IRS refund
Taxslayer sent my refund to tpg which I have trouble speaking to a representative an the automated phone service keep saying after I enter my information they have not received my refund yet when my deposit on IRS where my refund says IRS sent it tpg says they haven't received my refund I was supposed to go a deposit on July 12th by the 17 the though an it isn't posted yet in my account so I don't know who to contact to get refund status . Been denied access to account

This is Diana James and I wanted to know why y'all took out $29.95 for charge and now it's pending to remove the $29.95 I don't understand I filed my taxes through tax slayer and now the $29.95 is pending to remove I don't understand this I haven't received my refunds yet but why did it cost $29.95 where it says on the website six to eight dollars please please explain that to me am I going to get a refund or not the IRS says it's processing thank you

My Federal Tax Refund
I received a bogus cashier's check from them I told them I could not cash it anywhere so I followed all rules, policies, and procedures. I wrote void on check and sent it back to them. They charged for Free filing
Went to TaxSlayer to get free tax filing and somehow they ended up charging me for it. I did my own taxes, didn't add anything and got charged. Rep. Warren is looking into companies that claim that and still charge. I tweeted her about this one. They ripped me off. I always do short form and have never paid for free file. Credit Karma is who I used previously. They put on the charge classic upgrade? What the heck is that? Not what I chose.
