Never received any of my subscriptions
Because it took me days to get an actual phone number for the company, this is the second time I had to call about my subscription and to this date I have NEVER 1 copy.

Duplicated an order
I ordered three subscriptions of the amazing Taste of Home. One subscription for me and the others for family. However I inadvertently duplicated one of the subscriptions so I called to cancel. It was no problem and the TOH representative could not be any more professional and kind! Thank you TOH and us ladies cannot wait to receive our first magazine!

Charges on bank account regarding my renewal
I saw I was charged twice for my online renewal, i had a email the renewal rate was $7.00 but it was posted for $8.00 twice yesterday. Not happy

Saw an ad TOH subscription 1yr $8 2yrs $14. When you click the link only option it gives is 1yr $8. The 2yr isn't available so had to call to get advertised price. It was given thank you for that but it went to 3rd party called pissedconsumer. Honestly that's the name!

No problems with customer service. Efficient and polite represtatives. I see no reason to be compelled to write more.

Because they charged PayPal without my permission for another year of Taste of Home. That is not ok.
They need to be getting permission from the customer before adding another year to a persons subscription. That is bad for business what they done. I have been getting taste of home for many years. I am just put out at this point.

Cookbook was sent to me without my authorization. I'm not paying to send it back!! Now Taste of Home has sent me to a debt collection agency, and I am extremely angry about that!!! Why do I have to incur an expense to return something that I never even ordered!!!

I paid for the magazine twice
it shows on my checking account that I paid twice. I man I talked to was rude and said no just once and I asked then why is it showing twice, and he was very abrupt and said dispute it. I was being nice about it

I have not ordered any extra anything ! 4 wks ago they sent invoice for a book I did not order I told them they kelpsending invoices so to shu them up I paid ! Now they send another book I did not order ! Stop these orders ! This is called abuse of people ! I will never subscribe to u again for anything ! I am returning the book today !

I was disappointed that I was going to lose two or three issues because of the change of address. It would seem to me something could have been done to get me those issues.
