Change background for my order

I have an order and I didn't realize I can change background on photos, I would like to change background to my order

There were no options to choose a background on the website at the time when I ordered my child's photos like I was told they added them a week later after I already purchased with no background

I have sent many emails not one response I called with 10 people ahead of me I could not wait on the phone as I work all day and I am a teacher, so I opted for the option that they would call me back and never received a call back and this was a week ago I am trying to have them fix my photos before it is too late I should have been given the option to choose a background as soon as the photos were available not randomly a whole week later me and many other parents at the school are not happy about this. These photos are not cheap had I known they would randomly add the backgrounds to the website 4 days after telling me my photos were ready for order I would have waited to order them with a background trying to reach someone to cancel my order or change it before it's too late and have not been able to get a hold of anyone and it's been a whole week and now I'm probably stuck with photos with no background which is ridiculous for the price they are charging horrible customer service.

Wrong Pictures

You guys took pictures at Advantage Learning (564788) center a few weeks ago in Lakewood, CO. When looking up her pics with the code provided, they were of another child, but with my daughters name.

Terrible Service

I would give this company a NEGATIVE 0 if it were possible. My 2 children took photos at school through this company and it was a complete disaster as well as very very unprofessional. First and foremost we were supposed to receive our photo access code the same day as a discount is offered for same day purchase. Not only did that NOT happen but the photographer FORGOT THE SLIPS at the school location to even upload the photos to give parents access. Second the discount was no longer valid even due to the companys employee mistake (no fault of the school).Secondly when I do finally receive the photo there are ONLY 2 Photos ( 1 completely blurred) of only 1 of my children. There was NO RECORD of additional photos for that child nor ANY photos of my second child as well as NO PHOTOS of their sibling portraits which the school informed me that THEY TOOK INDIVIDUAL AND SIBLING PHOTOS. Very unprofessional an unsatisfied this entire situation is so bad for business as a whole. Contacting customer service has been *** you cant get through to anyone you have to wait 24 hours for a response and still get no helpful response. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. The dissatisfaction with their service alone as well as the poor customer service and lack there of was beyond disappointing. There is nowhere on their site where you can leave a formal complain nor is there any additional corporate information listed. Terrible when a company is set up to capture memorable moment of your childrens early years and FAIL as a whole. Complete waist of time an horrible for business. Will definitely be reporting them to BBB as well as YELP.

Terrible company I do not recommend

My daughter took pictures May 12 with her school paid $193.46 April 13th for package. 7-14 days for delivery. I called on the 14th day for a tracking number or anyway to attempt to track. I was told they do not offer tracking. For $200 the least they could do is track. Wednesday May 31st I requested another be shipped specifically overnighted due to vacation thurday june 1. Upon my return june 6th there is still no package. I called and email only to recieve a generic email response and a voice message about only being open 4 hours a day.Terrible communication, unfathomable customer service I would not recommend!

Took terrible school pictures of my daughter’s graduating VPK class.

Horrible pictures taken by photographers who dont even deserve to be called amateurs. Read the overwhelmingly negative reviews before you even consider hiring these clowns. Everything people complain about is 100% accurate.

Horrible Company

I have been a parent for almost 20 years so I have seen a lot of school pictures. I don't even know where to being with this review. First, I was SHOCKED of the prices they have for any of their items. Over $100 for ONE DIGITAL DOWNLOAD!!! I have never paid that much for an entire package let alone one download. My son had his preschool pictures done and I literally could have done a better job with my eyes closed. It sucks because these are his first official school pictures and they are total *** The whole school got very similar results for their children so the school complained to Teddy Bear Portraits and their response was that they would send a free class picture for everyone. Ok, I can deal with that I guess. Well, what we got was by far the worst photograph I have ever seen! I have no idea how this company stays in business. I would never recommend them to a single person. They should be ashamed that they even sent any of these pictures out. I am so upset and disappointed with this whole process. So over $100 for one picture that I am too embarrassed to show anyone and a company that cannot even try and fix their crap job!

