upset me the most - server - 1633/Briana gave me a dirty glass to drink out of. I asked her would she drink out of a glass like this? she replied no. I ordered the chicken shrimp pasta - that look like pasta soup - very little shrimp and no chicken. To pay $27.57 was not worth it. This place should be shut down/investigated by the health department. That's how bad my experience was.

Refund of money

Waitress kept forgetting condiments & double charged us for drinks we didnt have. Also the food was a little cold

Complaint

Never got a call back from anyone on how wr were treated and it's OK cause we will not go back . It's sad that you can't get good customer service after you travel an your tired and you get ignored not seated wait for an hour never get checked but you seat everyone else that walks in the door . Never again will I go back to this location they lack all forms of customer service period. And I do not complain at all but this place sucked beyond words

Complaint Store #2646

As german residents, we are looking always forward to see you guys in the US most likely in Los Angeles, San Diego, Chino Hills, Orlando even in Dubai which was always amazing. But today we were more than disappointed in Miami - University - Gables Store #2646. As we came around 20:10 pm we waited about 5min at the entrance. 5 tables were occupied at this time, so it was not busy at all. We were a group of 7 persons and we got a table right under the AC. We mentioned that is was very cold, and the waitress or manager was not really amused. We asked if the AC can be fixed, because we dont wanted to dine with out beach blankets. We ordered no tap water except one person, but for all was tap water served. My daughter ordered WGB Burger no bacon. There was bacon inside. We told it to the waitress, she took it to the kitchen and came back and replied that it is no bacon, that it was sweet onion. After shes gone my daughter grabbed the bacon from inside the burger and we called her again to show that the bacon was inside. She replied, something like: but my manager said it was fine, sorry. She was confused as well. My daughter was hungry and dont wanted to wait again, because we received the order in about 40min. My wife ordered SZ W FLT IRN with additional Broccoli, with we did also not get the Broccoli. I spent years in the restaurant business. I would say the problem is solveable by refreshing not just the GM, but the complete management team of this store. Maybe a helpful dialog with the district management is also an option. Its pity, that all my guests today, would never go in a TGI Fridays Store again. It was there first and probably last time. It breaks my heart a little bit, i know corona has done big damage to the sector, but other companies managed this crisis well. Hope to see a reasonable reply soon from you guys. Very unhappy

Hi I went into your restaurant yesterday with my 2 daughters, the service was extremely poor. The restaurant was not busy at all and still the waiting time for drinks and food were still very long. Me and my eldest daughter both ordered a beef burger meal and last night we both were very ill ie vomiting, heart burn and phlegmy throats. After a restless night the next day our stomach were really hurting and were both using the bathroom a lot. Side note I went to the same restaurant like I always do and the last time which was In July 2022 I also was very unhappy but didnt complain. TGI has really changed I dont know if its the way in which the food is being prepared or the meat is always bad, however, a change is a must and their service also needs to be improved the service is not what it use to be I am extremely disappointed with TGI and Id be very much appreciate my money back as I feel like the food quality was poor. My total bill payment was £63.55.

LARGO FRIDAYS IS THEEEE WORST, STAFF GHETTO AS *** MGMRS, SPVR'S ARE FRIENDS WITH THEIR STAFF TO THE POINT THEY ALLOW THEM TO CURSE, SAT ALL DAY ON THEIR CELL PHONES AND NOT ASK THEIR CLIENTS DO THEY NEED ANYTHING WHILE WORKING THE BAR. JUST A SAD SITUATION STORE

Bad experience

Service was bad meat was undercooked overcooked everything was cold took 15-20 minutes to get our drinks another 20-30 minutes to get her appetizers in about an hour and a half to get our food which not which was not very good I never got my birthday cake that I was promised and they put a rookie on her table of 13 very spend disappointed spend over $450

Service issues

I ate at the southbeach Friday's, sat on the patio. I waited 10 mins for them to clear a table as all were dirty. Then I waited another 10 mins to be greeted. However I could have looked past all of these mishaps had I not experienced what came next. While I'm listening to the servers greet other diners and take their orders. First a table with two Caucasians, then a family of Caucasians both orders were taken with no issues. Then a table with two black patrons sat down and when the server greeted them after taking the order he told the diners they must give him a credit card to hold to place the order. WHAT! Huh why do you need a card from them so obviously racist and bias! News flash black people are not the only ones who dine and dash! When I called to complain the the MOD who I was told was on duty was the GM Gary. Instead a Joanne came to the phone she told me its their policy to get cards from everyone. This statement is laughable with the amount of transactions they do if she should know if her servers were practicing this across the board without bias all she would need to do is stand out on the patio for 10 mins a shift and observe her staffs performance/behaviors. Instead Joanne used, the I believe my people stance why don't you by saying to me that they believe in that their servers will do the right thing. What? So you create a policy that can be easily used to as a tool to dehumanize people and then wash your hands of any oversight of the application of this misguided policy! I will not be back! Outrageous! Any leader worth a damn knows that you must trust but verify! It's clear management is complicit in this!
