Can't find bushings
My goodness gracious people. Can you make it any harder for someone to find front suspension a arm bushings for a coolster tao tao kayo bull 150 cc. I'm not sure how many names you need to give it either, you know what I mean. It makes it so much easier to find what you're looking for, not. Kindly direct me to where the crap I can find rubber bushings for the A arm on the front suspension of the Tao tao coolster kayo bull 150. Thanks

Warranty
We purchased two new Cheetahs for our kids in March of 2022. It came with a 6 month warranty from the dealer. Ones battery dies with just 2 hours on the unit. The dealer did replace it no question. The other started loosing on bolt after another and upon further inspection the frame had bad welds. The dealer thought TaoTao would maybe send us a new unit. Well that wasnt the case at all. With only 4 hours on the unit the dealer had it for majority of the 6 month warranty waiting on parts. Then we also had to pay for them to fix it. It clearly was a bad unto to begin with. We purchased at Crossroads Motorsports in Lafayette, IN. TaoTao puts a lot of the warranty back on the dealer. Not impressed with either.

Literally every part you have sent me is the wrong part . I ordered a 100cc Big Bore Kit and I received an 80cc Big Bore Kit I ordered five starter switches everyone of them r the wrong switches.
Literally every part you sent me has been the wrong part 5 switches for the starter and a 100cc Big Bore Kit which I received but it's a 80cc Big Bore Kit, Before that I ordered a 80cc and I received a 49cc. Wtf. I'm sorry but I'm pissst off.

Shipping damage
The scooter I purchased was improperly packaged for shipping due to the fact of the improper packing there was quite a bit of damage both cosmetic and mechanical to the scooter I have been waiting and waiting for them to do something to resolve this issue to my satisfaction

The bag under the seat and the CD was not sent with my scooter, which brought my assembly to a screeching halt. I need to find out how to get both of these sent to me, especially that bag since it contains essential parts.

Packing complaint
We're a dealer under the name Star Power Sports And Marine out of Knoxville, TN. The complaint is pertaining to the packing of the batteries especially in the new youth 4 wheelers, the cheetah. The acid from the batteries are leaking all over the parts in the parts box, as the batteries are packed ineffectively...

To ask for help in replacing my TaoTao pony
Hi on May 24th of this year while riding my TaoTao pony to work as I usually did I was struck head on by an SUV that crossed the lines I was severely injured but luckily I'm alive I believe for one it was due to the way the bike was designed unfortunately I had no insurance being that we don't require it and the lady who hit me had the lowest amount that the state required since then my bike was put into a junkyard I'm asking for assistance in replacing my TaoTao I know it's not your business to do so but as a TaoTao believer I will for ever be greatfull thank you ,Robert Rollins

Defective motor scooter
I never got to even ride this piece of *** . This $800.00 piece of green junk sits in my garage reminding me every day how a Chinese manufacturer and Tao Tao USA *** me over!!!!!! Tao Tao USA should not be allowed in the USA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TBR7 dirt bike
After stating my TBR7 the muffler heated up so hot it melted the muffler cover completely i need a replacement green Also the hoses seem to be soft and not high temperature hoses I found several cracks in all of them can u sent out a replacement?

Design flaw and poor customer service
Clutch pedal had a bad weld and sheared off of the bike after only two hours of riding, causing my sons foot to slip and subsequently crashing the bike quite brutally.

Update
I was contacted by Tao, they claim to have asked the dealership to contact me regarding the warranty repairs I need performed.. I have yet to be contacted by the dealership but Tao has remained in contact with me.. Unfortunately nothing resolved to date... Still have a broken machine my child cant use with no commitment or plan of it being corrected anytime soon..
