We flew Dusseldorf to Lisbon to Chicago on July 28. Of 4 bags, only 3 arrived. Today is Aug 20 and all our efforts to recover our bag have been fruitless. It is impossible to contact anybody. Their phones are not answered. Their emails all end with " please do not reply to this email ". An absolute Customer Service disaster.Do not

Still waiting for refund from June 2020! TAP Air Portugal has stolen my money!
I was given the option of a travel voucher or a full refund in June 2020 so I chose the refund of $831.19 Canadian. The agent said it would be 30 days for it to be refunded to my credit card. Nothing happened until April 2021 when there was $30 refunded to my credit card and the remaining $801.19 has never been refunded to me. Every time I call they say they are reviewing the refund and that the refund department cannot be contacted except by email. Those men and women in the refunds department have never replied to my emails. I have called, emailed, posted on their social media and even sent a Notice of Trespass by Way of Theft to the CEO at the Lisbon Airport and still nothing. TAP Air Portugal IS committing trespass to i by way of theft, THREE years later.

I am a handicapped passenger. Fell on a TAPflight.
March 7, 2023 ( may be off on date, but close) on a connecting flight from Malaga, Spain to JFK I fell with staff watching never receiving in the assistance I was assured I would get. The next day, when we arrived in NY, I was hurting called TAP and was told to seek medical attention. I when to a hospital. Now TAP is denying any of the medical bills, and the extra sray in NY and all the expensive associated with it. I have sent all documents to TAP.

Worst experience ever
Please avoid Tapair. In the day of my flight I came to the airport, and they told me that they canceled my ticket because I didnt purchase a return ticket! They literally didnt let me get on the plane, and I had to buy a new ticket through a different airline. Now guess what? They cancelled my ticket but still didn't refund me! i tried to call them 3 times and for some reason every time the line dropped in a miraculous way! I have to chase this ghost company which steal my money :(

Unable to get help
Our luggage is somewhere between Lisbon and Faro. We cant get ANY help! We missed a TAP flight due to AirCanada being late! TAP says to contact AirCanada and Air Canada is nowhere to be found! This is beyond ridiculous!!

Lost luggage sitting in Lisbon airport
We missed our flight due to airline delays! We flew SMF to YYZ to LIS to FAO. We missed the flight in Lisbon. No help or contact available at LIS airport! We drove from Lisbon to Faro! Our luggage is stuck in Lisbon! I went into Worldtracer at FAO. It was supposed to get on the midnight flight, no luck! It didnt get on the 12:20 pm flight either! What is my next step? I need my luggage it has medicine in!! My reference # is: FAOTP33088 with Worldtracer!

I had a confirmed flight from Salavador de Bahia (Brazil) to Geneva (Switzerland) on April 29th, with stop-over in Lisbon. I had already done the on-line check-in. About 12 hours before departure, I received a mail from TAP named 'rebooking'. Without any explanation, the flight was rebooked 2 days later, departing on May 1stA !!! In other words, the flight was cancelled 12 hours before departure. TAP was unwilling, or unable, to offer any alternative flights to Geneva on the next day, April 30th. This created major problems for me, as I had professional commitments in Switzerland on May 2nd, which I could not honor. Defaulting on these commitments has cost me over 1'500 euros.

Hi my name is Bachir Younan I am reaching out to TAP Customer service before I bring my complains to TSA or FAA I booked airfare to return from Barcelona Spain to the United States after we departed our 12 day Cruise on Royal Caribbean last port Barcelona Spain. Royal Caribbean restricted us from boarding the ship since we had positive PCR. I immediately contacted TAP 2 weeks prior to my travel with Portugal Air send copies of my positive PCR test and explain to them that the United States would not let us travel outside of the Country while infected with Covid and Spain would not let us into their Country with Positive PCR Results. It was a condition out of our hands that restricted us from travel, Since it is against Federal regulation law to travel with positive PCR Covid TEST. TAP airlines should have given me a 100% of my refund Because my trip was not canceled due to my own fault but due to a condition that restricted us to travel anywhere. I am expecting a full refund for My UNUSED Tickets totaling $638.00 Ms. Maria Seremetis Ticket No: 047218****514 Mr.Bachir Younan Ticket No: 047218****515 2 months have passed and TAP airline has not give refund. There will be a lawsuit started against Potagal airlines if I don't receive a full refund. I will also report TAP Airline to Portagal headquarters of FAA , & TSA . that your airline is allowing covid infected Pardons travel with a positive PCR test. If you decide not to abide by law and give a full refund for issued tickets that We're not used and were reported 2 weeks before departure.

Missed flight
All I have to say is that I WILL NEVER FLY TAPPortugal again if I can help it. I missed my flight and tried to get rebooked on the next flight and had no luck at the airport cause theres no customer service for the airline at EWR or on the phone since they said the only way to help was to email. And I was trying to fly on the next flight within hours. So you see how emailing is ridiculous. The phone agents were useless and not helpful at all. Its normally standard practice to be able to at least fly standby on the next flight going out if you missed your original flight (because of a car accident). I would especially like to think so since Im a Star Alliance Gold member and try and fly partner airlines when I can. Im so disappointed.

Waiting for refund tickets after 8 months
Im trying to be reimbursed after August , TAP. Ive called many times , and they give me a number to be reimbursed and after 8 months TAP didnt refund me .
