I always loved the baked cherry pie I bought 3 I ate 2 threw the 3rd out at first I though it was a mistake but the second one was the same crust crumbles in your hand and each one had one cherry in it and full of jelly way over priced. Shame on you Flowers company for keeping the tastykake name and destroying their product. The good thing is anything made but my Flowers I will not purchase

A once great product line, destroyed
Tastykake products have declined at lightening speed. Their items have been reduced in size by nearly 50%, the taste is terrible and they leave a grease on your hands, the likes of which I have never seen in a baking product. I recently purchased a box of butterscotch krimpets and peanut butter Kandy kakes and they were the last I will ever have from this company. I wouldnt feed these to a goat. Terrible products. Shame.

The butterscotch krispets are horrible now. Cake never taste fresh . Also coffee cake my favor is smaller not worth the cost. It's also tasteless and use to get lots of topping. Now it's baked into the cake. Sorry u have lots this costumer.dont

Bad product
We purchased tastykake chocolate chip cookie bars on 7/26/2023 from Giant store at the metroplex and from what the picture shows on the box to what we opened was total shock and disbelief. I have attached photos and a video. Please let me know what we should do to rectify the situation or what TastyKake should do.

Bad customer service
Tastykake has a outlet store in Jonesboro Arkansas. Several of us used to shop there but since the store has a new worker we have stopped! She is lazy and rude to customers p. They used to have good workers!

Bad product.
Grew up in the greater Philly area since 1961 and Tastykake was the only cake to buy. Then got sold to the Flowers Baking Co. Now they suck. Small, no filling, poor taste, and never fresh. Tastykake is gone.Do not waste

I go through all the steps of calling finally get the number and it keeps hanging up. Not good! Now you want 100 symbols or less are you guys kidding me? But I'm going to do this just to see where I wind up from this point on I'm just rambling. This part of your process just makes things so much worse

What is all of this speckled black stuff on your butterscotch krimpets
Black speckled debris on your cream filled butterscotch krimpets as if they were dropped on the floor or maybe been released from old baking pans. This is food were talking about and the krimpets should be clean, golden sponge cake.

3rd box of Peanut Butter Kandy Kakes that are stale and tasteless. Also, the pack is greasy for some reason.
Why cant someone stay with original recipes. Might as well stop making them. Save everyone some money and time.

What have you done tastycake? Smaller, different taste and texture, 1/4 teaspoon of filling in coffee cakes!
Tandy cakes chocolate is different, filling tastes different, choc coating soft and melts! Smaller! My fave coffee cake with filling. They are smaller and top caved in! Literally 1/4 teaspoon of filling!!! I measured it! Not happy! Cost more, get less. And they dont hold up in lunches!! Messy! Im a senior citizen so I see the decline! You lost our family!!

Very disappointed with quality and taste.
The quality and taste of your products have diminished very much. What has happened to you? Total disappointment! I've been buying Tastycake products since I was a kid but now the taste has completely changed and it just doesn't taste good anymore. Go back to your original recipes. I hear the taste changed after the company changed hands.

Tell them they are not 1/2 the company they used to be
Used to be good every time, now, bad rather then good, cake is dry, collapse, no fillingsad. N cheap! I called about the dried up cakes, they said toss. I did, I didnt take back to store. They said we will send coupons. Never came..finally 2 months later, 1 coupon. I could have just taken it back to the store. Your cheap and quality has gone down. Now both things have gone from 5 to 0 , ah , Ill give cakes 1 . Customer service 0

Krimpet missing
I purchased a box of krimpets last week. At first I thought my children were pranming me. Come to find out it was only 1 krimpet in The package. So disappointing
