Hi, Talabat Egypt Order Number 121146**** I dont like the way talabat is dealing with my case, having said that, if things doesnt reflect my satisfaction, Ill have to delete my account and post my experience everywhere to find a satisfying result to my issue. Although talabat is just closing my case with spoiled food being delivered !! What a joke.

Car Driver Behavior
The driver rudely tried to hit my car twice, and I saved twice.3rd time when i tried to stop him he contacts me and tell me how to send you the picture and number plate of the car, I want a collection of it above. Collided with my car by pressing the accelerator which I saved my car again and i tried to stop him, but he didn't and kept giving me site. After four rounds of support, I barely managed to stop him. He attacked me while leaving with the car.After the scuffle, we were stopped by the vehicles and saved from fighting.He also abused me constantly. Seeing my wife getting down from the car, she said to me that now I am leaving you with us ladies. I have taken the picture of his car number plate and his picture.Contact me and tell me how to send you the driver face picture and car number plate, at the want I want a strictly action against of him. Its been 3days since i complained about double charging me on my order but customer care jud kept on ignoring my message every day.its happened twice already they are making double charge
i place order worth 3.190 using my partners card in u.s.a and this talabat make double charge $9.74 and &8.29 and until now no any reply just kept ignoring my concern

Horrible delivery , cold food and incomplete compensation
I ordered at 12am and received it at 1:10 am because they changed my rider 3 times!!! During the wait , i contacted the help center twice and supposedly reassured me that my food wont arrive cold but when i did receive my order AN HOUR AND 10 MINUTES LATER, IT WAS COLD. Now , after my complain they just refunded me 1.5jods when my order was 8.44 jods!!! Crap company and delivery service

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I got an apology .
And a voucher of 1.500 kd .
More 0.500 of the missing item . Everything gone excellent with talabat.

I ordered one item was missing . It was cost of 1 k.d it was. I ordered two got one . hummus . Other item was not available Arabic brown bread . Cost 0.225 fils. I had refund for 0.225 file. When I claimed the 1 kd for hummus . I did not get any responses. Send emails . And replying to me go to content us which is an auto respans that tells me you got your refund which is 0.225 fils

I ordered kfc from you wesite that chicken pieces and fries both are too much cold and oily.even i ordered can of mountain dew they send me the can of pepsi.after eating this my wife having stomach issue.
