Trying to get my payout It's been 2 weeks.
Well I still didn't get anyone on the phone that make you email them communicate with them. We back and forth about the money they owe me from my T-shirt sales. It's been 2 and 1/2 weeks and I still cannot get paid what I have in the account be a holding.

It says the order was sent back to the sender for no reason it should have been here today but it popped up alert when I was tracking it

They are middle men and dont produce the products. They are not good at customer service and send the wrong product to my clients. 4 times they sent a sweat shirt not a hoodie as requested. This is terrible

I AM A SELLER AND REPRESENT BUYERS. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I am a seller and represent buyers. I placed my first order for a large group event for a client on May 24. I confirmed the ship date prior to submitting payment as the timeline was tight. I never recieved a confirmation or reciept for one thing. I went into my account on the same day and saw that te ordeer would not be shipped for up 10 days after the original ship date and that is after the event. I requested a cancellation and full refund as the funds belong to my client and they needed the funds returned back asap to purchase the event gift items elsewhere. All of this took place within one hour. I was given the run around so i filed dispute with the pay from account i used. The next day i received a email that stated "our financial department has attempted to issue your refund but because I filed a dispute they were unable to issue my refund but if you remove the dispute they will issue the refund." I removed the dispute and received 43.00 instead of 208.00. When I questioned the difference in my transaction i never heard back. When I contacted my pay from account I was told that since I closed the dispute I was unable to re-open it. I spent 3 hours on the phone in order to re-open my dispute and provide every single form of communication proving that TeeSpring was fraudulent and neglectful in their business practices. I lost my first large client and had to refund the funds out of pocket because of TeeSprings poor business practice. The BBB will not accredit TeeSpring and has given them a F rating. I obtained legal counsel and I am in the preliminary stage of filing a law suit. It is a preditorial company.

Not received merchandise
Got billed when I ordered my T-shirt in March never received it as of May call customer service no human answers the phone and a direction to go online and chat online. Only there is no online person to chat with. Customer service is nonexistent. I have a problem with them and I cant talk to them right now. Im disputing my charge with my credit card company. I am out $32 and I have no merchandise.

Disabled My Merchant Account for No Apparent Reason Without Any Warning
I have had a number of issues with this company over time, but their commissions for vendors were more generous than sites like Redbubble by a pretty significant margin, so the occasional absurdities were bearable. But one day, I came back to one of my merchant accounts, and I could not log in. Turns out the account has been disabled, and for no apparent reason. No warnings given, no citations of violation of TOS, or anything like that. The login page says to contact customer service, yet no link or button is there to do so. Perhaps this is just an unfortunate coincidence, but this merch account happened to be linked to a politically incorrect website. The merch was nothing but things promoting the first Amendment and free speech/anti censorship messages however, which one would like to think would be something that is universally acceptable even if one dislikes the company sponsoring the merchandise. But apparently, in this progressive and enlightened age we live in, if you're not a "party-approved" purveyor of "double-plus-good" ideas, you're not even allowed to do business in a capacity that is promoting universal ideals and principles. Again, it's possible that it's just an unfortunate coincidence, but given the rampant censorship that has come to typify the modern age, and the complete and utter lack of communication from Teespring about why the account was disabled, it would seem that Teespring, in addition to their laundry list of ongoing quality and customer service issues, is all too happy to be a party to censorship and suppression of opposing viewpoints. Perhaps they'd be better off setting up shop in Communist China if this is what the company stands for. Fathom the irony of a merch store specializing in merchandise with free speech and anti-censorship messages being censored and shut down because it's affiliated with an organization that publishes books that assert unpopular viewpoints from time to time. What a time to be alive.B

The picture on the back of shirt is back wards its side ways its not supposed be that way I design it to be facing up the score board i me a still not bad shirt but they mar it wrong anyways what do I do to solve this problem/issue ,mistake and they take so long to print and send them out I am feeling furious and frustrated

Tee spring sucks. Their customer service is next to none. I ordered an item a month ago and it was promised on 3-24-23. It still hasn't even been printed yet. I keep emailing them stating I want my order cancelled, but to no avail so far. I wouldn't recommend this company for anything

I ordered a tee shirt 54 days ago. It was never produced or shipped. I have sent countless messages, but they won't refund my money. There is no one to actually speak to Their phone number is only a recording telling you to e-mail them. Scam and thievery, plain and simple. I just want my money back.
