Rude cashier and wood not give reseat

Paid for monthly car wash

Zero response- spend $60 per month on membership car washes plus 4 tanks per week- car wash speed pass always down by my house at all 3 locations in the NWd

Over charged and will not get refunded

I was overcharged the total was $34 but they charged me $348.63 on my card and when I told the clerk she said there was nothing she could do I told her to call a manager she did and the manager refused to talk to me but told her employee that there was nothing she could do because she didnt know the password for the pos machine I was there for over 4 hours but still nothing resolved I called corporate but no one answered so I am still missing $348.63 minus 34.86 as a result I wasnt able to host my 4 of July party

Couldn’t get account I never had resolved

Tried to get an account. Said I had one. I have never ordered on Amazon. They have a fraudulent phone number, but my email address. Would have been nice to speak with someone who spoke English. I cant believe they sent me here to try to get this problem resolved. Very frustrating! Have spent over an hour trying to get some where!

Degradation

Im continuing from where I left off with the (N) word cause I feel it need to be put out there.lDespite this vitriolic connotation of the word those who are Not African American still feel permitted to use it Some feel as it their to use it the most offensive and inflammatory racial slur people like Wendy Philleys your store manger of store # 415-C store cause she didn't have a problem using the (N);to the point she put the (MN) to the word (Nope Not At All in real life it's more than a word Wendy Philleys jus because you fell on one it doesn't make you one Trust and believe that There is No special circumstances that can allow for that word.to be continue to be use by people who are (Not) justified to use it By No One period People should Respect African American by not using the (N) word and (MN) word if don't know it the most powerful word to the Brutality and Struggle to African Americans No other word is so Prowerful it's a very Hurtful word I'm keeping it

Racial discrimination from store mgr Wendy Philleys

Terrible Herbst management Did you know using the (N) word and the(MN) word. Are you aware it is profoundly hurtful (Racial slur meant to stigmatize Amend on occasion it also has been used against member of other racial ethnic lately the (N) word is a term(white) use a leveling effect to emulate the stealth of African American the (Niggar)is a racial slur used against Black People the term can be traced back to slavery and to me and many more it's (One) of the most offensive word out there

Manager accused me of being dishonest

On 5/8/23, I went to get gas not realizing that I did have my Debit card. I handed the cashier $5.00 for gas, returned to my car and left without pumping the gas in my car. I just had dental work and went across the street to fill my prescription when I realized what I did. I returned to the store and spoke to the cashier. The cashier was rude and walked away saying there is nothing he can do. I asked for the manager and he pointed to the back of the store and kept on walking. There was no one in sight. I went to the back of the store and saw a man looking at me. I asked him if he was the manager. He hesitated to answer. I repeat the question, he said, yes. I told him what happened and he said someone took your gas and there is nothing I can do about it. I returned to the cashier and handed him to charge $5.00. As I returned to make another purchase, I hear the manager referring to me as a thief. He claimed that I did not pay $5.00 The cashier told, yes. She did pay $5.00. I said to the manager, I am not a thief and Im than that. The customers that were present, said they heard him referring to me as a thief and telling the cashier that I was trying to get over them by stealing $5.00. I can only say that if I looked like him, he would have never called me a thief and a liar. He racism attitude should not be tolerated nor accepted. If he have a problem dealing with people of a different race, he does not deserve to be in management. I do hope that Terrible Hearst does not *** such bias behavior. Thank

Assistant Manager is unprofessional

Terrible herbst assistance manager. Asked her for a reprint of a receipt for the company I work at next door and she said I'd have to see her manager about it tomorrow and then asked what happened to the one I had and slammed the office door. Very unprofessional

My location doesn't have information for the manager or owner. The staff is not telling the customers about the chip and it being scanned without the customer's knowledge.

All stores need to have visible info regarding the names of owners and managers. Customers need to be informed about using the chip during a transaction. My card was swiped by the system without my ok.

