You get what you Pay for.The cheap way is never the best.
I am a private lender and this thief was referred to me by another contractor.Elvis offer my client the best price in the market but the consequence were really bad. he dont even have a license and owed money to everybody. Elvis Tapanes is a thief and represents himself as offering a full service tile and paving company. He will take your money, hire illegal workers off the street . He was suppose to complete the work in 5 days and after 10 days i have to call the police and file a restriction order . Buying cheap things is false economy, cheap things turn out expensive in the end, i just got what i pay for.

Rip-Off Contractor in Miami
I am a designer and this loser was referred to me by another contractor. Elvis said he specialized in pool decks and driveways. He not only misrepresented himself to my client and I but his work was horrific. He was suppose to get permits for the work being done on the property in an upscale neighborhood in Coral Gables- Coco Plum- but it turns out he didn't even have a license and owed many of his suppliers money. Elvis Tapanes is a thief and represents himself as offering a full service tile and paving company. He will take your money, hire illegal workers off the street and use the least expensive materials possible. He doesn't have his own GC license so all the work he does is not permitted- and is illegal. Do not do business with him unless you have a lot of time and money to waste!! Run if you meet him!! Or better yet, call the police and have him removed from your property.
