Refund
I put a stop payment on this app around December 2022, but it kept charging me until this month when I had to call apple to stop the charges. I would like a refund for the months that I stopped payment or deactivated my account.

No One Answered The Phone When I Called
When I requested my Messages record, it didnt give me any of the week records of messages for this year of 2023 which I need, when I requested my call recording transcript, the transcript is wrong and for some reason switch the names so Dads response is my response and my response is his response. This is completely confusing and I cannot use this in court. My Judge and Attorney will be confused.

Not having a customer service phone number is really not easy for those for the question that need help. Also waiting for a email back on the question you have is not something that actually does not help. The apps it's self is easy but knowing you can not contact someone to help on your account,I will not recommend the app

I paid for this app so I can better see my documentation and I started getting problems after the other parent was seen at our daughters school with a police officer. I dont want my information to be lost because of this situation. I have worked hard on keeping a journal of emotions and documentation of how I feel on being alienated. I am hurt and would like my voice to be heard

my wife need to communicate with her ex husband on the app but it won't let her create an account. when she trays it says there is account with that email but when she trays to do anything it say there in no account with that email can't do a password recovery. There is absolutely no help from yall end yalls customers service is non Existent get a working number or Actually have to talk with and help.

Cant even talk to anyone about getting message records for 2022 and the app keeps sending me last years messages which I dont need.

I need help, and no one is helping me the correct way
Ive message talking parents multiple times, I was very detailed in what I needed help, and this frustrating on my end that joint has taken the time to really help me the right way, apparently emailing is the only way and when I finally get a reply its like a day or two days later. Currently until this day I have not received the proper help to login in to see my messages, I do not need help resetting password
