Terrible online customer service
I spoke with 2 different people and spent my entire day on the phone regarding my order! I got an email stating its on the way so I tried tracking to see where my parcel was with no luck....so I then contacted purolator also no luck....contacted Canada post once again no luck! So then I go into the live chat and waited just to get disconnected! I then do back into live chat and waited for 1.5 hours and I didnt even have a chance to finish asking questions with Brittany on the live chat because she rudely just ended the chat by saying have a good day I want to know why Im being given false information, I received an email stating that my order is on the way when its actually NOT! Its still processing so why did I receive an email stating it was on the way! I have the live chat saved telling me that it isnt on the way and I also have the email saved from the previous day telling me its on the way! I spend a lot of money at michaels, I purchased machines there along with tools and mats and lots of htv ad vinyl along with pens and everything else that goes along with crafting with my cricut, whether its spray paint, card stock, gems or whatever! I have never received this poor of customer service in the store as everyone in New Minas, Nova Scotia is fantastic to deal with! However you have just lost a customer, I will now order through vinyl Companies and amazon.....I ordered through amazon the day after I placed my $300+ order online with michaels and my amazon order has already arrived today and yours isnt even finished processing yet and I was also given false information and now Ive wasted my entire day trying to find an order to get treated like *** I dont think so!

Do not use Teresa Wedding Studio for your wedding needs!
I got engaged and was moving to another city so naturally I thought hiring a wedding planner would be a great idea! I figured if I wasn't in the city I was getting married in, having someone look after the details that everything would go smoothly. Boy was I wrong! I hired someone who has experience in the flower industry and was starting up her own wedding planning business. Within months, I realized this was the biggest mistake of my life. Everything she told me she had experience with and the contacts she had within the industry was a lie. She pressured us to set a budget for flowers and that should be something much later in the process of planning a wedding. She wanted us to add more money (so that she could make more). I also ordered a dress from her. It was suppose to be customized as I was measured and all. When I received it, it was two sizes too big and she didn't cover the alteration fees! And she had the nerve to tell me that she actually tried on my wedding gown when she received it!!! Who does that? Anyways, if you really want to hire a wedding planner, hire one with experience because if you don't, you end up doing everything and paying someone for doing nothing.