Lack of communication

So last December I use teddy bear portraits I found out the morning of that my photographer had quit apparently I was supposed to be that photographers last client, and they just decided not to come, I had to call the company to find out what was going on and then inform all my families that picture day was canceled. They were able to get me rescheduled and get me an amazing photographer a couple of days later. Fast-forward seven months, and we were supposed to picture day today. My photographer didn't show up again apparently he had notified them last week That he have to quarantine And they failed to notify me. So I again was stuck in the position of having to notify all of my daycare families last minute and all they could promise was better communication next time (which is what I was promised last time)

I saw no way to edit or change an order untit i submitted an order no i have pictures that i didnt want and have no way of checking it out im out 180.00$

ordered pictures when I submitted my order I didn't see where I could edit it until I saw my email oonfirmation I then saw something that I didn't want or remember ordering it I don't think I would ever order again from u go back to paper order forms im now out 180.00 instead of the 40.00 that I thought I ordered im not very happy about that

Extremely expensive

While the images are good, photos and other products are extremely poor quality and expensive, shipping charges are a joke. Calendars are 8x11 only so the numbers are a few millimeters, good luck reading them. Bought a couple of calenders and 1 photo sheet for $70 with coupon code! My thought is with so many other options, the school will likely change.

STAY AWAY!!!

One month later I am still waiting on the correct photo. I asked the photography if she could crop a certain photo a little closer. She said "no problem". She showed me the crop and I said it was perfect. She told me to order now because it would be discounted. She told me that the photo I order will still look like the un-cropped version, but that it would transfer over and I would receive the correctly cropped version. I was hesitant to order the photo at that point. I wanted to wait until I was seeing the crop applied, but she was pushy and insistent that the photo should be ordered now for the discount. I got home and the website was then showing the correct photo with the correct crop. Again, the photographer ASSURED me that even though I placed my order earlier that I would get the crop we both saw and agreed on. I figured that since I was seeing the correct crop on the website now that she must know what she's talking about. I receive my photo. It is the original, un-cropped photo. I call customer service and explain. She sends the correct photo (or so I thought). I get the second photo. It is still the original, un-cropped photo. I call customer service and speak with someone who seems beyond clueless. She says that she is sending the correctly cropped photo. This is now the THIRD time I have received the INCORRECT PHOTO!! I spent $20+ on ONE 8x10 photo. Sure, I could crop it, but then it's not an 8x10. I paid for a product that YOUR photographer told me would be cropped. I want my correctly cropped photo. I want my money back. I want to never deal with their customer service team ever again. I will NEVER EVER purchase from this company again.

FOUR Cancelled/Rescheduled Picture Days

If you are a director/administrator of a childcare program, please beware. They asked us to move our picture day from a Tuesday to a Thursday for the convenience of the photographer. We complied. Then they called 2 days before the new date to say the photographer was sick and we had to reschedule. Then WE called the day before the next picture day to make sure everything would go as planned and that is when they told us that the photographer broke their leg and we had to reschedule again! We gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. 72 hours before the final rescheduled date WE once again called to the confirm. We got the run around for 2 days and they finally admitted they didn't have a photographer available...but they would work on it. After hours of waiting for a response and Teddy Bear Customer Service not answering emails and our Representative not taking calls, I could not stomach cancelling picture day AGAIN so we scrambled to find a local photographer to fill in for us on the day Teddy Bear was supposed to come. I am so baffled by their lack of communication and professionalism. I am wondering if they just would not have shown up had we not called to confirm ahead of time! I now feel like the "supervisor" handling our account was just lying to us with all these excuses. She doesn't have her voicemail set up and did not follow though on anything she promised. Please go read the Better Business Bureau Reviews/Complaints. This has been the most frustrating experience with a photography company we have ever had. We will not be booking them again.
