Mother's Day arrangement for my wife and it was never delivered.

Ordered a Mother's Day arrangement for my wife and it was never delivered. The order status said delivered and even said my wife signed for it but that was lie. She never got her arrangement. We called and complained and they gave me a 30% refund and a 30% discount on my next order as if I will ever use them again. I called again this morning and asked for a 100% refund and was told that they would file a complaint with the Florist and get my arrangement delivered as soon as possible. At this point I am so frustrated since Mother's Day is over and we still do not have anything. Don't waste your money.

Never got my cactus plant that was ordered

Unhappy customer

I purchased an arrangement of plants in a basket as I could not attend my dear friends funeral. The pic displays different plants in a nice weaved basket. That is not what was delivered. I understand that you will make substitions; however I dont like that the arrangement isnt in a basket. I spent over $100 and I am very disappointed with the product.

Disgraceful delivery all flower dead.

These flowers have been waiting in the transport depot for 6 Days. I do not know how you have the courage to deliver? Photograph available if email contact. Refund in full please.

They refunded me And that was acceptable. In the future I will make suwe'll make sure that They will send the actual item I ordered

They cancelled my order and didn't even notify me.

I had placed an order for Mother's Day a week in advance for delivery the Friday before Mother's Day for my Mother in law that has been in the hospital recovering from a broken hip for a month. Teleflora cancelled my order and didn't notify me. When I called to change the delivery address due to my MIL being released from the rehab facility after breaking her hip I was told this order had already been cancelled due to suspected fraud and they had no other explanation. I was told I would have to call the next day to place a new order. When I did that they told me that they would not be able to delivery these until several days past Mother's Day! My delivery was originally set up for Friday 5/6 so they would be there in plenty of time for Mother's Day. This company doesn't care at all about customer service. After reading some of these reviews I may have been lucky because at least they didn't deliver her a *** arrangement. Definitely don't trust them to get your order where you need it on the day you need it! Horrible company and even worse customer service!

Wrong order was deliverer

They delivered the wrong flowers what they delivered was really ugly I called them & they said affirm would be credited 100 percent so I want this taken off my account,They just screwed up & sent the wrong thing & would not pick it up & bring me what I ordered we were very unhappy with them so please check into this

Credit to my accountt

They are suppose to credit that back to affirm & taken off my account.I was very disappointed it wasnt what was ordered.They did not deliver the flowers that were ordered what they delivered was ugly & didnt look anything like what we ordered so they said they would credit that 100 percent.so I want this order credited

Non Receipt of order placed before 2/14.

Called 800 822-**** several times; they kept telling me the order is coming....they have been saying that since 2/14. I also called 800 493-****(It comes up Eureka Florist and Gifts)...Same answer from them. I just want this order to go through. I am ready to call the better Business Bureau.

Bait and Switch

Telefloral was running a deal through American Express to provide a $20 reimbursement if you bought flowers. I bought my flowers and failed to notice they didn't charge my card. A couple days after the deal expired the called to say they "couldn't run my card", so i gave them another card and complained about missing out on their reimbursement... the CS representative simply said I see, then proceeded to try my new card... which failed also. My card works for gas, so it isn't the card. He then apologized for having to cancel my order. I ask for a supervisor, and get put on hold for 10 minutes, then disconnected. I get an email a few minutes after that apologizing for the failure on their part and given a code to redeem to "make things right". I go to their website to order the flowers and the prices are up $30 for Valentines day. The coupon is worth $15.

Order not delivere and no refund

I ordered flowers for my Grandfathers funeral 3 days prior to the services however day before I was told there was a delay ok 2nd day of funeral they proceed to contact me at 2:20 to let me know they could not fill my order and Canceled it I called explained I needed anything there I couldnt make it something needed sent I got told nothing could be sent not even a single rose at that point Im irate my grandfathers funeral is going on and Ive got nothing there and cant send anything due to my moneys tied up in this order Ive still NOT GOTTEN RETURNED TO MY CARD this is totally Unacceptable and I cant believe your company hires ppl so insensitive ..

I recently order two floral arrangements online on the 11 of December for Expected delivery of the flowers to be on December 22, 2021. This was for a funeral the transaction, everything went through fine for payment and there was a confirmation of the orders. The day before the funeral, the day of expected delivery, less than 23 hours on the date of actual funeral I received a call informing me that the flowers that I ordered would not be coming. To add to the humiliation I was constantly placed on hold throughout my inquiry as to why the floral spray that was to go on the casket, would not be coming, and why I was not informed prior to the date of delivery of the situation. The end result -Nothing was done to correct the issue. The manager continued to apologize, and I had to accept some flowers from another vendor that was not what we wanted. DO NOT USE THIS FLORAL SERVICE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, NOR DO THEY CARE ABOUT PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. If they did this to a funeral situation, what does that say about their service? They should have made it right. Horrible service, not professional, and they do not care about the customer

Horrible customer Service

2 hours on phone trying to correct two orders with information and writing on card that the system changed. Was assured there would be corrections by three different customer service representatives yet upon delivery no signatures so no one knew who the arrangements were from! Called customer service yet again who insisted it was corrected!! Basically negating what I saw with my own eyes! I’m done with this rude screwed up third world company !

Poor Customer Service

Supposed to have some birthday flowers delivered yesterday...when I originally called to check the status mid-afternoon I was told the florist had the order. Then when I called back shortly before 5:00pm I was put on hold for several minutes and told the florist never got the order. Had to run to a local grocery store to save the day. Customer service fail and will absolutely never be using their services again.
