Support

There is absolutely no support at Tesla. While the vehicle itself is great the fact that you can't actually find a way to reach a human and have a conversation is unacceptable. There is absolutely no customer service and you could be left in a very dangerous location with a very difficult time getting a resolution. It is unacceptable that we in the US accept this kind of treatment for what is considered a premium product. I am sure that Elon himself if he were in the same situation as I was with a flat tire, would not be able to tolerate the inability to easily work out a solution.

Terrible customer service and real fraud

The customer service of Tesla guided me wrongly that I can register Tesla vehicles with driver license from another state. After paying $250 they didnt register the car and promised to refund my money but they never refunded and never called back or responded my calls or messages. Terrible experience which was disappointing.

Can’t log in with my app

I have before different email so we can try change email delete my account old phone now I try to log in new email they dont let do it I call Tesla they ask me proof Id insurance purchase I send it everything now after 5 days try to log in ask me same thing Im so tired

Camera on turn signal been removed after update software

Blind spots cameras on signal still missing on FSD function. FSD changing lane at the intersection (stop light) without traffic. FSD want to keep left lane and doesnt have enough time to change to the right for right turn. FSD Turning at an traffic light before the turn supposed to turn. Navigation: announcements at the turning lane but not before. ( too much eyes contact at the screen) Navigation: Highway announcements at one mile if you in a 6 lanes highway and a lot of moving traffic doesnt have enough time to make your next turn including FSD. Navigation: when the turn about to make the screen didnt zoom in for an easier see the turn. If anyone like me driving with Google maps or other maps, now driving a Tesla will miss turn a lot or someone dont have a good manager on the road then will stop and create an accident. Question: if this is not correcting on the Navigation can we use CarPlay on Tesla for Google maps?

They have horrible customer service

My solar panels dont work more than they work. Dont know why I would have to restart inverter every week!!! You cant get them to come out unless they think its needed even when they know they dont work. Ive needed a replacement panel for years and even service man doesnt know why it hasnt been replaced. He had been out to my house already twice this year and the problem keeps happening! It takes weeks to get them to come out!!! Ive had neighbors that had to get roof replaced because when the panels were installed they put *** in roof!!! I have had problems for at least the last 3 plus years and they still cant get it fixed where it doesnt stop working!!!

Not satisfied with services. The YouTube that I paid for for a year is not working.I can not use the voice activation. The volume does not work.

Because you sent it to me

My tesla being delivered here, body parts that were missing paint, and that had wheel specs on the hood in the trunk little round, miniature little specks where paint mightve bubbled and then went flat and theres metal showing

Alignment done by tesla and wont admit fault

Had my new tire installed and Tesla is doing the alignment and 7 days later my rear tires are bald from the rear inside tread. And 3 advisors said outside influence. They did my alignment after my parked car accident and now they won't take responsibility or to pay for my rear tires after I paid 2400 for the new one and now another 1330 for 2 new one! Any thoughts or advice anyone?

My order be cancelled

This is a very bad experience! Around June 14th, I bought a new MODELY for my plan to arrive in Orlando. Because I already have a MODEL3 in my country, I have a good experience with the car. I got in touch with TESLA's official website and got to know their purchase consultant ADAM. Because Tesla can only be purchased on his official website, I confirmed with ADAM: 1, whether it can be delivered on July 20, 2, the delivery address is my home. 3. Whether the delivery fee is free or not. At that time, the page where the order was placed showed that it would be delivered in June or July, and his reply was that it could be delivered to my home for free. A few days after the payment was made, the APP showed that the car could be delivered on June 28-30. I told ADAM that I could not receive the goods. The time I needed was July 20. He said that the order will be delivered on this day After the time, it will be held for 14 days, and then he can assist me to adjust the time. During this process, I received text messages from my mobile phone urging me to choose a delivery time, and I started to order HOLD on July 2, and the time displayed on July 7 was that the delivery time was from July 14 to July 23. I thought I could choose July 20th, but the APP can only choose July 18th. I contacted ADAM and explained that the time I needed was July 20th, and the delivery address displayed on the APP was wrong. But the order on the APP on July 9th shows "pending cancelled", and on July 10th, this order can no longer be found on the APP and my account. ADAM replied by email on July 7th that I lost the deposit of 250 yuan. If I still need to pay another 250 deposit. What I have been asking for in placing this order is July 20th for delivery to my home. I have repeatedly emphasized my request in email communication and text message communication. But TESLA, did nothing. And just canceled the order without leaving a trace. And I can't find anyone to appeal and deal with this matter. It's just ridiculous. Unexpectedly, I donated 250 yuan to Musk to go to Mars before I went to the United States!

Tesla Model Y -Defect in my vehicle's glass

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident involving my Tesla Model Y and the subsequent experience I had at one of your Tesla shops. I am reaching out in the hope that you can provide guidance and assistance in resolving this matter. On June 14, 2023, at approximately 7:15 p.m., my family and I were traveling to Top Golf in my Model Y. While taking the exit from Freeway 101 to Freeway 880 towards Oakland, we encountered a dip on the road. As a result, my vehicle experienced a sudden jolt as it went down and up on the uneven road. Instantly, I noticed that my daughter, who was seated in the rear, was holding her head and crying in distress. Alarmed by her reaction, I immediately checked on her well-being, and she confirmed hitting her head on the glass top part of the car. I was shocked to find that the glass was cracked upon inspecting it. Considering my family's loyalty as Tesla owners with three Teslas in our household, this incident was deeply concerning to me. After allowing a few days to gather myself, I visited a Tesla shop the following week to report the incident and request assistance. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with flatly denied the possibility that the glass could have broken due to contact with my daughter's head. Additionally, I was informed that the repair would not be covered under the warranty, and I would be required to pay $1800 out-of-pocket. Given the circumstances, I strongly believe that there may be a defect in my vehicle's glass, which led to its breakage. I find it unjust and unfair that I am being held responsible for the repair costs in this situation. As a dedicated Tesla owner, I have come to expect exceptional quality and safety standards from your company, and I sincerely hope that you will assist me in resolving this matter. I kindly request that you thoroughly review my case and investigate the possibility of a defect in the glass of my Model Y. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue and ensuring that my vehicle is repaired without imposing the financial burden on me. Enclosed with this letter, you will find copies of all relevant documentation, including photographs of the damaged glass, receipts, and invoices related to the vehicle. These records should provide a comprehensive overview of the incident and subsequent interaction with your representative. Poor corporate responsibility and customer service

