Unable to contact 1mg
There should be a phone number where a consumer can call in case there is an issue with order. Writing email doesnt help as it takes time and return policy gives you few hours to respond.Please help

I ordered for anti allergic tablet bilastine . I could have asked for a doctor to call for prescription. Since I had a prescription i uploaded it. The prescription said bilasure. Both are exactly same. But the lady who spoke is like blinkered jutka horse. She said she wanted the same name. I told her to either change it to bilasure as per prescription or arrange for a doctor call to get a prescription for bilastine. She was rude and bent upon cancellation. Now if I order bilasure you will need delivery charge. Why should I pay after spending rs 1800 on a single purchase. As a 70 year old senior citizen I have to walk to a shop to buy them. Really a cut throat heartless lady If you are truly a Tata company you must deliver either bilastine or bilasure without any delivery charges instead of refund Refund is like spitting on my face Thanks Regards Dr v Hariharan