Management must be terrible

Products at the store at 780 E Pyle Ave are constantly out of stock and I have to assume employees must not do their daily tasks. Freestyle soda machine is by far the worst, it is always empty and for some reason no body feels the need to refill the machine. It is empty for weeks on end time and time again. The Tabacco products are always out as is the energy drinks, I have to assume again people are not doing their job staying on top of inventory. I have asked more times than I can count for a particular chewing tabacco and again, like everything else, it is never in stock. This store is by far the worst Terribles store Ive been to and I truly feel something needs to be done about it. Most days I have to leave the store empty handed and go to the 7-11 around the corner to get what I need, that cant be good for business.

Car wash and vacuum problem

Well I decided to clean my car and I went to terrible Horst at location number 4349 and after washing my car I went to the vacuums to clean out my floorboards I started on the driver side I work my way to the passenger side by then the vacuum shut down I went inside and asked politely if they could turn the vacuums back on because I wasn't finished with vacuuming out my car yet they told me that they didn't have any control over the vacuums so now I'm left with a half clean car for $10 I am pissed that's why I'd rather just go and do it myself rather than go to these car washes that just rip you off and don't care

CAR WASH

I had a horrific experience with your car wash at store #434 at 3061 St Rose Pkwy, Henderson, NV on 01/23/23 at 11:45 am. I purchased a car wash at the car wash register located in front of the car wash. After I inserted my card and the transaction completed, the device instructed me to pull forward and DID NOT ISSUE A RECEIPT for my purchase. It didnt ask if I wanted a receipt, and also did not automatically present one. After the car wash completed the wash cycle, I pulled forward for drying and the dryer countdown turned off after 29 seconds. It started a countdown of 60 seconds and turned off at 45 with my car still stuck in the middle of drying. My car was soaking wet and the dryer was off resulting in me having to hand dry my entire car! I pulled into a stall with vacuums and proceeded to hand dry my car. While drying the cwr by hand, it was apparent that the wash cycle didnt wash the back windshield of my vehicle and there was still a dust imprint of the windshield wiper across the window. I then went to vacuum the inside and both vacuums on my stall were out, so I backed out and pulled into another available stall. This stall also had broken vacuums, with only one working on one side. Since these vacuums do not stretch far enough to reach both sides of my vehicle, I had to, once again, find another available stall with a working vacuum on the right side. That's THREE different stalls where the vacuums were not working properly and were either off completely or had very very low suction. I brought all of this to the attention of the staff inside the Terribles store and they argued with me, claiming that the vacuums all work so I advised them to inspect for themselves. I also asked if they could issue me a receipt for my purchase at the car wash and they refused, stating that only receipts for car washes can be issued by a cashier if you bought the car wash from the cashier. I dont understand why Terribles cannot review the transactions made at their car wash and print a receipt for one. There had been no other customers in the car wash after me, so I was the most recent transaction. I made sure to purchase an item inside so that I would have a receipt to be able to verify the location. I will NEVER AGAIN use this car wash at this location or waste my money on any of their goods. Please advise to this awful customer experience, and I would like an investigation of the car wash malfunctions so that other customers do not have the same experiences. Thank you.

Car wash employee negligence caused damage to my car

At the Terrible Herbst car wash at 6045 W. Sahara Ave, Las Vegas I was getting a car wash and the vehicle in front of me somehow got stuck in the car wash tire conveyor. An employee asked me to back my car up, and when I did, I heard a loud cracking sound from my back passenger side bumper. When I confronted the employee about this, they said, "nothing happened' but was then told that they hadn't moved the gyro equipment in time before i backed up. when I had them check my car there was bumper damage with large chunks of paint missing that were not before + the bumper was loosened from the impact with the gyro. They had me file a claim through their company insurance but then almost immediately declined the claim because they 'noticed other paint wear on the bumper'; claiming absolutely no responsibility for their employee negligence & equipment failure that caused this to occur in the first place. The fact that I've been a monthly unlimited car wash paying customer for over 1.5 years, this truly is enraging & I would say steer clear of these car washes if you can

Air pump

Dude. Im at 8 freaking terribles where it took air out of my tires or after I put my 2 dollars in didnt work at all. Im beyond BEYOND pissed. This is straight up retarded. Give me my money back for all of them all 8 AND my free drinks or rockstars bc the *** pumps never have paper and the employees said nothing they could do and too bad so sad. Im furious man. Im leaving town and cant fill up my mf tire. Get your *** together
