Unpaid dividend
Since 2016 to 2021 I did not received dividend arrears for my 940 Tech Mahindra shares against folio no 01788 . The registrar has my all bank details I am holding this shares in my demate a/c as an NRI . The registrar is telling me the procedure to get unpaid dividend as a resident Indian or expecting me to visit in person which is harassment, my question to you once you have all my banking information why not just deposit in it , if not let me know the procedure as per NRI how I can fill the requirements by digitally. We were cheated by one of your employee
Hi Sir/Ma'am, Greetings of the day. This is Preethi from Hyderabad and I have completed my Intermediate from Narayana jr College in the year 2016. I got this mail id from your employee. My friend and I have given money to one of your employee, by name K.R.Bhanu Prakash working as team lead, he said that he will provide job in the company, HR is my friend only, they will listen my words and we have provided job for so many people by taking money like this, don't worry definitely we will provide the job for you. In the month of April, again we asked him when you will give us the Job means, for that he said next month, we kept quiet and again we requested him for the Job. He said in the month of June, my marriage is there, after completion of my marriage, I will provide. We have been waiting and again we called him last last month, he said next month, for that we told him it's enough, we can't wait, please return our money, at home we are getting more pressure, he said don't worry I will give job for you. But now it's August, he is postponing like this only. He is cheating us by taking money. Actually and finally I thought, that you can do justice for me, I even don't know what to do, so I am approaching you, please help me. He has shared me the details of his job in the company. He shared all his company confidential information to us for security, that he will provide job. I can share with you if u want. Like us nobody should get cheated in his hands, he is a fraud and doing fraudulent works, so that the company reputation will get spoil for the sake of this people. So please don't encourage like this people. He shared all his details like offer letter and his mail id in the company, which you have provided for him. This is your company mail id, how could I know that, he has shared with us and we do have the pics of that, if you grant me permission, I can share with you. Please help me. Respected sir. This is Mahi Singh. One of the employee from tech Mahindra. I joint the company on July 6 and since then to approximately entire month i gave my 100% and my time (wifi laptop) everything from 10 am to 7.pm . I was td that I'll be receiving my stipend along with my salary after ojt. That was going to held after training sessions. And we trainees were supposed to get 300- 500 per day accordingly after the month all included 21000 (stipend +salary). Sir, i was on 2 days leave and i told my trainer and team mates because i had throat infection and i was suggested not to speak by doctor. Afterwards our trainer was changed. Firstly sir who on earth changes trainer in the middle of training secondly due to this lack of management i was quite doubtful but still i tried contacting our new trainer to tell her about my problem. But she too was busy with several groups so i told my trainees to tell her about this. Sir i was not provide any login details to take calls. I even have proof in favour of my statement. I kept calling my trainer but she wasn't responding i texted her too. Others who were disappointed left the job but got their stipend and a few even got their salaries. Sir i received a msg to collect my salary but where do i need to update my account details. I asked my trainer about it she texted me with two crying emojis bchhe you haven't taken any calls how can you get this. My access account was also blocked. I mean where have i resigned. Is this company only taking advantages of college going students of 18 years. To make them indulge in these tasks and then not providing their deserving amount. I could have claim for whole salary but i at least deserve the amount for the days that i attended with my whole honesty. this matter is literally creating a wrong impact on my mental health because my parents are disappointed since i am not paid even a single penny. Sir i was blocked. I was not given my login details. No update was given to submit my account details. Where's my mistake sir.?? KINDLY HELP ME TO GET MY DESERVING AMOUNT SIR. I DON'T EXPECT MY WHOLE SALARY BUT JUST MY DESERVING AMOUNT.