We have been proud owners of our Tesla Model 3 since June 2018. However, recently we were extremely disappointed over the lack of customer service and corporate responsibility Tesla showed when we were locked in our car. On July 3rd it was 30 degrees Celsius outside and as we entered our hot car after being in a store for about 45 minutes the car completely died. My daughter and I were trapped in a hot car, and were forced to use the emergency release to get out. Once we had the car towed by Tesla roadside assistance (2 hour wait for the tow truck) and the car was diagnosed, we were told our 12V battery had died in an instant with no prior warning. Tesla Mississauga-Toronto (ambassador) reluctantly covered the diagnostic fee but they refused to cover or partially cover the cost of the tow truck. Where is the corporate responsibility Tesla. My daughter could have been locked alone in the car had she gotten in before me. On a hot day as it was my only recourse would have been to call emergency services! Please help me understand how Tesla roadside covers a flat tire tow but will not cover the cost of a tow truck when their product malfunctions and results in being locked in your own vehicle.

No customer service

Yesterday, 17-May-2023, the car was delivered. This morning on my way from North Vancouver to Surrey, the front tire left side was exploded in the highway while I was driving. Nothing happened before this. I mean the tire didnt hurt or damaged. I was driving that I heard a loud noise and I found that the tire was exploded spontaneously. I kept the tire to show you that there is not any damage that caused the explosion.It was really awful experience. I pulled over the car to the side road, and called Tesla roadside and explained the situation. Because we were in a dangerous area, they asked me to call 911. Tow Truck came and towed the car to the safe area so that the Tesla roadside was able to change the tire. It was really stressful situation. Besides the considerable cost that it caused, we experienced a really hard and stressful situation, so that my wife doesnt accept to sit in the car anymore because she doesnt feel safe. I am writing to ask for a refund.

Terrible product quality and non responsiveness

Since Jan. 2022 I have had many issues with this S. 1st with in the first month, I had a stress crack in the windshield while my car was in a parking area. Within 4 months, my rear motor ceased and was on a main street with traffic. Next month, my front motor diminished my driving ability to drive. the next issue, was my yoke's covering tore off and the gasket around the door and around my windshield. the next issue, on the bottom of my door the molding popped off. Today, my steering has been reduced and message is "steering may required increased effort." I have asked numerous time to replace this car. Without any resolution, Tesla said it would cost me another 25k to change this model S out! I have tried calling various depts. to help and is their any cars available to drive. I'm unable to talk to any live person to remedy my disappointment with this 100+k car. I'm writing to you to help me get satisfaction as now I'm again worried about driving this car! Please HELP!

I've went to the live chat everyday since it happened on April 7th 2023 and even though it says "responds immediately" I never get a response ever! Not since the day it happend. They day it happend they said, To either add bitcoin i sent so it would equal .1 bitcoin....

They took my $476.56. Through a bitcoin promotion. They said they would give you back 200%. So basically they would match what i spent. I sent it , Then was notified you have to spend .1 bitcoin. Which at the time was $2,700. I told them I don't have that. Then I was told I would be refunded. I've reached out every day since April 7,2023. They will not return my emails or respond on the live chat. So basically they took almost 500$ from a poor person. A company that has millions. They even told me they saw where I sent the money so there is proof. I have proof of sending it through PayPal and everything. Misled

Wanted to order for Jan 2023 tax credit and continuously pushed by Tesla to buy in dec. First a $3750 credit and then because I didn't bite, $7500 on Dec 20 and free super charging. As they had not shown a single performance "y" the whole month of December in inventory, I was concerned, but told by sales rep to "definitely expect december delivery. I placed order on 20th, received charger on 24th, but no car. The whole time, right until after Jan, Tesla showed my expected Dec. delivery date. On Jan 3rd, I called and was told sorry, no incentives because I "didn't take delivery" in December. Had they at least apologized and offered me free supercharging, I could have been fine. Instead I was told there are no promos and if you do not pay immediately, your car will be assigned to someone else. Like an idiot, I bit thinking I could negotiate the Supercharging later. The above was Tesla Screw Job #1 On January 9th, I was notified that they had just completed a car with my configuration at the factory the day before (Sunday) and could get it to the Long Beach location for pickup on Wednesday 1/12. I agreed. Miraculously, they called me the following day, 1/10 and said I could get the car a day earlier and they would even deliver it to me. I was told between noon and 4pm. Well unbeknownst to me at the time was the fact that Tesla had originally scheduled my delivery date to be the same date they were to announce a $15k price drop on my car. As it turned out, Tesla showed up well before scheduled appointment and dumped the car at the wrong address, wrong garage. On top of that, the driver snuck into a security building behind another car, abandoned my car in this building that I am not even allowed to park in, and immediately took an UBER out of there before our scheduled meeting. She would not come back but said she could walk me through the process. I was tricked into accepting delivery just to unlock car and move it. I tried to cancel within 24 hours of delivery but have been ghosted by Tesla. Now that they have my money, they will not return calls or texts. No tutorials or instruction given so I have to watch YouTube videos to figure this car out.
