Malfunctioning right out of the box. Appeared to be used, but was sold as new.

Used to love taurus. Not anymore. Incompetent customer service. I was sold a handgun as new but had wear marks allover as if it had been used and fired. Slide and feeding malfunctions. Difficult to strip and reassemble, as if it had been improperly used before. Its spent more time out of my hands for repair than in my home. I was told it was probably the ammo being used. All that should matter is the caliber being right, otherwise the brand or type shouldn't be an issue. I should be able to shoot any 9mm ammo. Hollowpoint or full metal jacket. The G3 doesn't seem to like any ammo period. Its better served as a paper weight.

USPS & SHOPTAURUS.COM have just ROBBED me,

I ordered a laser grip that I had a coupon for when I bought my Taurus Toro 605 .357 optics ready revolvers, nickel and black. USPS said and notified thru app. that they delivered item to mailbox,sorry "in or around my mailbox " no pictures or proof of the of this action. Call ShopTaurus.com CS, explain the issue, I asked to re sent or refund. Reasonable request...they said neither, WELL the USPS said the same...they are in this together, SO THE WAR BEGINS, SHOPTAURUS.COM ARE THIEVES!!! THEY WILL HERE FROM ME EVERY HOUR OF THE DAY, EVERYDAY TIL THIS IS RESOLVED TOO MY SATISFACTION, EVERY HOUR,EVERYDAY...USPS SHOULD BE CLOSED, WORTHLESS, SERVICE, WORTHLESS LAZY PEOPLE. SO *** THEM BOTH, SO SPREAD THE WORD OF THESE UNGODLY THIEVES, KARMA IS A PISSED OFF TEXAN WITH A TENACIOUS VENGEANCE, TO RIGHT THE WORNGS OF THESE WORTHLESS SCUMBAGS...THEN CONTACT MY COUSINS IN THE FBI AND STATES ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, ENLIGHTEN MY FAMILY OF HAPPENINGS...EVERY HOUR,EVERYDAY, KARMA HAS FAMILY IN POWERFUL POSITIONS. Taurus Limited Lifetime Warranty service for 856 is worthless.

I purchased a Taurus 856 to be my EDC. But from the first time I took it to the range it had intermittent failure to fire issues. They are random, intermittent, sporadic, irregular! About 5 shots out of 100, the cylinder fails to lock up resulting in a light, off center primer strike (or missing the primer entirely). I've sent the gun to Taurus TWICE. Both times the return paperwork indicated that their gunsmith fired 12 rounds through it, recorded NPF (No Problem Found), and returned it to me without even looking at the gun's internals. After it was returned to me UNFIXED the second time I contacted Taurus customer service again and they suggested that I make a video of myself shooting the 856 while it malfunctions. Someday I might be in a position to do that, but until then, I was forced to purchase a different brand of firearm as my EDC. I am confident that if it ever malfunctions, it will be fixed. I don't think Taurus makes a bad gun. I have been perfectly happy with my G3 and TX22. But I am totally unimpressed with Taurus warranty service and their complete lack of interest in customer satisfaction. You would think that someone from Taurus would reach out to me about fixing or replacing my 856 since I continually post reviews about its failure to fire problem and the failure of Taurus gunsmiths to fix the problem. But I guess the bigwigs at Taurus care more about volume sales than customer satisfaction.

Lack of Customer Service.

It is difficult to get a live person on the phone. You are placed on hold through the automated system for an indefinite period of time listening to the unpleasant background noise. This happens on both lines that are listed for Customer Service. Sometimes the phone call goes unanswered or it is disconnected.

It is impossible to talk to anyone on the phone. They will have you waiting while listening to the dreadful background noise and no human voice ever picks up.

No one ever picks up to give quality customer service nor support when I call. This happens on both customer service lines.

Spring set for Tarus 941 ER79586

I bought a new Taurus 941 22magnum and the trigger and the hammer springs as so tight I cannot pull the hammer back or even pull the trigger. I am 6ft tall and weigh 195. I did not pay good money for a gun I cannot USS. I need a new spring set or a gun that I can use. This 941 is a poor example of the bad quality of your products.I like the size and calibers but the design is very poor. I would appreciate any help you could give me. No one will answer the phone. Please help.

BREAKS WHILE DRY FIRE / GX4 WEAK METAL / DON’T BUY

Where to start? First of all, horrible customer service. You are lucky I have to put 1 star. I havent even loaded bullets into my GX4 and it broke while dry firing Talking about bad quality, worst metals in the industry. Now I understand why my friends make fun of me for buying your horrible weapons from Taurus. Super disappointed. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS. The best part is nobody responds to the claims the force you to enter on their miserable website. Is it ran by 1 person? I mean they suck so much its scary to know those weapons are the most unreliable in the market. If anyone cares from Taurus USA please contact me ASAP. Its been 2 months since i enter the claim yet nothing. I mean NOTHING from you yet. F is your grade. Now lets see if you can ever change my opinion. Cant you read all the negative comments everyone leaves you???

Taurus USA, su tienda en línea no es honesta sobre el inventario que ofrece a sus consumidores. Nunca lo tienen disponible, aunque online dicen que lo tienen. Para que una empresa realmente tenga éxito y caiga en el fracaso, debe brindar un buen servicio al cliente y ser honesto con ellos.

Order status

Well I ordered a BUNCH IBW/OBW holster back of March 18,2023. I can't seem to track it cause I wasn't given a tracking number, I tried calling customer service and can't get through, and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive and I've haven't seen nor heard of my order and it's very frustrating. Can someone please help me with this issue . Thanks

Upon purchase of the g2c i immediately took it home and shot it. Well tried. Every few rounds in both mags the gun would fail to feed and jam causing the magazine to drop out of the gun. Sent into customer service the very next day. No problems. If I had to choose good vs bad experience. I would say good. But honestly it wasnt that great given the fact that the very first magazine i shot after recieving it from repair it spit out the magazine. I was pretty furious but weirdly enough shot about 8 magazines worth of ammo afterwards and not a single malfunction. Also the gun had a little rust building up on the front left side of the slide. I cleaned it up and removed it but was disappointed to see that. Other than that though the gun works as now and it was fun to shoot. Got it back relatively fast. No extra charges as their shouldnt be. 6.5/10 for me and my experience.
