They lost my jacuzzi over 2 months ago
The lost my order over 2 months ago they say was delivered and they had signatures then said the parcel people lost the paper and they are out of the product and still wont refund my money. It's ridiculous..now they say September 27th before I get my money back what the heck this is so horrible customer service

Ordered in march never got anyyhing but excuse after excuse
They are a terrible company took my money and never sent *** to me. I tracked it and was at the place where they say was delivered and nothing came not even a person but they keep makimg excises and now they say there is no jacuzzis left and so i will nevwr get one and so i asked for my miney they claim they sent and was refuswd. I spoke to bqnk theuly say thats impossible.

I ordered a jacuzzi march 5 and never got it i was tracking it and at the place it was supposed to be delivered but it never came no one did i can see the mail box. Now they say they are all out of them so i will never get one. And mine was lost first they said someone definately got it like i was lieing. And final excuse was they tried giving a refund but wouldnt go throughthe bank refused it., but my bank says its impossible that it was refused.Dont waist your time or money. I have messaged as yoy can see back and forth 36 times and mh issue is still not resolved.

Sadly I got scammed TBDRESS/FACEBOOK
I ordered a freeze dryer from TBDRESS. At the time of purchase I did think it was strange that a website specializing in dresses and shoes for special occasions would carry something like this but I have seen companies sell clearance items that are different then their normal merchandise so I took a chance. Well, my order number appears to be fake and It is now well past the estimated shipping window. I saw the ad for this product through facebook and I just want to add the Meta favebooks owner is a terrible company. Failure to properly vet advertisers and clearly a lack of a basic security infrastructure to protect users from being mislead. The expectation is that facebook makes some sort of effort to prevent scams. I am disappointed and saddened that this could happen. I can imagine a more vulnerable person then myself could get horribly taken advantage of. These scams need to stop now. Meta and Facebook should be ashamed of themselves for allowing scams like this on theit platform.

So, after a few email exchanges, I was told I have to contact them by phone, INTERNATIONALLY, and pay $8 for the call, to be contacted. They refused to call me, which was their way of avoiding giving me a refund.
So I ended up having to go through my bank and dispute the charge.
I got my money back from my bank doing the dispute. Which I literally just got back 2 days ago.

So I ordered a heated drinking water hose from this site, but I got no confirmation email or tracking number, no option to create an account, nothing. I did, however, have a charge for the item come out of my bank account. I would love either a tracking number or my money back. Im a single mom living in a camper, so I dont exactly have money to give away. So please get back with me. Thank you- Jennifer Chalmers
