After 8 years and alot of money I cannot het help..

Never again! They stole from me, no second chance.

Originally I had 3 accounts, 1 level 10, one level 9 and 1 level 5, they would not help me get 2 of my accounts back after their mistakes. They state "in order to get your accounts back, you have to give them alot of personal information, like biometrics, im done with their commie games, Dont waste your time or $$$

The product is fun to play and have enjoyed playing but customer service is lacking. Lost my account to the game and in 11 days they have done nothing to help me get my account back.

I fell on my tablet and broke it into two pieces.It is beyond repair. Old Android tablet. Since I had an iPhone, I replaced broken tablet with a new iPad. Problem is Android & iOS are not compatible. Had to create a new KOW account to be able to contact customer service, but they keep asking for same info that would be no problem with an Android device but cant be gotten with an iOS device.

Refuse to replace withers game destroyed

Overall I do enjoy kiss of war. However when theres a glitch in there program they go out of their way to admit its there fault, and do absolutely nothing to fix the issue. I was fighting in the mercenary fight I had 2 bases and kept freezing the only to correct it was to shut my phone off and turn it on. It wouldnt be a big deal but it continued to do so every 5-10 mins or when I would try an select an item. Once my weakness was noticed. They would attack while I was frozen and I could do nothing but watch them destroy, steal, and zero my bases. I went from nearly 500+ million resources not far from lvl up to HQ26 and researching defense 2 lvl.9 to zero and 1.7million troops to just over 200,000 with out resources or gold I cant make repairs so even the my buildings are decent Im at a stalemate for a very long time. Other commanders are reporting bugs in the mercenary event as well. I had no choice but to return to my zone and its funny no more glitches. However I believe tap4fun and kiss of war should correct the problem. Its not like I dedicated 100s of dollars and nearly a year of my time to get where I was. -Red Reaper/Red Reaper2

Kiss of war issue

Hello, i downloaded the game from lebanese store on iphones, but then i changed the country of my store to USA, the game is still working but i cant use itunes credit on the game version downloaded from other than american store, so i deleted the game and i am downloading it from the american store, will that work? Because i tried it before and it didnt so i want to know what to do and if its possible to use the same account no matter on which version of kiss of war, arabic or american, thanks

Can not download any updates from Google play store!

I can't download any of the updates and therefore can not play kiss of war to its fullest! Now I can't play the game at all because I don't have the game updated! Also, Customer Service doesn't answer when I tried to call!

Pissed off gamer

Worst company ever. These joke of a companies overseas and their lack of taking responsibility for their game issues is astounding. Not one single one of their support personal can understand English and everything is blanket *** responses. Tap4fun is a pos company and crooks.

BEWARE. My opinion is Tap4fun are thief's and lier's!

Been playing a tap4fun game with friends for approximately a year. They constantly have to do server maintenance due to all the problems. They had to do maintenance 3 times yesterday alone. . I have lost money and many game items! STAY AWAY FROM Tap4fun GAME'S if you value your time and money! . On numerous occasions. I have supplied screenshots and all the information needed, but they always make excuses and flat out lie! There have been times where my purchase had never shown up in my account and they wanted screenshots to prove the items didn't show in my account so, I sent them a screenshot of where it was supposed to be and wasn't. They said they could do nothing without a screenshot showing the problem. So I asked them How do you expect me to send a screenshot of something that is not there? They responded by closing the support chat on me. . Never once have they done anything about my losses or refunded me a cent for my losses. . It is my opinion that tap4fun are a bunch of lowlife *** lier's and con-men that everyone should avoid at all costs!!!

Account help big problem please help

Hello good, I have an account in Kindgom Guard under demonezis14@***.com I just moved to holland and got a new location and workphone ( the workphone is a company phone so used longer time, but now i can use from company ) I played my kingdom guard account before in Poland. Now im in Holland since 1 week and could play it, this morning here in holland i enter and everything was ok, after closing the app and enter again i couldnt login to KG account anymore, it says no data found ! I asked my sister in Poland to enter the game on her phone and it worked. What happened ? please help me with this as this is my account and i paid a lot of money for it even last 2 days 120euros for transfer scrolls and now im missing out in a lot of rewards aswell. Problemas al recibir compra

Tengo una tarjeta con terminación 0664,la cual hice una compra de 19.99+IVA Pero no eh recibido la comprá y en mi banco si comprobaron que se hizo el pago.. necesito que me reembolsen o me solucionen el problema según el juego se rechazó la transacción ..pero el banco si efectúa el pago...si tienen a alguien que hable español es mejor ..

He hung up the phone on me and can’t speak English...

Same as above!! I called customer service and a guy picked the phone but he couldnt understand English and he just hung up on me. I asked him to give it to someone that can speak English but he just hung up...
