Je suis dans l'attente de récompense depuis 3 jours sans réponse aucune de votre part et je trouve cela honteux de laisser patienter les gens comme ça quand on leur doit quelque chose. Je vous ai envoyé les preuves une fois de plus et j'aimerai beaucoup qu'on me réponde par mail , le jeu est f1 mobile racing . La récompense concerne la mission 7 e ville cette fois dans sniper 3d. merci

Hey.. i have done 2 tasks in Simcity game. First: complete level 15 in yahtzee and second: earn 1000 coins in panda game.. both are done.. i sent picutures to tapjoy.. Both rewards i didnt get.. this are 1020 and 1033 simcash rewards.. i spent a lot of time for this. Please contact me and send the missing rewards. Thanks in advance. I hope that somebody will contact me Update: They wrote me I'm wrong and the Problem is solved for them . Unbelievable!! Neuer agsin

NOT RECEIVING MY REWARDS
I have rewards I have not received and your chat, when filing a claim, doesnt work cuz no one ever answers. I have the proof and I want my rewards please. Ive had an impossible time getting help for this. I surpassed level 32 in the tiki solitaire game. And I've unlocked the pizzeria level in food diary.

Angry at lack of response
I purchased two products off Yahtzee with buddies and did not receive my bonus rolls after filing a claim and repeated emails. To not have any response is rude and inconsiderate considering how many products I have purchased. This has been going on for over three weeks and am ready to go on social media.

Arnaque, à fuir ! 8 fois sur 10, quand il s'agit de grosses récompenses bien sûr, comme par hasard, on nous sert la même excuse : soit disant l'application n'a pas été installée via tapjoy même si c'est bien le cas De plus, depuis qu'ils sont passés au "Chat" pour les réclamations, les délais se sont CONSIDERABLEMENT allongés... ils indiquent soit disant une réponse sous 48h, alors qu'en réalité il faut attendre entre 10 jours et 2 semaines minimum. A fuir, moi j'arrête !

I completed a task and haven't received reward
So far I have finished 2 out of 3 of my tasks on Township but they have only acknowledged me completing 1 of 3 of the tasks. I've been trying to reach out to them for two days let them know but I haven't even received a message from them regarding the issue to fix the problem

They will not answer my chat messages and will not answer phone calls. Will not email you but when they do they do not honor the completion for a lower level that they confirmed and said APPROVED it

Never provide rewards and never respond to messages. The offerwall says they reward within an hour, its been over 2 weeks with no response to daily messages.

They owe me from a promotion but I’ve been two weeks trying to get it completed. Their instructions don’t work and there is no phone or text support, only very slow email that doesn’t address my issue
I got 1/2 of my promised promotion allotment. Then they tell me how to fix it but nothing works as they say. Just run around for weeks. No results. No phone. No text. Just very slow emails (days) with poor information. Case # 137513.

Bad support system
I completed 2 games on tapjoy offer wall for diamonds to play design home ..I never received my rewards ..have messaged support countless times and nothing been over a week without a single reply ..very poor support they are scamming players to play games through their offer walls and not awarding players what they are entitled to

I haven't received rewards after 2 days upon told I would
I need your support there is a serious issue , I just got accrued 3.325 gems and not 9,975 as I was told and what was listed. as you can see I completed this offer during the times 3 rewards , I believe the issue is somehow related to how I checked on my delivery status by going on tapjoy and tapping the offer. after doing this my gem rewards changed from9,975 to 3,325 Im guessing this was bc the times 3 offer went away, even though I purchased this during the times 3 rewards for 9,975 gems upon completion. I really need your help to get the gems I paid my hard earned money for. Heres my tapjoy status and messages I just received from tapjoy customer service. as you can see below its not the correct amount.
