THIS IS A SCAM
I placed an order online 6 days before Mother's day and selected a delivery day one day before Mother's Day. Today is Mother's Day and I talked to my mother and she informed me that nothing was delivered. I called and talked to someone from Terrys Florist on Mother's Day to check the status of my order and I was informed that my order has been cancelled because Terry's Florist could not fill the order along with thousands of other orders. Unfortunately, Terry's florist has not reached out to communicate to me (the customer) that my order has been cancelled. I live in Colorado and my Mother lives in Sun City West, AZ. I specifically searched for what appeared to be a reputable florist in Sun City West because I always look to support the local businesses first. I am speechless to learn that Terry's Florist cancelled my order on the day it was supposed to be delivered and Terry's Florist did not inform me they were cancelling my order. I will never do business again with Terry's Florist. I support the small businesses in America, however, I will not support Terry's Florist because their customer service is extremely inadequate. If website would accept "zero" star rating it would be a big fat ZERO, as the lowest rating is one star. This is definitely a SCAMthere is no physical location for the store. Its all online and they will gladly take your money!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH TERRYS FLORIST.

This business is not real, it is a scam. I called to order flowers, felt uneasy with the Indian speaking woman but still went through with the order. I found them on Facebook and it stated scam. I tried to cancel the order but was put on a long hold by an Indian man. I hung up, called my bank and canceled my bank card. I then received an email and 3 text messages from them asking to send the flowers tomorrow and that they had short inventory. The English in all messages was incorrect.

Beware! Misleading and shady
I wish I would have researched a bit before ordering flowers for my mom who is in the hospital. Ordered in the morning, and was given same day delivery. Needless to say they never showed up and I got a message in the late afternoon stating they wouldnt be. I told them to cancel the order and I better see my refund soon. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY ORDER
If i could leave no starts i would. I ordered flowers on Wednesday 3-29-23 for same day delivery. Got a call from the florist asking if they could deliver on Thursday. Ok, no problem. Friday 3-31, i asked the recipient if they received the flowers and to my surprise, NO, they did not receive them. I called on Friday, gave them my order number then they left me on hold over 20 mins. Now when i call, no one answers the phone. Dishonest florist. Take your business elsewhere.

I ordered tulips the deluxe version for a friend. She got nothing even near what was ordered. The directions I gave for delivery werent followed and the wrong and totally pathetic arrangement was left in the cold. This place is a joke and Im embarrassed I even used them. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

I ordered flowers 2 1/2 weeks ahead of time (1/27) and get told on the day of delivery (2/14) that they were unable to make the delivery that day because "They are busy and have a lot of orders" 2 1/2 weeks, really? To add insult to injury I was also told that since they couldn't make the delivery as promised they would not charge my card. Funny since they charged it on the day I ordered the flowers 1/27 and it cleared my bank on 2/2. Stay far away from these shysters. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering

Ordered flowers for a funeral service 3 days before the service. They call late the day of the service and tell me that they can't deliver because they don't have inventory. They are just a call center on the otherside of the world. Please DO NOT USE these people. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!

My boyfriends mom ordered me flowers to be delivered yesterday. She called because they were never delivered. Supposedly they were delivered yesterday at 4:50 but they were delivered to the wrong address. I received a phone call when I was at my grandmas funeral. Of course I couldn't answer. I tried to call back to explain I never got them. On hold over 10 minutes. I will never recommend this company to anyone. As if I don't have enough stress, the company can't even do their job correctly.

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. Their website is full of lies - nothing is fast, free or delivered same day. I ordered a nice bouquet, of which their website indicated was available, first thing yesterday morning. They waited until 6:33pm to call me and tell me they didnt get their flower delivery and would have them sent out the next morning. Then they call me at 2:00pm the next day to tell me they wont be able to deliver them until tomorrow. DONT USE THIS FLORIST! SCAM ALERT! Absolutely no sense of customer service whatsoever.

What a joke of a company!
Placed my order at 9:00am, was charged $15.99 service fee that I was completely unaware of until I got my order confirmation. No where in my order summary before I clicked submit was I told about this charge. Then at 3:15pm, I was called and told they wouldnt be able to complete my order due to supply issues. I asked for a refund and was immediately called back and notified that they would now be able to do it. At 5:30p I called to check status. Had no idea that I wasnt ordering local, I was routed to a call center who couldnt even tell me if my order left the shop and was in the delivery van. I asked for a refund, the rep was extremely rude, talked over the top of me, put me on hold and then came back on and said my order has been canceled and Id be refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Absolutely horrible, flowers never delivered
Not much more to say than what has been said. Google search finds Terry's Florist as a "local florist", which is not true. They didn't deliver the flowers I ordered. And it is taking forever to get the refund. Nothing about Terry's is good. They should be shut down

Terrible service/stressful experience
Very poor communication. Repeatedly misled me about what was possible/likely with respect to delivery. Did not deliver with appropriate card and then lied about it. They advertise "day of delivery" and I opted for the following day, figuring that if they were advertising honestly that this would not be an issue or that they would communicate with me appropriately if it was not possible. They only called me the day after they said they would deliver to try to fix errors and never contacted me to confirm delivery. (I had to follow up/get information from grieving family members to get answers and then call Terry's Florist again.) Overall, an unnecessarily stressful experience I especially did not need in light of the funeral the flowers were for. The lack of empathy for why timing mattered and why I was requesting honest communication was striking.

I helped someone place an order who had limited internet on their browser so we couldn't check independent reviews. This company promised next day delivery and took the order we chose from one of their pictures. We waited the next day for confirmation from the recipient but nothing. I sent an email AND called the company only to be told the order was cancelled due to availability issues. I read reviews in the meantime. We chose from their picture which promised next day delivery! I told them I'd prosecute if this was an online scam. Order directly from a florist to get the best arrangements for your cost anyway. I'll do that always in the future!
