Price gouging
As far as Im concerned price gouging is horrible its the most deplorable thing that anybody in this world can do and thats exactly what they do because you can go 6 miles south and get gas for $.60 less a gallon.

An accident that happened there on Ferguson Road in Dallas Texas
I was at Texaco oh Ferguson Rd. and Highway 30 and Dallas Texas. Exit the building and just walk off to my car in a field or something like a piece of urn caught my shoe and I fell to the ground. I have tried to contact the station but cannot get a number my name is Regina Taylor. My phone number is 469-350-**** email address is MSRslt2764@***.com I would appreciate it if someone would call me in reference to this matter please because I cant go over back to the Phill station because I am in pain. I want to make a complaint
I went to the Pearl City Texaco gas station and the clerk I dont know her name she didnt even have a name tag!!! I was there @ 820 pm Hawaii time and shes sooo rude dont even say Hi or acknowledge u when u walk!!!.. And shes the only one that does that I told her I want $25 on number 7 and she said wait in a very way!!!. And when I repeated it to her again I wanted $25 on number 7 and I told her shes soos rude of how she talk to me and then she slammed my $25 on the counter and she said heres your money and I couldnt put gas on my car!!! Ive been a valued customer at Taxaco and I have never experienced a very rude employee like her!!!. She should not even work for Texaco!!!. But, with my experience tonight, Im for sure I will never go to Texaco again!!!. Theres a lot of other gas stations out there Im for sure I will let my friends and families know my experienced there at Pearl City gas station!!!

I went in to purchase chocolate milk and no prices on any shelf refrigerated items. I asked employee and he said owner said if customers need they buy doesnt matter price. I explained they could get fined because this was gauging and he cynically smiled and said not gonna be a problem. Well it is a problem! Huge problem when customers have no clue what to pay until the register and if you say no thanks you get rude response of you must not need it really, in America.what kind of service is this?!?!

Trouble with the Texaco fuel app
2nd time filling up with the app, paid full price, didn't get the $1.00 off as advertised. Sent a complaint for the first fill up. Classic bait and switch

Harrasment false accusations racisim
Simha the salsas associate is extremely racist and accused me of stealing and walking back and forth to a restroom that I did not use nor did I even knew existed. He then began to tell customers I took things when other customers said he was very wrong and I was in and out of the store in less than 1 minute. My refund wasnt processed correctly and he didnt know how to refund all of my money. I left and have still had no contact from the owner at 1885 hickory flat highway canton ga 30114. This place has very bad customer service and response time to customers who have been discriminated against and treated unfairly. Other patrons came out of the place and were actually apologetic for his behavior.

Took money but no gas
Wife out card in, but pumps would not work. She left. I have now been billed twice $50. Went to Texaco assistant said they could not help. Bags are now on all pumps saying not working.

Inadequate Customer Service
Went to the location in Walnut Creek, CA off of Olympic Blvd and Tice Valley Blvd. Cash agent was rude and would not assist us regarding the air/water system on site and was too busy on his phone. My sister asked Agent if it was in his job description to assist customers regarding equipment on the grounds of the facility but not inside the market. My sister asked the agent if all he was going to do is be on his phone. The agent stated, thats your opinion.He stated that there was a mechanic down the street. I myself tried to enter the market to purchase some chips but the agent had locked the door. I explain to the agent that I only wanted to purchase some chips and if I could enter and do so. All I got was a head shake. I am a black person and feel as if the agent was discriminated against and would like to file a complaint.

Horrendous customer service
One of your managers in the Northport,AL area was beyond one of the worse experiences I have ever had. On my lunch break I stopped to get gas where a Joanie Mae went above and beyond to try and initiate a verbal altercation. During her rant, she said she was on nights and maybe her behavior is acceptable during those hours, but it was as if she was going out of her way to be rude and insulting because she wasnt capable of paying attention and staring blankly off in space. Being in management myself, I deal with all types of personalities and people. She went from not saying anything to acting as if wanted to have a physical altercation. I have been going to that location for 5 year and will never go back, and make sure I go out of way to let other businesses and workers to stay away from there. I have never in my life had an experience like this where I felt it needed to brought to someones attention. If this is how a manager conducts themselves then maybe shes better suited at night. Or maybe youre so desperate for employees you just accepted anyone even with red flags. Wow is the only word that comes to mind.
