Debit card. I need my new debit card that fraud protection locked down

NOTHING HAPPEN. NO ONE CALLED. I feel as though no one cares about my account and no one is listening to me.

To get a routing number for my new account

I was forced to buy a service on a credit card. I do not now have one. Nutty! Rats! I do not need to write 100 symbols. This stinks! Bad start!

Poor service

Tried to cash a check in the bank I have been going to for over ten years. No one could cash my check because all cashiers were new and no one knew me. The bank also got rid of the change machine that was a convince for customers. TCF's merger with Huntington is not good news for customer. Seems they want limited services, can't keep cashiers and have no respect for long time customers.

Locked out of my banking account

Locked out of my account by trying to many time. Do the account locked out and my debit card is locked so no way to pay to get back in. So I need help getting in when bank close the person is stuck the card is locked and locked out sign in

TCT sucks you can’t speak with a live person

To dispute charges I don't recognize and close my account. This is bad business I can't talk to anyone!!!

Customer service

Debit card was scammed in Paris France, no customer service period. 1 800 number does not work hire someone to work 24/7 there's plenty of people that need work period in excusable.b

Reactication of my deposit account

I just got a letter dated July 12, 2021 from TCF informing that the bank will turn my account to the state of south dakota if I did not reply within 30 days. The problem is I just got the letter on Aug 17, 2021 (due to the COVID situation and the delayed in mail arrival. I still want to reactivate my account without going to the state. The reactivation letter is signed, and will be sent by mail by Aug 20, 2021. (Some post offices are closed). Please kindly advise me. Thank you very much Best regards Suree Jianmongkol

Im TCF customer I had checking and savings .all my accounts was closed Jun11 ,but I dont know the reason and I dont have my money .I have been waiting for 14 days Please need help

Fraudulent use of debit card, customer service closed on Sunday

I will give credit to TCF for promptly notifying me of the fraudulent activity and closing my card, but it happened on a Sunday when their NATIONAL customer service line is closed. Why does ANY bank not have 24/7 customer service these days? It's inexcusable. Now I have $50 in cash to my name until I can get in touch and get a new card (which will take 7-10 business days). I am doing alright financially, but ~$1400 was stolen and that's quite a lot of money to lose and not offer your customer any immediate assurance about it. Have never had issues with TCF in the past but this is a big deal.

I'm closing my account because this bank has failed in its fiduciary responsibility

4/28/2021 To: TCF Bank Attn: Dispute Services Re: Case # 202104****0152 I am in receipt of your letter dated 4/15 and 4/16 2021. I totally disagree with your findings and conclusion that I gave my pin # to an unknown individual and that I authorize the following transactions form my account Date Amount 4/7/2021 2 transaction `$501.00 4/8/2021 31 transactions $2,838 4/9/2021 20 transactions $6,790 4/10/2021 4 transactions $1,750 I find it appalling and irresponsible that Mrs. Renee Erickson of Dispute service would think that I am so stupid and reckless and irresponsible to render my personal information to an unknown individual so that I can be scammed and a victim of this magnitude. I find her conclusion very unsettling, irresponsible and insufficient to say the least. I was told to wait 10 day from the date of reporting this dispute which was on 4/14/2021, I called on 4/28/2021 and I was told that the investigation is still pending and it will take another 10 days for resolution. I am very confused and frustrated at this point and I need answers asap, I believe that your Institution has a fiduciary responsibility to its customers please help me recover my money !

They're a horrible bank!

My elderly father had overdraft protection on his TCF checking account and well over enough funds to cover the funds needed to pay a check. He wrote an unusually large check and the check bounced, causing a cascade of other overdraft charges. The total amount of charges totals more than $200.00 and TCF refuses to compensate him. Since I have taken over his bill - paying and trying to get TCF to listen to reason, all they do is to reiterate their policy and will not pay attention to the facts I have presented them.

Rude teller

The supervisor was very rude to the teller that was helping me in front of customers. I worked in customer service for 35 years and this supervisors attitude is unacceptable. This is not the first time Ive heard her be rude. But today I feel I needed to tell someone about her. She is not pleasant at all.

It Took Awhile But Was Made Right

On 1/2/21 TCF made a mistake and paid out to a creditor I had a paid a fee to stop payments to. When I called to check into it I was told they would credit the money back into my account the next day. It wasn't there so I called again and given the same reply it would be in there the next day again it wasn't so I called again. After a lengthy hold I was then told it wouldn't be refunded and nothing more could be done about it. So I filed my complaint and until today I didn't know that on 2/22/21 TCF had refunded the money to my account. Thank you TCF I appreciate it as I am on a fixed income and this refund will help me make ends meet again. If we can file complaints we can also can let people know when things have been made right. TCF did so for me so I will be staying on as a TCF customer which I wasn't going to do as soon as it was safe to go into a bank and open an account. Kuddos and thanks again TCF!!!!! R. Lange.
