Pocket hose ripping, hung up on me !!!

Pocket hose ripping at connection to hose spigot. Not supposed to do this, I want a new hose and they hung up on me. Call them tomorrow!

Focus adjustable glasses was not sutable for reading to us we have to refund this glasses we are booked in on line it was very sad to tell us it was wear to eyes. My headache is so high it was not sutable to me

For replacement of 10" frying pan

Product is not available, I should call back in 2weeks to see if you have them in stock. Then if not keep calling till you have them in stock! I cant have the address to your company until the frying pan is in stock, but you had to have my address. The card on the pan says No QUESTIONS ASKED! Lifetime replacement Guarantee! I didnt expect to have to be with out my much used pan for 2-3 weeks and then know guarantee that the pan will be in stock! There should be some sort of replacement when a customer needs there frying pan.

Would not even answer the phone!! The web site just directs you to another site, then another.eventually to the same dead number!

Need to process a return and just get the runaround. No one answers the phone and the web site directs you to another site where they want more money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Defective product

Tried calling service line and the connection continued hanging up...this is one of the most frustrating experiences ever...I will never buy another bulbhead product...complete scam!!!

Product is not reliable like it is advertised

The product is not opening lids on cans as advertised. It is a well built product but once it is used it does not open the can lids like it should. I depended on this product to replace my old can opener. It took a very long time to receive product. I ordered it in the first part of January 2022 and received it in the latter part of March 2022. My name is Lunsford Johnson Jr and this item was ordered on my Truist debit card. This company is not answering phone calls of the complaint I have against there product of either a refund or resend another can opener. I am willing to pay for the shipping charges.

Asked for supervisor to call-no call

16 months after I made a purchase I got a letter threatening to send me to collections. Thought It was paid. Should have contacted me earlier. Very rude and defensive about how they handled this. I would have returned product in beginning if I knew about billing problem. Letting my 1000!fb friends know about my displeasure. Planning on writing a consumer review. Down on your company!

I followed instructions EXACTLY as told by a man at your phone line, and paid to send back my broken pocket hose with a lifetime gurantee. Hose was picked up in Van Nuys at Telebrands center

I followed instructions EXACTLY as told by a man at your help phone line on Mar 27, 2022, and paid $9.70 postage to send back my broken pocket hose with a lifetime guarantee. He said to call back to make sure it was received and let them know it's a replacement order. Hose was picked up in Van Nuys by Telebrands staff from USPS center on April 2. Calling the pocket hose Customer service center on Apr 11, to check that my hose was being replaced, after 1/2 hour of being told it wasn't their (your?) responsibility, she connected me to Telebrands. After a series of phone tree numbers to press, NONE of them related to talking to a person to resolve the issue, I was cut off. You are unethical, to say the least, and I need you to replace my broken pocket hose; there is proof that you received it. I sent it back in good faith. Now do your part!

I received a copper 5 cooking appliance for my birthday and since found out that this was deemed not to be safe by Autralian standards. I would either like the money back or change to a safer appliance.

Hole in pocket hose brand new last night open it

I just opened my 75 feet new pocket hose brass bullet. It is leaking from two places! I have two more 50 feet and 100 feet I am very happy with those!

Brand new safety can express brand new does not work

Can not get a replacement brand new under warranty and I plan to go to the night consumer complaint Try to resolve with customer complaint department got no satisfaction do not purchase anything you see on television. Buy in store you can return it with no problem

Can.t get anyone in Fairfield NJ Corporate office

It is sad you call Corporate office in NJ. in USA And get sent to SOUTH EAST ASIA. I WAS GOING TO BUY SOME STUFF but I am having 2nd thoughts . If company won't talk to you other then ASIA why then do you have office in USA which I think is A unmanned bldg. because all numbers called goes to ASIA.
