Received damaged shirt

I ordered a coffee cup for my son for Fathers Day. I was supposed to be a white cup with black lettering. When I opened the pkg, the entire cup is black and none of the black lettering is visible. I have been trying to reach their customer service and just get a fast busy signal.

They took my payment for my order but never gave me a confirmation email. I only have a transaction number through PayPal. They dont answer or call back. You cant email them unless you have an order number eitherso its difficult to get any help!

I got a busy signal and was then cut off multiple times. I tried the toll free number and the other numbers with the same response.

What I did get was of good quality
The phone numbers don't work, I only got half of my order, I can't email contact them in any way. If you try to email them they want your order #, in which case they don't give you.
