THEY ARE RUDE AND BAD!

if i could give them 0 i would! I woke up to see that 39.99 had been taken out of my account without me even authorizing the payment and now i cannot even get through i them to get a refund i am not happy about this at all i do not even use taste card, and they took the money from my account. I want my refund!!!

I want to complain I cancelled the card but was charged 39£

I have cancelled my taste card within 3 weeks of asking for it. I found it very difficult to cancell but eventually was fire I managed Later on I noticed that 39£ has bred debited my account I have not once used the card and feel it is unfair to charge me. I am 80 years old snd not good with electronics I had some correspondence with enquiry team st taste card but to no avail Looking forward to your response. My generation would prefer to have a phone to ring snd speak to a real person not just electronics Breda Wilkinson

Scam scam

avoid these scammers. deals don't exist and you get better savings going to cinema, restaurants etc websites directly. customer service is appalling

Taking money out of my account and I can’t speak to someone to resolve issue

I have been charged automatically when I don't use the card.

I do not want to have automatic renewal on this taste card as I very much doubt Ill be using it. I have heard your customer service is rated good but I have yet to find out. Please could you refund my payment

Didnt want membershipy

I want my money back purey thievery I cancelled this card years ago and have never even used this card. Yet perennially they sneakily take the money only this time I noticed because the transaction left me out of pocket. Customer care is so bad and designed to frustrate you. This is organised white collar crime so many customers en masse have suffered the same fate.

Resolved: Basically a scam

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Arranged with the company I paid for to file a dispute against Tastecard. I had the opportunity to discuss the matter with Tastecard customer service first, but felt like I had to escalate the case further because I was not being taken seriously.

Was charged after the trial because they hadn't seen my cancellation request soon enough (the phone line took forever to get through so I sent an email well within the time frame). I said I haven't been able to use it. They said it's a subscription regardless of use. I say, I haven't been satisfied with the service because I can't access it. They say I have definitely been able to use it on day 1 only for 2 things (the bit before I started having errors with it). (Even though it isn't based on usage? Whatever) As a "grand gesture" they offer to discount £10 off of the £47.88 they've charged me, so I can still use the product for a year. The product I've confirmed I can't use! I describe my buyer rights if dissatisfied with the service and that they've just indicated that I could only access it for an hour max. I struggled getting through to customer services earlier because of how difficult they make it etc. Then I pressed escalate case and summarised it to PayPal. Got my money back shortly after. Awful customer service, awful product, and the craftiest company known to man that will find any excuse to charge you.
