I cant find the fourteen my order numbers

I was spoke with some woman on the phone and i told her my order and trackinf number and i she was said to me she cant find it I want to tell me all my order and tracking numbers and tell me where is my order packages !!!

False advertisement and won’t let customer checkout

I received a $3 off $3.01 coupon from the company and the items say free shipping so I added three items to the cart totaled $3.76, which after the discount would be $0.76. It wont let me check out. Saying I need to put $14.24 to my cart in order to check out. So its really $3 off $18 otherwise you cant check out. And thats false advertisement, as well as false information on shipping information where it says free shipping. Contacted customer support via chat and phone and all they can say is to add more items to the cart to meet the $15 minimum without rectifying the free shipping on orders slogan that they put on all item pages.

I have ordered numerous things from TEMU. Most of which have been outdoor solar lights or garden decor but I have bought a few tank tops and misc kitchen items. First, the tank tops do not correlate to American sizes. I wear a L or XL but with TEMU I must order 2XL. Unfortunately I had to buy one to find out this size issue. Other than that I like the tops. I do wish they would provide what material they are made of. The solar lights, 90% work upon arrival with the duration of time that they work for varying from 1-6 months. Unfortunately their return policy is 30 days. I believe every item should work at least 6 months. I have had 3 experiences where the plastic bags that the items come in were ripped and a product was lost during transit. On one occasion, I bought 3 of a particular item. One was lost from a torn bag and I requested a refund and was immediately given one online. The second of the 3 items broke about 20 minutes after I hung it on a wall. It wasn't hung until approx 3 days after the order arrived. The hanging mechanism on the back broke off of the product causing the item to fall and break. I took pictures of the broken item and submitted it for a refund. I received an online reply that I would need to mail it back. This was ridiculous as the item was only $4 and their orders do not come with an order receipt or return address or a way to contact them. Their return policy states that you can only receive a refund online for 1 item per order.It took me a bit of searching online to find a phone number for Temu. The lady was very professional and saw the picture I had submitted and refunded my money without my having to return it. A couple weeks later, the 3rd one of these items also broke In the same manner as the 2nd one had. By this time, I did not have the energy or time to find the number again and the 30 day return time had expired. I believe their return system is set up on purpose so that people will get frustrated and not go to the trouble of getting a refund. Overall, with what I know about their products, I will still buy select items like the outdoor solar lights and flowers for my garden. I can't find an American company that sells them for the price comparison that TEMU does. One thing I do not like at all about TEMU is their barrage of emails trying to get you to buy more. False advertised discounts to get you to impulse buy. The items prices are the same if not more than what I had previously paid for them. I have gone into my acct settings to try and turn off all the notifications and it slows for a bit but then amps back up again. Somedays I get 20 email promotions from them. When ordering garden figures I found I must pay close attention to the size of the item if they give it. Some of their pictures are photoshopped to make the item look bigger than they really are.

Temu is a scam

Excuse me i ordered a large package from you guys and i was only sent 9 out of 11 of the ties that i ordered. I spoke to one of your costumer service representatives and she had told me id be getting a FULL refund for this inconvenience and now i look and ive been denied that refund. This is honestly ridiculous and really unprofessional. Because of Temus mistake i had to make ANOTHER order for $10 when the missing items were only $2. So in total im out $144.75. Extremely unprofessional Temu and the fact that your costumer service representatives are telling me that id be getting my money back and now ive been denied is even worse. I am requesting my entire refund be sent to me for my order PO-211-190****092731****

2packages lodt

I never got package there is a nother addres similar to mine next door they are receiving my packages but cant prove it but Ive made claims to both packages and made in a ivestagation I asked for a refund or re send my package and Temu wont even help or try to investigate wats going on they keep closing my ticket and say it was delivered Im a low income mother. Never get to treat my self and this happens lost packages lost hard working money I was left wit nothing not fair I also got camera in my door ups never came to bring packages

Item I ordered cracked

A microwave cover plastic thing. It was cracked upon arrival. It wasnt protected at all Just on top of the rest of my order. Im not returning it. Im old and dont wish to do that. Just take it off my bill. Im not able to download anything. I dont know how. Just look at my orders. If you will.

Frustration with orders

To whom is In charge at TEMU, Hello, my name is Ryan Hahn. I came across TEMU roughly 6 months ago and was impressed, yet, skeptical. How could ACTUAL quality items be priced so affordable, well let's be honest, so, cheap? However, within the first few orders, while small, the order was easily tracked, I was notified when it was delivered and it WAS as shown from the website. Moving forward a few months to when I really wanted to utilize the "gem" I had found, my lady and I placed some 3-4 LARGE orders. Now, I understand there are shipping issues, but, so far, of those orders, only HALF of ONE has arrived. The products ordered were important to receive and were nearly ALL sent back with the suggestion to "contact the seller." That is ridiculous for many reasons, the first being, WHO is the seller? I ordered it from TEMU, I PAID TEMU, wouldn't that make TEMU the seller? I know that you use diverse amounts of venues, but, WITHOUT listing WHO that seller is, you are taking on responsibility of any malfunction that may occur. For me to be responsible to not only KNOW who that seller is, but, be placed with the duty of RESOLVING the issue that went wrong on TEMU'S PLATFORM, is HORRIBLE business and, I, the consumer, shouldn't have to be burdened with sorting out what YOU either couldn't, but, more likely WOULDN'T handle yourself, in order to keep YOUR customer serviced correctly. No, you're on to keep promoting sales. THAT, ISN'T Billionaire shopping. That's back alley HUSTLING. SO, what am I to do, research WITH MY TIME, YOUR connection that YOU sold to me, IF, I FIND the vendor, RECALL the exact order (which probably has its OWN order number, hopefully not, but, probably) and workout negotiations to work THROUGH TEMU again in order to RECIEVE what I ordered from TEMU? Well, since I'm doing YOUR job, WHERES MY PAY CHECK? I am SO FRUSTRATED with the level of business you conduct! I was DEPENDING on you to fulfill a BASIC order. If the seller has issues with completing it, that is YOUR place to resolve it to make CERTAIN I RECIEVE what I OPTED for, OVER the money. I don't WANT my money back, I WANT what I ordered. So, you refund the money, HOPEfully within 2 weeks, and I don't get what I used the money for in the FIRST place. So, basically, I put MY money on HOLD for a month, WITH the understanding I would be RECEIVING something, made plans around that MISCONCEPTION, and a month later, I am RIGHT BACK where I started from, WITH a promotion to place a NEW order?!! Are you frustrated yet? Also, the FIRST order that you listed as "delivered" I DID NOT RECIEVE. So, I have to pursue THAT, with the doubt that TEMU will assist at ALL, in locating it, OR whom would be responsible for it's missing. I just HOPE you will HEAR me and NOT continue to run your business SO SHADY and INCOMPETENT. I APPRECIATE your quality for your prices, but GET CONTROL of your operations. Return and refund

I was trying many times for a long time to do my return without any success, so I called the number which they called me when they just started in Canada, but for a very long time I was putting on hold with the recording announcement till one time i was able to talked to someone after trying many times for long time for my refund, but I was getting a long distance charge of $63.74. If I was able to connect and contact with someone of temu, and if I knew that was a long distance I wouldn't have to be charged for this amount. I really really think this is really not fair to me if the number which they provided of 188* *** **** is working then I wouldn't have called that number for charging long distance, so I really hope that you company will pay me back this money to cover my lost. I sincerely hoping and waiting for. Thanks. Temu refuses to replace order and/or refund despite order not delivered

I live in a residential with less than 40 homes. There is no gate and no security guard. Any delivery driver can enter the residential community without requiring an access code. The delivery company asked for an access code or instructions to complete the delivery. Emphasis. A delivery code is not needed to delivery to my home. The tracking says the package was delivered at the front door. The delivery failed to upload a photo showing proof of delivery. The package was not delivered to my home. I notified Temu the same day and they instantly told me that they cant assist because the address on the order is correct. Just because the address on the address is correct doesnt mean the delivery company went to the correct address. Temu refused to issue a reshipment nor a refund. Temus purchase protection program is a joke ***** Temu users underhanded tactics to get over on customers.

I received my order and inside the package was a half used open pack of tissues. I dont know if this person was sick and using these but I dont feel real comfortable about it. Most items are coming from overseas and now a days you cant be taking risks like this. Is there not a QA department in place to make sure mistakes like this do not happen? I reached out to the Temu chat help and the agent didnt do anything to make me feel any better about this situation. Id like to hear back from somebody because after this, I wont be ordering anything else if this is how your customers are treated. Id rather pay full price and not die for a discount.

Level of customer service

Appalled, this is how they treat their customers . I chatted in multiple times and each time was met with rude agents. I need to know something will be done about them immediately! My contact information is burnerjac56@***.com. If I were you I would not shop online here, this is truly ridiculous and I did not expect to be treated like this at all.

Damaged goods on coast hight amount

Bought allot of cost based things for my daughters birthday and all arrived soaked in the bag with damaged water logged goods. Was not BBC able to complaine or get in contact with anyone to repleanish these goods very upsetting.

I had an order that came and it had many many cuts in the bag and it was all taped up and put back together and out of the 100 or so items that I ordered I think I received maybe 15. It's all in the notes. I have yet to receive a refund for the order and I was instructed not to order again until I was received the refund. Please listen to the recorded call with you CSR. Please give me a call.

I've returned items with wrong label

When you are doing a return on the website it will ask you to choose the items sometimes it will tell you there's no need to return the item. Sometimes it will give you a return label and if you are returning something from two different purchases you have to go to the other purchase and click on your returns sometimes it will just tell you to add all the items and ship with one label. I am not sure how I got that return label. But when I went to the two shirts and looked at that tracking label return tracking was different from the return tracking label that I had printed and shipped off with the package. When I did not get an update that the package had arrived at the warehouse I started trying to figure out what had happened that is when I realized the tracking number on the label that I returned the items with was a different tracking number then the company is expecting. So therefore I'm trying to give them the tracking number so they can see that the items have been delivered and they can give me my credit back and not charge me because they are thinking that I did not resend the items in a timely manner. In the pictures are return shipping labels the return shipping label ending in 37 is the shipping label tracking that they are expecting to see on the return. But instead I sent the three items back with the tracking number ending in 81. The three items were shipped back with a tracking number of 9401-93**-**73 5000 **** 81 and they arrived at the temu maxs warehouse in California on 5/22/23 the other picture is showing the United States postal service tracking on the return tracking listed above as delivered
